The best of the bunch - I have extra wide feet and pretty shoes are hard to find. I am going on a fancy cruise and wanted something nice looking and comfortable. I bought and returned 12 pair from 3 different companies before I settled on these. They fit really well, are high enough to be festive and comfortable enough to dance in.

I started my first purchase with a shoe that wasn't quite what I had in mind. I ordered that shoe in two different sizes. The return process was SIMPLE. I ordered a third pair, the Bella-Vita Wren and was in LOVE with the shoe! Only in my haste to reorder, I was less cautious about ordering a second bigger size for my 7 1/2 wide feet. I would end up needing the 8W. The customer service couldn't have been more accommodating! It was a Wednesday morning (before a Friday afternoon wedding), and they expedited my shipment, waived the overnight shipping, and I received my shoes in time for the wedding. I was blown away with how wonderful the customer service was, and continued to be as I received a hand written thank you note making sure I received my order in time for the wedding! I will order from Zappos again, and in the meantime, I tell everyone I know about my positive shopping experience with Zappos.

Beautiful shoe in black patient. I have a narrow foot and ordered a 8.5 N My foot does slide down into the peep toe. Not as narrow as I would like but they will work. But will need to add a foot slip pad to keep the ball of my foot from slipping forward.

I know a half size down would fit me, but they are out of it and so is everyone else. I am sad. I love this shoe, and really wanted it in patent. I will wait and see if it comes in, but I will say that this shoe seems very well made, I love that it is in wide and honestly, yes, order a half size down than what you normally do, I didn't and I regret it.

Beautiful shoe, there in insert at the front ball of the foot, that made it uncomfortable for me. With Zappos, exchanges are so easy, will be shopping again.

I don't think this shoe runs true to width. I would call it a wide but not a double wide. Will have to return.

These shoes are super cute on and fairly comfortable. If you have a wide foot, get the wide if it is available. I have a fairly narrow foot and always buy B, this is tight but will stretch out with wear. This is a noisy shoe so, if stealth matters to you, move on.

Although I really like the look of the shoe, as well as the comfortable footbed and heel, unfortunately the to are was just too tight for me. I ordered a 9.5W as well as a 10W. It's true to length, but the width just isn't enough. My big toe, and ball of foot was just too squished.

Such a pretty shoe. I have a hard time finding well-fitting shoes, and this one fits just right and is pretty as well. Just right for trousers and skirts at work. I would like better arch support, but for this type of shoe, the arch support is about normal.

This shoe is very pretty, but it runs wide. I have a narrow foot and ordered the narrow size, but it was so big I walked right out of it. Also, the leather around the toes was very stiff and painful.

Really pretty. I agree with other reviewers; I range between 8.5 - 9. I ordered these in 8.5 WW and the 9 would absolutely have been too long. They're comfortable and keepers.

These shoes are so cute! I loved them and the ball of my foot was quite comfy. Unfortunately, the toe box, as sexy as it was, made my first three toes numb during my ten minute indoor trial. The heel strap flopped in the breeze as it rode too low on my heel to grab, so they made a flip-flop sound when I walked. So sad. I'm tired of clogs and want a sexy shoe! I really wanted to keep them, but alas, I had to send them back.

These look good and seem to fit ok but they're long in the back so even if I cinch them up to the tightest fit in the heel strap, they're still loose.

Nice comfortable shoe. Upper material though is pretty hard, that's why I'll be returning it. If the upper material would be softer I'd definitely kept it.

I love the style, the color, the fit. However, the ankle strap, which has elastic, does not stay up on the heel. I simply cannot wear slings. I love the shoe, but have to return it. Thank you, Zappos, for your great service!

Very comfortable, very nice looking shoe. Professional enough that I can wear it to work but fun enough I can wear it out too. I wear an extra wide width (ww) and this shoe fits great. Very comfortable.

I have a very very difficult time finding dress shoes due to a bunion on one foot and prior breaks that healed incorrectly. Most dress shoes are so painful they are unwearable. I ordered these in a wide, and half a size smaller since they are sling backs. They fit great. I can't run in them, but they looks stylish but I don't feel unsafe in them the way you can in stilettos. I wore them for a party for two hours standing up, and didn't need to rip them off! Wish I had these earlier this year. The only thing I added was an arch support on my "bad" foot.

These are so cute, but I could not keep the strap on the back of my heel. When I received them, there was a stick inserted in the shoe to keep the slingback straight, but I think it stretched the shoe. I love the look of these so much that I poked an extra hole in the strap so I could tighten them. Now it stays on most of the time, but is very annoying when it does slip off.

This is a cute shoe and I wish it had fit. But the back strap was too long, even cinched to the smallest hole. Not quite as shiny as in the photograph.

I had previously bought these shoes in brown and loved them. I like the black also, but for some reason the straps don't fit as well, so they're hard to keep on your feet. I had to punch an extra hole so they would fit better. Not sure why it only affected this pair.

Very cute and pretty comfortable. I wore these for work - in court for 8+ hours and then some walking in downtown NY. For "unbroken in" shoes these did pretty well, although I made sure I had a pair of flats on hand, which I had to put on at the end of the day. The toe opening is a little tight and my toes were pretty sore the next day - so much so that I had to take a day off from any peep-toes just to let them heal. Hopefully, I can break these in a bit. The heel strap was a bit looser than it should be - as others have stated. I had to put this one on the very last hole, but it wasn't a huge deal. I might have to have an extra hole put in.

While narrower than I would expect for a B, not as narrow as I hoped. Somewhere in between. Cute but not sleek enough to be quite what I wanted, not dressy.

Finally, a designer who thinks of women who have wide feet. Kudos to them. Very comfortable shoe but I agree it runs a full size too large.

Great looking shoe. This would be a great shoe with jeans or with a black pencil skirt. Gives the look of a high heel, but the platform makes these kinder to the feet. Sadly they are the wrong shape for my foot, so will be returning them. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 medium. Ordered these in a 7.5, but an 8 would be a better fit I think (if they were a different shape around my toes).

I really wanted this shoe to fit. However, it was too narrow. I have a large foot, size 10, and this shoe looked very long for heels.
