This shoe is super comfortable for being a heel, it is very cushy under the ball of your foot. I normally do not like platforms, but this is a small one and actually looks okay. The part I do not like is the way the open toe is cut. It is cut in a very severe V shape and just looks strange in person. At least it looks strange on the black lace ones. I returned those and am trying the black leather to see if there is a difference, because these are probably the most comfortable heels I have ever put on in my entire life. I hate heels so much that I wore sneakers under my wedding gown, but I need pretty shoes to go with a little black dress at a cocktail party.

Pretty shoe AND comfortable enough to wear for a long period. The heel height is perfect--about 3 inches but the slight platform keeps my foot balanced. Able to walk! The \'lace\' is attractive and because it is NOT satin (though looks like cloth) will wear well.

I got the brown croc. Georgous Shoe. I\'ve never worn a heel and I\'m 42 years old. I wore this shoe to church and out to dinner. Lovely. I don\'t think I could dance much in them or walk through the mall, but I looked good in them. I\'m usually wearing very comfortable shoes like birks or naots, so this was really a change for me. Would I buy them again? Yes I would. Will I wear them for lots of walking, no I won\'t but that\'s not why I bought them. I have wide feet and I got the wide. I wear a 8 1\'2 or 9 and I bought a 8 1/2. The 9 was too long. A little squishes in the toe area but not bad.

I have a narrow foot and often "narrow" shoes are too wide for me. I ordered the AA and and am very pleased with the fit. I vary between sizes and I ordered down on this shoe. The red croco has orange tones. I normally wear higher heels and this one is very sensible, stable and comfortable. The only flaw is that the toe cut out rubs against my big toe.

You need to know that Bella-Vita caters to people with wide, thick feet. Their medium width (B) is not standard width. But in a sling back pump, that may not matter. The heel height in this shoe is offset by the platform, the sole is well padded, and the suede upper is soft. I do swim around in the front of mine even with the adjustable back strap, but it's not easy finding a platform sling back that's comfortable, and these are.

Loved, Loved, Loved - very true to size – COMFORTABLE. Even though the heel is high, the shoe is very comfortable - the platform sole relieves the pressure on the ball of the foot associated with wearing a higher heel.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this shoe. I have a very wide foot and finding dressy or cute shoes in my width is difficult. I ordered the 9 in double wide and much to my surprise they actually felt true to size. There is a reasonable amount of padding, especially in the ball of the foot compared to other dressy heels. My only complaint regarding the shoe was that I would like to have seen a few more "holes" available in the strap for more adjustment options. I wore these to a wedding and was comfortably dancing for the evening. Overall I am very please and will likely buy this brand again.

I was so excited to get these shoes - they are unbelievably cute and 'stable' to walk in. Extremely well-made too. Unfortunately there is a 'ball of foot' cushion which has slightly raised edges that would really bother me as I have VERY sensitive feet. I truly wish the cushion was not there because this shoe is otherwise the perfect fit for me - a 12 W!
