My son loves these! They are comfortable and fit in with his school uniform requirements. Being in Kindergarten, I'm sure he also appreciates the Velcro vs laces!

So cute! My son loves these and so do I. The sole is a little stiff but he doesn't complain.

These sneakers are adorable! They seem durable and are easy to wipe down. My 2-year old loves running around in them.

I bought these for my 2 year old son after buying several other brands of shoes that did not fit or fell apart. He loves these shoes! I love that they have lasted 6 months and show very minimal signs of wear! He plays hard and loves mud so I am glad they wash well. We have thrown them in the washing machine several times and they come out perfect every time. These are by far the best shoes my son has had and well worth the money!

My son has had at least four pairs of these shoes in various sizes. He is now four and he has been wearing these since he started walking (his first pair was the pediped originals, and the rest have been the flex). It is our go-to shoe. Not only does it look great with nearly everything, but the fit is perfect and very comfortable. I love the classic look of this shoe. So many boys shoes are just UGLY and I find it very difficult to find ones that are not obnoxious looking. These are perfect. They are also very well made and durable. I highly recommend them!

These are GREAT toddler shoes! My 2.5yr old has worn these shoes almost every day for the past three months. He wears them to the playground but the style is versatile and can also be matched to khakis/trousers. They are very comfortable and he requests them often (along with his Crocs). Can't say enough good things about them! Once he outgrows them, I may purchase them in the next size. This brand, along with See Kai Run, have been our faves for toddler feet.

Pediped Jake is the favorite shoe of all times for both of my boys (now 3 & 4). I have bought them 3 seasons in a row. The flex system is great and they are easy to put on/take off.

I know these are boy shoes. However, I bought these for my granddaughter, age 5, to wear with her school uniforms. They look so cute, well made and she says they are so comfortable.

This shoe has been great. Especially for a two year old who uses his toes as breaks on his scooter. The shoe has held up very well until the strap tore in half inexplicably. Otherwise a very sturdy and handsome looking shoe.

Sadly, I'm in the 2-year-old too rough category. These very cute and comfy shoes simply do not stand up to the rigors of a 2-yo's life! After about 1 month or so, the wear started showing. The sole is perfectly fine, which is a plus, but the fabric is definitely showing the effects. My son can certainly still wear them but not for anything other than garden play at this point. Disappointing. Perhaps the leather would have held up better. My overall rating seems stuck. It should be a two stars but somehow I can't unselect the extra ones.

These are the best pair of shoes I've ever purchased for my son. I seem to have a problem finding shoes that are wide enough for him. When these came in the mail (promptly, thanks Zappos)! He put them on and wouldn't take them off all day! No blisters, very soft and comfortable!

Very good quality leather and padding, but the toe guard started coming un-stitched in first week of play. Good overall; would recommend.

I LOVED these shoes initially. The look is great and versatile. However, they became quiet dingy rather quickly. Next, the front rubber on the toe area ripped and became disconnected / flapping on one of the shoes. Yes, my kindergartener plays hard, but after just two months I am not happy - especially considering the cost.

Great looking shoe, and i love pedipeds, but this particular model has a defect. The stitching around the toe comes apart rather quickly. Buy a different pediped. These are not worth the money as they fall apart easily.

I really like these shoes and have bought two pairs; however, the soles inside the shoes tend to roll up on both sides. I thought it might be a fluke, but since it has happened with the second pair, I don't think that I will be buying them again. For $55, I would expect the quality to be a little better.

Did not care for these shoes. They were big and clunky, not great for a toddler/preschooler who runs around a lot.

Unfortunately, these are a no-go for a 2 year-old who is learning to put on and take off his own shoes. Unlike previous pairs of pedipeds, these are far too tight and the tongue does not lift up enough to squeeze in little feet without a lot of dexterity and two hands. It's unfortunate, because I loved the color and leather would have been great for winter.

My 18-month-old has only worn Stride Rites, but I ordered these because Id heard great things about Pedipeds. I was surprised to find these shoes rather stiff, with a relatively thick, unbending sole. Not the best type of footwear for a new walker still developing foot muscles. Also, these shoes would not fit wide feet. My son gets physical therapy because he toe walks sometimes, and I showed these shoes to his physical therapist; she recommended staying with shoes with very flexible soles. So it's back to the Stride Rite SRTs! These are very cute, though.

i was kind of disappointed in these shoes. They have great stability which is really important for my 4-year-old, who needs to work on his balance. But they started ripping apart after 2 weeks (!) . Also, a weird complaint, I know, but the tongue in this shoe is super short which makes it hard for my son to put them on successfully by himself , something we're really trying to emphasize.

These shoes do not last. My son loves them and has been wearing them for 2.5 months but he is not rough with them and they're already in shreds in the front. Very disappointed.

Love the look of these shoes, but they really did not hold up over time. After about 2 months, the front leather started tearing and peeling off, and now at about 3 months, one of my son's toes is about to poke through! Really disappointed.

My 2 year old son loved these sneakers at first then after a couple of weeks refused to put them on. I found a hard raised wrinkle in the leather by the toes on one side. I think this bothered him. I still really like this brand of toddler shoe and will try a different style.

These shoes were great! Until after about a month and a half the material at the toe and then all over started peeling. For a pair of toddler shoes I thought they were leather! Evidently not! Not sure what to do, I paid quite a bit for a pair of shoes for a 3 year old that only lasted 6 weeks, not happy.

One of the shoes began deteriorating the first time my 5 year old wore it. The thread began to unravel on the left shoe, so I contacted Zappos and got great customer service and a new pair shipped immediately. The next day (before the new pair arrived) one of the laces snapped. When the new pair came, I promptly printed a return label and mailed them back. I'll just get a different shoe. My first time with this brand, and likely the last.
