My daughter loved the Uggs. I am glad I ordered a size smaller because they will stretch out.

Awesome that they can be worn up or down. Based on previous reviews I purchased a 7 for my daughter; she wears a 7.5 in most shoes. Very warm and comfortable.

I bought these as an Christmas gift for my daughter. I order 1/2 size smaller because the knit stretches. She loves them and tells me they are very comfortable beside looking extremely cute on!

These are gorgeous boots! The color is a deep, muted red and the knit upper feels like a luxuriously thick, soft sweater. They are not as "clunky" as traditional Uggs, but have the same comfortable footbed. I ordered a size down (a 9 instead of my usual 10) based on reviews that said the boots stretch, but my toes were right at the end of the boot and my extra-long big toes were pushing against the inner fabric lining. I was worried that 'stretching' in these boots might actually involve wearing a hole in the toe. It was still hard to send them back. Zappos, as always, is the best; amazing customer service making it easy to buy and (sigh) return when necessary.

I took other reviewers\' advice and ordered one size down. Not sure if that was the right decision as you can see the outline of my toes inside the boot and they appear to go over the front edge of the boot. They are very comfortable, however. I get tons of compliments on them and they are very warm!

I love my new Uggs! While they are not as warm as the traditional ones I've worn for the last 3 years, they are much more stylish. I get compliments on them daily (which is how often I wear them). I purchased a size smaller than usual (8) at the advice of reviewers here, and they are a bit snugger than I would like, but I never tried on a 9, so I can't say if they would have fit better. I can't imagine they will stretch further at this point. Zappos, as always, was flawless in their timely delivery and customer service.

I love these boots! I have the black as well. I just ordered the classic chocolate. I must say that I usually am amazed with delivery time, and that is just one of the reasons I order from Zappos. I was a little surprised this time with my order time. I ordered early on Friday and I just received an email that Zappos was upgrading my shipment at no extra charge and the boots would be shipped out on Monday. That would mean I wouldn't get them before Tuesday. Honestly, I was expecting them on Saturday and no later than Monday. I usually always receive the boots the next day. Very surprised! I still love company; just guess we are spoiled and this time it didn't happen!

I am obsessed with these boots! I am normally a size 7, and I bought a size 7. They are a little looser, but not too big to fall off my feet, and I actually like them being roomy, so I kept them. These boots are so comfortable and are much cuter than the classic Uggs. I bought the black pair and they look really cute with black leggings or jeans. I've worn them in 20 degree weather and they kept me warm, but also in 65 degree weather, and my feet didn't get sweaty. I'm thinking about buying another pair in brown! A must buy and worth the money!

Excellent service from Zappos. Purchased as a X-Mas gift for my wife, she loves them! After reading various reviews on sizing, I purchased 1 size smaller than my wife's regular shoes; they fit her perfectly! A great buy.

There is a nice alternative to the suede UGG that 99% of high school girls wear! These are a cute, trendy boot! We scotch guarded our boots with 3 coats, so will are anxious to see how they stand up to snow, rain, dirt.

Love Uggs. Love Zappos. I have the Classic Cardy in a seafoam color and adore them, but wanted a more versatile color. They are so incredibly comfortable. I ordered the moss, but didn't particularly care for the color; it was pretty, just not what I was going for. I found another pair I wanted (argyle knit Uggs), but there was only one pair left and I hadn't yet shipped my return. I called Zappos, they answered lightning fast at 8 pm, and pre-sent the ones I want next business day shipping. I mean, how awesome is that? I know you can find them a bit cheaper elsewhere, but Zappos' customer service is so worth the extra. I don't have to pay for any of the shipping, either. They're awesome.

I ordered my first pair of Uggs (Cardy) about a week ago. The shipping was lightning fast. I ordered Sunday night and got them Tuesday evening and that is only because of the weekend. I love the fig color. I just wore them for the first time today without socks; very warm and it was 18 degrees today here in Chicago. I wear a size 9 1/2 and ordered a 9. Once I break them in they will be perfect. They look great all the way up, scrunched down or even folded over. Really love my Uggs. I've already planned which will be my next 2nd 3rd and 4th pair. Would recommend Zappos and Uggs to everyone.

I always hated the look of Uggs in college since every girl wore them. But an upcoming January trip to Utah had me thinking I should buy a pair. All of my friends said I would be hooked and they were right. So comfortable and the Classic Cardy is super fashionable, too. I have already purchased my second pair of Uggs and plan on buying them as gifts for my own family members. Great shoes!

I never bought UGG boots before, because they looked so heavy and clumsy, but these caught my eye. They run large so buy a half or one size smaller if you wear with bare feet, which you should, because they feel like your favorite slippers. As always, the Zappo shipping and no tax makes them the best buy ever.

I just purchased two pair of uggs from zappos. As always it is delivered promptly. Love the two pair I purchased but best of all is the customer service that Zappo\'s extends to their customers.

Great boots, just like all Uggs! Because they are sweater material on top, they don\'t fit as snug as the suede Uggs. However, with a sock they fit nicely. I wear a 9 in all other shoes, but always purchase an 8 in Uggs, and they fit great. I bought the black, and the look is great with black leggings. Very versatile, and comfy!

Order a size smaller than you normally wear. I wear an 8.5 and followed the directions to order a size down if I wore a half size; they were still too big. My feet slide out of them when I walk. Will wait until a 7 comes back in stock and order them again.

Great boot, but run very big! I took for granted that they fit the same as the classic tall crochet Uggs that I have.

The boots are perfect for what they are knit fashion boots! We live in the cold and snow and no one here expects them to be winter boots. The fit is just as expected. I would suggest ordering a size smaller as they do stretch quite a bit. They are beautiful. The color is very rich and the styling is great.

Love these boots. They are a little more "stretchy" than the classic Uggs and not quite as comfortable. Not to say that they are uncomfortable, they are very cozy! And very stylish. Still a half size too small as the classics are. Love them!

Product exactly as advertised, but what\'s extraordinary is the delivery time. I received the order a day after it was ordered.

I usually wear a size 9.5 or 10 and ordered the 9 because I knew they would stretch a little. They are not tight at all and actually pull my thin or short socks off you feet because of the friction with the lining. They are warm enough for snowy days, but not a great option for wet days, though they do dry fairly quickly if they get wet. I love the versatility of them but notice they scrunch down my legs when walking if I wear them as tall boots, even so I give them a 5.

I love the Cardy UGG boots. These are my first pair. The woolen knit is amazingly warm. I love them so much, I bought three more pairs for the girls in the family for Christmas. The pool was a nice color for turquoise coat girl. The other girls wanted moss.
