These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I have a narrow foot and have struggled for a long time to find shoes that fit. I no longer have that problem. I love Zappos.

These shoes are so elegant in person. They are not a silvery as they appear but have a very soft mix of champagne and silver. The fabric has a beautiful hue to it. I bought them to wear to my son's wedding. They added the final touches to my champagne silk suit. My only complaint is that I felt they ran just a tad small. I tried the next size but they were too large. I kept the wad of tissue and the stretcher bar that came with them in the shoe and wore them around the house when I could. They stretched just enough to make them work. Thank you, Zappos, for such great service! Bring on the dancing!

I love these shoes! They are stylish and comfortable. I have since ordered several additional pair. When you find a shoe that works, you order a bunch. Pumps like these never go out of style.

Love these shoes because they are very comfortable and cute. I love the cross cut on the front. The heel is just high enough but not too high. They are my all around, go-to black pumps.

These heels are a lot nicer in person than in the picture. I have a pretty narrow foot and very narrow heels. Based on the pair of Bella Vita heels that I have in a 7AA (they are so so tight), I decided to order a 6.5M in this heel and it was perfect! These shoes run a little narrow so if you have a normal foot, you might want to order a half size up. These will go with a lot. Zappos ROCKS!

Beautiful and stylish shoe. Very comfortable. I usually wear 7.5 Narrow and I needed an 8 Narrow so I would recommend ordering 1/2 size up. Width seems perfect.

These are beautiful shoes that are well made with great heel height but extra-wide and a bit to sloppy in the heels. I exchanged them for the same size in wide. I love the pewter color, it is much more versatile than shiny silver offered for most dressy wedding-suitable shoes.

I purchased these to wear to a wedding. They are a perfect winter-into-spring style and color (I bought the bronze), and I'll be wearing them again come the fall. The heel is not too high, yet make my legs look great. I danced all night.

These shoes were beautiful - made my 11W feet and legs look great. I have a bunion, so I have to buy wide shoes, and these fit perfectly. I unfortunately had to return them because the red did not match the red in the dress I was buying them for. Had it matched, they would have been keepers. I may try to get a pair in a different color, just to have them.

I love my shoes. The fit is perfect and the color a rich dark brown. The service was impeccable. I received my shoes even faster than expected.

I needed a brown dress shoe and could not find one that worked for me. I ordered this shoe and I am very pleased. The herringbone pattern actually works with the color of the dress and they are not as casual looking as I expected. They will work for dress or work in my opinion. The fit is good for me as well. I don't usually wear heels, but this heel is fine.

Got these in Pewter to go with a formal gown - very stylish! Comfortable to wear daily - I'm dressing them up with vintage rhinestone shoe clips for my event! Toe is pretty "pointy" - I ended up exchanging for a wider shoe - that worked for me!

Wow is right. These immediately became my favorite shoes. The first time I wore them I was on a 2 hour walking tour. They were very comfortable and I got many compliments. I went up half size when I ordered and got a perfect fit.

I love these shoes, ended up buying 4 different colors. It's rare that I can find a nice, low healed shoe that still looks dressy and feminine, as well as fitting my size 7W foot. I usually end up settling for mediocre fit by buying 7.5M, I'm THRILLED with these.

A classy shoe, very comfortable on the foot. It is not easy to find a metallic pump without a sky-high heel, but this fits the bill. Dressy enough to wear for a semi-formal event, but should also look great with jeans.

I needed a pewter heel for my sister's wedding and this shoe was perfect. The heel is just the right height for me, since I need to chase my small kids during the wedding. I have small, narrow feet but wider in the toe box, so finding comfy, cute, classic shoes is a challenge. I think I will be able to wear these to work as well, so I am happy.

I'm 5'10" and wear size 11, without fail. These shoes were pretty and seemed well-made, but the pointed toe was a bit too long for me--made my foot seem much larger than it was, and I was concerned about the inevitable crease that would form with walking. Heel height was nice, and although not a lot of arch support, they seemed like they'd be comfortable enough for church/office, not for a LOT of walking.

Very impressive for the price. Not the "taupe" I expected. Leans more toward gray. The size was very true, the comfort exceptional for a new shoe.

These are as comfortable as possible for pumps. They also make my wide fat feel look slim and lovely which is a miracle. These are my #1 go to high heels. None better.

This is a lovely, basic little pump that goes with just about everything. It's comfortable and feels durable. Nice shoe.

When we measure feet, we measure length and width. Everyone ignores height of the foot. I have a small volume foot for my size, so often add an insole. I wear a 6.5N which basically does not exist, so I bought the 6.5M and 7N and the 7N was the better fit -- with an insole. These shoes are sharp looking and built for looks not for all day work shoes.

Great shoe. I have a wide foot so it is hard to find a stylish dress shoe and this shoe fits the bill. Bought these shoes for a Party and the were the perfect shoe. They look good with Pants or a Dress. Give them a try you will not be sorry.

I just received this in Bronze. It's so attractive and so comfortable that I logged on and ordered it in black kidskin. Hope the black patent will still be available early next month, as this is definitely one I'd like to have in multiple colors. I don't find styles/manufacturers that fit my feet that well very often. This is definitely one of those for me! It's stylish, and the heel is just the right height for me to be able to wear comfortably. Also, since is has a slightly squared tip at the end of the toe (which doesn't really show up in the photograph), I think this will be classic enough to be stylish for a long time to come. I'm returning a Fitzwell pump that I ordered earlier because I think this one will remain timeless better than the Fitzwell pump.

I am totally hooked on this shoe! I wear a 10 EE in these and they make my legs and feet look incredible! Husband loves that I'm back in heels again! The brown sable just showed up this morning. Truly a beautiful shoe...this makes 4 pair I now own and hoping they come up with more patterns and colors. That's how much I love this shoe!
