I wanted two-tone, black/oxblood, loafers. The problem was my wide feet. Zappos offered three options in my size (everywhere else offers none). I bought all three, and returned two. These are seriously comfortable shoes right out of the box. The deerskin leather allows them to wrap your feet. The only issues that I have is a lack of good arch support, and the sole looks like it cannot be replaced when it wears out. These are not really outdoor or pavement shoes. But we will see in time. For now, this is a great pair of very nice looking shoes.

Excellent quality. I have bought a few pair of shoes from Zappos over the last few years. Great business to work with. Well designed website and purchase process. I'm a geek - I enjoy a good business plan that makes the company successful.

One of my favorites. When traveling can cover 2 color choices with one pair of shoes. No break-in required. Solid value.

My husband's third pair. He loves the style and always gets compliments on them. His foot is not easy to fit and these are comfortable right away. He normally wears a 9W but gets a 9 1/2W in these.

These fit very well. Others were short or sloppy in the heel. These were true to size and very nicely made with a good fit. They were worth the extra money over others.

I had purchased a pair of these shoes many years ago.They wore very well for me. I was looking for a new pair of loafers and checked on Zappos. Looking through their line of loafers, I spotted the same style as before. So, I immediately ordered them and they arrived a day ahead of scheduled time. I was very pleased with the shoes and the very FAST delivery service. These folks can't be beat!

I ordered two pairs of one style, different sizes and one pair of those above I eventually chose. The entire process was exceedingly fast and returns a no-brainer! Credits followed quickly to my card account! I would recommend Zappos without hesitation.

I ordered the J & M Aragon II because I have always been well pleased with Johnston & Murphy products in the past. I was not disappointed this time. They arrived within days, and fit beautifully. Very stylish...can wear them with a suit or go casual on the weekends. I ordered another pair of shoes at the same time that didn't fit, and the guys at Zappos exchanged them for me and they arrived the next day! These guys are incredible! Free shipping both ways, great shoes at great prices...am I missing anything here? If the good folks at Zappos can't make you happy...nobody can!

I love Johnston and Murphy shoes. In fact, it's pretty much all I buy. I'm hard on shoes: scuff the heels unevenly, wear the soles quickly. This Aragon II pair is actually replacing an identical pair I bought several years ago. The bottom was finally cracking, but the top still looked great. With an occasional polish, they stay looking nice. They are also comfortable to walk in. I definitely recommend these shoes.

I purchased these shoes for my husband, as my Chanukah gift to him. He had been looking for a new pair of two-tone loafers, and the other brand, Dockers, which he had previously worn, were out of stock in our department store. I have always raved to him about how great Zappos has been for me, so he allowed me to order these Johnston and Murphy loafers for him. Well, he told me to tell everyone at Zappos how comfortable they are. They required no breaking-in-time, and he is very happy with their stylish looks and perfect fit. He wears a size 10, and they are true to size! The only problem is that our little dogs also like them--especially their tassles, so my husband has to keep them in their box, since in the past the tassles had disappeared overnight; and you know the rest of the story!

I got my shoes in a timely manner, I got what I ordered and they look and feel good on my feet. The price was reasonable.

This was the last pair of shoes that I had purchased from Zappos, and have probably bought 30 pairs in the past. Zappos and Johnston Murphy are the best!

This shoe is an excellent value for the money. I cannot always count on a size twelve being large enough, but the fit on these is perfect. They are also very durable and, because of their design, do not wrinkle and crease like most shoes. Just be aware of how formal and sort of old fashioned they look. These do not work as well with casual or slim-fit clothes.

My hubby was reluctant about buying these shoes, online, but by sharing my Zappos experience on returns and satisfaction guarantee, he let me order for him. He loves them! Wearing a size 15 wide, can be a daunting search...well these were perfect, and very stylish! He wore them an entire evening and his tootsies were cozy the entire time. So glad he listened to his wife - really!

Great pair of shoes. In fact, I now own three pairs. One from a store, purchased a couple of years ago, but a bit too wide. Two from Zappos - perfect B width sizing - in two different colors.
