After evaluating reviews I decided to order these casual business loafers. Based on review details I ordered in the size currently worn in my Rockport leather walking shoes. Unfortunately these were very narrow for an advertized medium width specification therefore I returned them.
These shoes appeared to be of good qualty and I loved the style for casual business so I was disappointed they didn’t work out. I would rate Zappo’s return process as top tier and hassle free.

I had unfortunately bought a smaller and took it back and the store manager Ian (I think that's what his name was) took exceptional care of me at the Chandler Outlet Mall. A very conscientious and caring person. Congratulations on hiring the gem of a person!!
