They hurt.

My heel completely slips out of this shoe. So disappointed because my last pair of Klogs I bought several years ago (same style) fit perfectly. It seems like Klogs has now made their shoes more like Dansko where the heel slips out - BUT it does not work in this brand.

Pretty shoe but SQUEAKS with every step. Super embarrassing. Should not be happening at all. My other pair does not do this.

The shoes were perfect and really comfortable for the first 2 months while being worn in. Now there is a deep crease on the top of my right shoe that cuts into my big toe. This problem is causing swelling and pain. I actually saw a podiatrist because of it. My Dansko’s did not do this and I am very disappointed after spending $133!!! I wish I could return them.

These shoes are hard. The height of the heels made me slide into the toe area where it was uncomfortable. Overall shoes are made well but not soft.

I really liked these shoes but they were incredibly wide. I guess I didn't realize the the M width really means wide, not medium. The one star on overall & comfort are due to the fact that the shoes were so large, I really could not judge anything,

I've worn this shoe for better than the last 8 years, they usually last about 1 year. As a professional chef they took a beating and served me well but my last two pair have broken down and ripped out terribly within 60 days. I'm the same size, I'm in the same kitchen, doing the same work. Something has obviously changed on the production of this shoe.

I bought these shoes 7 months ago and the right shoe is coming apart. The top of the shoe is separating from the sole along the stitching. I'm very disappointed, the shoes are comfortable and I felt for the price - they should have lasted much longer. I will not be ordering another pair

I really like the black tooled leather & looked forward to receiving these shoes. Sadly, they're going back. They are so loose in the heel, I'd probably walk out of them. Style-wise, I think they look great.

Nice weight, good cushioning, but the top of the shoe comes up too high on your foot and pinches. Very uncomfortable. It does run wide. I normally wear a wide, and the width in the medium was fine.

I have been wearing the Klogs Naples shoe for the past 3.5 years exclusively because I broke my foot and after it healed these have been the only shoes I could find that did not cause me pain. Then last week I ordered my next pair because I wore the last ones out. When they arrived they do not fit the same at all. They feel a full half size larger than my last few pairs. I am so distressed that they may have changed the last! Now I am going to have to add some insoles to fill up the room. Beware, if you have ordered these shoes before they have changed!

Warning: these shoes are not anti slip shoes. If you work in the restaurant biz, you will slip and maybe fall. Other than that they are very comfortable.

I wanted to love these shoes, I really did. I work 12-24 hour shifts in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a Physician's Assistant, so I am on my feet for long periods of time. I am 55 years old, and have wide feet, plus I have a bunion on one foot. I ordered the shoes less than a week before Christmas and got them in 4 days! (Great work, Zappos!) I tried them on right after work the day they arrived. They felt terrible. But I thought it an unfair test since I had just spent 12+ hours in the NICU. So I wore them at home the next day. I wanted to try for an hour. By 30 minutes I felt like crying because of how much they hurt. They were stiff and hard, and the back slipped when I walked. I bought a pair of SoftWalk Venezias at the same time and they are awesome.

I have to disagree with other comments. these shoes were comfy at first, but now, my feet are tired all the time. the shoes are heavier than wooden soled clogs and tend to weigh me down. everyone at work noticed that I drag my feet now, at the end of the day. I can barely walk with them and they go the minute I get in the car. I really thought if I broke them in that it would help, but now I can't return them. They are extremely wide, so watch your sizing. Don't wear them outside until you've had them for a month or so and are sure you want to keep them.
