Perfect pump - These were perfect right out of the box. Very nice looking, professional basic pump. Comfortable and will work with both skirts and pants. This is my 2nd pair of Bella Vita's and I really like the brand for value and comfort. Well made.

This is my second pair...great shoe! I love these shoes so much that I am ordering my second black pair. I don't want to be without them when my first pair wears out. I have worn the first pair to the office for over a year and they look great with everything. They also come in a wide width and are very comfortable. They look very stylish and the heel is not too high. They are my favorite shoes.

Sharp Looking! I am happy to have found Zappos. My narrow feet can now be fitted they way they should. These shoe receives lots of compliments, the color Bronze seems to match everything. I should have gone a size smaller, since my pair of Hommersons from Zappos was right on with that same size. I do experience slight discomfort, but that is normal for a pump which sends your toes down a hill to a squished sexy point...

I never had to "break in" these shoes. My worries of getting blisters NEVER happened. I wore them around the house first a few times. (They say to do this at the end of the day when your feet are tired and at their biggest.) I wore them to church & they felt good. Then I wore them to an out of town funeral wake, funeral service, internment at the cemetery & meal reception afterward! I was on my feet all day! I never rubbed a blister or felt toe cramping. I used toe nylons but the rest of my foot was bare. The heel is stylish but not too high.There isn't much arch support in these fancy dress shoes, but I use arch inserts for that. I'm not sure if I'd wear these teaching school all day, but they could handle it if I did.

Suede Bella Vita - These are beautiful shoes and fit comfortably. I ordered the suede for the winter which is a bit dressier than the leather probably looks. They would also work better with a dress than pants. The heel isn't too high and I wore them for several hours the first day. I wish they had other colors that I need.

Splendid - I got the 11WW, I tried the 11W, but since it is a pointed toe, the WW fit better. Really comfortable shoes and flattering. The heel is just the right height.

Great comfy shoes - I've gained a lot of weight recently which has propelled me to plus size status. I miss wearing my sexy stilettos... all the other pumps and high heeled shoes, esp pointy toes HURT or are just sitting pretty shoes. These are fab-u-lous! They look like the tall 4 inch heels, but are soo comfy! The toe box is slightly cramped, even in the extra wide width, but after wearing them a few times, they are completely broken in. These have become my go-to sexy status shoes! Will get them in other colors for sure! Worth the price for sure!

Bar Mitzvah Mom - I needed a wide dress shoe. All my friends are great fans of Zappos ,so I gave it a try. Fabulous. I never wear a heel. Professionally, I wore nursing shoes and flats for comfort. These shoes have changed my mind. Thank you for a great selection and of course perfect customer service.

WOW - This shoe is not disappointing, classic style & fit. Just what I wanted.

Great heel! I have tried so many pairs of pumps as I stand and walk 12 hrs a day and have arthritis in my left foot. I have two pairs and will order more! The fit is perfect for a size 8M and the heel ht is comfortable even for someone with very high arches. I would love more colors for spring and summer in this shoe.

This shoe is well crafted and looks more expensive than the price point. There is no arch support at all. The styling on this shoe is so great that I didn't care that it didn't have arch support. This is a sexy shoe.

It was way too big. For reference, I ordered my normal size 9.5 W and it felt like a size 10 W. I suggest to order a half size down. I like the heel length and the style of these pumps, only wish it came in more colors and prints.

Once again the medium width seems to be an on-going issue. I'm a true M/B width but I need a Wide with this shoe.
