I own 3 pairs of Uggs, including a cardy pair, and a size 7 always fits. I usually wear an 8. I ordered the 7 and it was way too big. I returned for a 6 and it's better, but still slightly loose.

I love these boots; I have a size 5.5 to 6 women’s foot and originally got the size 5 women’s. My other Short Uggs are a 6, so with everyone saying the Cardy runs big I got a size down. Unfortunately, the 5 was still big, my heel slipped out completely and it was uncomfortable to walk in them. So I exchanged them for the 3 youth. These are a touch smaller and narrower so they definitely fit a lot better and are much more comfortable to wear. Also, the height is a bit better, I am 5’1”, and the kids boot goes to the middle of my calf whereas the woman's one goes almost to my knee. I actually like the youth size better. One last thing, I originally got the women's moss color. It wasn't very nice, kinda blah looking. So when I exchanged it for the youth, I got tawny brown instead and it is so much nicer! And it was the easiest online exchange ever! Customer service was fantastic!

I ordered a pair of these last night around 8 pm, they came 1:30 today. Talk about fast shipping. Absolutely love them. My second pair of Uggs and certainly will not be my last.

I love these boots! First of all, they came literally 1 day 1/2 after I ordered them online, talk about super fast shipping! I have to admit, I was a little nervous about these boots, but I tried them on and instantly fell in love! They are super comfy, the material is good quality and strong. They look even hotter if you pull them under your knee! I ordered them in black and have worn them every day since I got them. I am now ready to order them in maybe the brown? I highly recommend these Uggs.

Cute and functional! These are extremely cute and comfortable! Because you can wear them up, cuffed, or scrunched, they look great with any outfit. I thought that they were true to size. They do NOT feel anything like the roomy Classic Tall where you have to buy a size smaller. I tried that with the Cardy and my toe was bulging over the edge. I usually take a 6, so I bought another pair in a size 6 and they fit fine.

I ordered my UGG boots from Zappos for the first and am so happy with my order! The fit (size 8) is perfect and I am very pleased with the overall quality of my purchase. I was also pleased with the quality of customer service that Zappos offered. I had ordered my shoes thinking that they would arrive before I moved. When they didn't arrive in time I called customer service and they gladly fixed my issue! By the time I arrived at my new home (2 states away) my shoes were waiting for me inside the doorway. I will always order from Zappos for my shoe needs in the future and would not hesitate to order anything other than shoes as well.

I love this boot. I have it in oatmeal and just bought it in black. I think it is true to size, but once it's worn in they stretch.This review is less about the boot, which is great, and more about my dismay when I opened my package to find a shoebox that looked like it had been through hell. It is beat up and torn (the package it came in was fine, so this didn't happen during shipment to me). The boots had obviously been previously purchased and returned. I could tell because the plastic they were in was torn up, the UGG card that comes with was not included, there was dog hair and lint all over them, and there were rocks in the sole of one. Seriously, they just had to clean it up a bit and I wouldn't have a problem, but just knowing they have been pre-worn makes me feel weird. Quality control is nonexistent. No wonder their return policy is so easy. This is the third pair of UGG boots I've ordered this month. I had to return the previous two because of sizing issues, so I'm over it. I will keep them, but think again before ordering from the used-shoe-warehouse!

Loved these boots, the color more vibrant than the pic. They fit a little more snug than the suede boots, but the knit stretches... so it evens out... if that makes sense.

Great boots! Comfortable and fun to play with the different styles the boot offers. I wear a 7 and have somewhat of a wider foot. I read reviews that stated to get a 1/2 size smaller. I would have listened to the reviewer’s advice but at that time, Zappos only had a size 7. I ordered this boot hoping that they would fit and fingers crossed - they did! I love, love, love them! Rock on!

These boots are great and unfortunately, they are worth the price. I tried some knitted boots first from Skechers and then, the "Cardy" lookalike boots from Bear Paw and I returned all 3 pairs to Zappos without anything near a hassle! I love Zappos! They really know what we consumers want in customer service! Anyway, I wear between a 9 and 9 1/2 and had ordered the size 10 in the Bear Paw, as it suggested and they were just too huge. Plus, the sole was pretty heavy and awkward to walk in and the back heel was very stiff. Then, I ordered them in a 9 and the entire outline of my foot was imprinted and you could see it through the top of the shoe-not what I was going for. So I bit the bullet and ordered these Ugg Cardy (they were on sale) and they really are worth the money. Very comfortable, the back heel isn't stiff whatsoever and the sole is flexible and light in weight. You can always tell a well made shoe by how much it weighs-cheap shoes are heavy and the UGGS are very light and flexible. By the way, I ordered a 9 in the Uggs and they fit great!

I LOVE MY NEW UGG BOOTS!! Never owned a pair before and now I’m in love. They are true to size, feels like you have socks on, and the attention I get is amazing. Everyone is asking me where I bought them from!! I also bought another pair the next day but it’s a different style!! SO HAPPY WITH MY BOOTS!!

I have used Zappos before and have always had fantastic experiences, but this was the best! I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and had my shoes the following day with no extra charge! I loved the convenience of browsing the website for colors and style selections and also appreciate the very friendly nature of the company's communication. My new UGG boots are great, just what I was looking for.

These are the best boots. Great quality, at first I bought a similar pair of cheaper quality. The Ugg Cardy by far were better. I wear a size 6 1/2, went for a 6 too small, my toes felt bunched up, so I bought a size 7, perfect. I usually wear a 6 in Classic Uggs though, but not in this style. Terrific boots, and Zappos is the best - love, love, love them. Outstanding a+ service. Will always buy from them.

I was hesitant about getting the size down because I am a half size. Initially the shoes were snug, but they were right in that you really should get the half size down. Very comfy and cozy shoes!

I just received my Uggs in the mail and I must say that I am more than pleased!! I ordered the black Cardy boots in a size 7 (I normally wear a size 7). They fit perfectly! If I had gone a size smaller as many had mentioned they would have been way too small. These boots are very comfortable and very CUTE!! Zappos delivered them in two days and I am very pleased with their service! I will be buying more shoes from Zappos in the future!!

I love the Classic Cardy from UGG. I got the picante color, which is a beautiful color and goes with everything. As far as sizing, I am a size 8 in regular shoes, but in these UGGs, I am a size 7. They are very comfortable and warm. I love them and I love Zappos! Thank you for being such a great place to shop!!!

I wore these throughout our Chicago winter and I like them, but I would not buy them again. They seemed to fit when I ordered a size smaller, but because of the sweater material the top of the foot stretched over time. They can't really be worn when walking any distance because of the foot slippage. I wore warm socks under these to wear them throughout the winter; otherwise they would have been way too cold--kind of like wearing only a sweater outside. I have small calves so they already were a bit slouchy, but after tucking them into jeans and folding them over, they are stretched out and there is no way I could wear them up anymore. We have a dog and the slouchy sweater material always is covered with hair, etc. when I pick them up off the floor (again, kind of like dragging a sweater on the ground). My house is not immaculate, so maybe this is a problem only for me, but regardless, it is something to keep in mind. I did have to wear my other Uggs when there was more than a dusting of snow on the ground because these do not keep out snow at all. I don't know if I will wear these next winter and it is a lot of money to spend for one winter.

Got these for my wife. She's a size 7 1/2, so I got the 7's. She had to return them for the 6's, so definitely go with a size lower when purchasing. Other than that, she loves them.

I have chosen the Classic Cardy Tall UGG and I love them. I would order again from Zappos. When I called Zappos customer service they were very very helpful to me. Thank you again.

I like it so much! The UGG Cardy is so warm and comfy, except the raining or snow days. I would like to wear it every day! The shipping was so fast, much better than I expected! Thank you Zappos!

These boots are super cute and comfy!! I decided I wanted them mid-winter when all the stores were already sold out, but Zappos still had them and they were on my doorstep the next day!!! I get so many compliments on these boots. They fit a little different from the classic Ugg boots; I think they are a little more snug. I ordered the 7, like I wear in all other Uggs, and they are just more snug feeling in the toes. They do stretch a little, but are not as loose feeling as the classic Uggs. Since there are no half sizes, I think the 8's would've been too big, but wish there was a 7 1/2 in these boots. Oh well, still love them and love the Zappos service!!!

Great service from Zappos. Do not size up if you are a half size. UGG shoes run big. These are my 4th pair of UGG shoes and I don't know why I sized up and of course when I got them they were too big.

First warning: these really do run big. I usually wear an 8, but ended up going all the way down to a 6. That being said, now that I own them in the right size, I love them. They're super-comfortable (no arch support, though, if that's important for you) and warm. We've been getting a lot of snow here, and I was worried that my feet would get wet since the shoes look like a sweater, but they've kept me warm and dry through multiple snowstorms.
