Love the shoe but it felt too wide on my wide feet! I may order it again in just a medium width.

Really cute shoe, but smelled terrible. Also, the left fit like a glove but the right flopped off my foot. I love this brand and never had this happen before.

I loved this shoe and ordered in 7 and too big. Sent back and reordered in 6.5. Fit better but could walk right out of them because the heel is so wide. Now I have to send second pair back. Very disappointing.

I have three pairs of these shoes. I do a lot of walking and wear a pair of them almost daily. They are some of the most comfortable clogs that I have worn, and I gave them five stars for comfort. The first (black) and third (brown) pair are still in good condition, but I do not wear the brown ones as often. I purchased this pair (black) in December 2014. Shortly after I started wearing them, the leather covering on the back of both shoes, above the heel started to peel off down next to the stitches. Every few weeks, I use a black Sharpie to try to camouflage the bare spots. I will continue to wear them because they are so comfortable, and because my pants are usually long enough to cover the bad spots. The quality in materials and/or manufacturing has obviously changed since the first pair I bought back in 2010, and I will not be buying any more of them such a high price.

This is my second pair of black Klogs. My first pair lasted several years. This pair, at one year old, is showing signs of wear on the section where the stitching connects the upper section to the sole. I do not know what changed in the quality of this shoe, but it is disappointing.

I really wanted to love this shoe, especially with all of the rave reviews, but I'm going to have to return it. My heel kept slipping out of the back and it's very tight across the top of the foot. I'd say they run true-to-size in length, but a little small in width. If you have a wider food and tend to run between sizes as I do (I'm an 8.5 to 9), go with the smaller size, but a wider width. I'm still not sure if that would help the heel slippage, however. I'm returning for another style. I do have a different style of Klogs with no heel that I'm enjoying breaking in, even though they're a bit too tight across the top of my foot, too -- thinking they'll loosen up with wear, however. Are Klogs in general the comfiest as others proclaim? If you have a low arch and tend to roll inward, or if you have plantar fasciitis, Klogs not so comfy, no. Try Vionics instead -- I'm happier with my pair of those.

Followed the advise of many of the reviewers about ordering a half size down and found them to be too small so take that into consideration when placing your order - even though I didn't have my regular size to try on, I would say they are more "true to size". Also found the back heel too low so my foot slipped out with every step even though they were too small. However, it appears to be a well made shoe that I'm sure is very comfortable on the right foot. Just not mine! I really wanted a change in footwear after wearing the Dansko Professional for the last 10 years on the job but I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I like the look of these shoes. I am a librarian in a public library, and need comfortable, sturdy shoes. I have been wearing Timberland Pro, and can no longer obtain my size in these. I wear a 10W, and the wide in Klogs Naples is too wide. Also, the heel is so loose that I was stepping out of them. They are also too heavy. I felt like I was walking on bricks. Finally, the arch support is too high, to the point where my arches were aching with each step. I returned these.

You know what it's like when you sleep on a sofa bed and it feels like you have that bar stuck in the middle of your back all night? That's what the arch of these shoes feels like to me. The toes are nice and roomy but these will be getting returned.

Strange fit. They are definitely clogs. They are bulky and the heel slips when I tried to walk in them. They have to go back!

I love Danskos but sadly I needed an alternative shoe that will not make my toes go numb. I decided to try Klogs based on the reviews. My feet were swimming around in the Klogs because of the elastic on the sides. I also felt the quality was cheap looking and feeling, and the shoe had a chemical smell to it. I appreciate the quality of materials and sturdiness in Danskos. I am not impressed with Klogs and will be returning.

This is the first time that I have purchased this style of Klogs. They are truly comfortable and I prefer them to my Dansko XP clogs for comfort. As a night nurse, I need to quietly check patients while they are sometimes asleep. Unfortunately, this is almost impossible wearing these Klogs, because the noise they make on waxed floors is awful. No problem on other surfaces. You can hear me from one end of the hallway to the next as I walk. Squeak, squeak! I emailed the company and they said it was the slip-resistant feature that all their shoes have, that causes this. I have been wearing them for 3 weeks now, hoping that the sound would improve. Not happening. So now I am stuck wearing my Danskos again, which are also slip resistant, but don't make that awful noise.

This shoe runs large and is heavy. I haven't worn a clog-type shoe before so maybe it's just the style, but the top is long and it hit the top of my ankle and was uncomfortable. Seems like it would have been a good work shoe, but it's going back.

Narrow through ball of foot. I was disappointed that this shoe wasn't offered in a wide width. Otherwise, the size runs 1/2 size smaller. I ordered correctly based on other's reviews, as it fit well overall, but just tight width-wise.

These are nice looking shoes, but were a bit higher than I thought. But I bought the wrong size. Thank goodness for Zappos free shipping and returns!

They are very comfortable I hear if the heel does not slip. For me the heel did slip even when I went a size down, 6, any smaller and my toes would be cramped. The alternative I tried was the Dansko Professional shoe. I got a size 38. I like it so far, and the heel is meant to slip, on purpose. They are firmer than the klogs, but they also have firmer arch support.

Here is what I think: At first I loved these shoes but after wearing them for only one year they are starting to fall apart. The inner lining is so worn that I cannot wear them anymore. I have switched my comfortable shoe of choice (for wide feet) to Alegria.

The reason I'm sending these back has more to do with my feet than the shoes. They are cushy and have a roomy toe-box. But the soles have contours (for arch and under toes) that reminded me of old-fashioned Dr Scholls "exercise sandals" (remember those?) -- very bumpy. These are like that, but soft. With the neuroma surgeries I've had, there was too much pressure where incisions/scars are, and just standing up in these shoes hurt. If you have normal feet, they'd probably be better. Your foot will likely slip out of the heel, as in other cloggy shoes.

I bought these shoes because they were "orthotic friendly" (I have to wear custom-made orthotics). The flatbeds came out easily so they accommodated my orthotics well, so that's good. And they are attractive. But they are too big. I didn't feel like returning them because I was afraid the size smaller would be too small, and I didn't want to risk that, return them, and then get these again. (I already had to return a different and I just wanted some brown shoes already.) I feel like my toes are swimming, and I don't have that problem in my other shoes. I would not buy these again unless I could try them on in a store and be sure about the best size.

I usually wear a ten in most shoes but after reading reviews I sized down to a 9.5 They almost fit. My toes did hit the front of the shoe when walking and my heel slipped in the back (which I think is normal). If I had ordered a ten, I think they would have been too big. They had pretty significant arch support but almost to the point of hurting. There was some cushion but not a lot. They weren't terrible shoes but I think after working 12 hours my feet would hate me. The search for the perfect shoe continues.

I would love these, but they are again an example of shoe sizeflation. My feet are the same size they have been for decades, but I can no longer wear a size 5 \/ 5.5 from many manufacturers.

Once again, fabulous Zappos service. But, unfortunately, these are going back. I have high arches and the tops of my feet near my toes dig in to the shoe. Nice looking shoe, though.

Very comfortable soles, but leather upper quickly got a little loose from wear. I think that these would be great for standing, but not for walking big distances as I need to work to keep my feet in now that they are a little stretched out.

I so wanted to like these shoes. I have a pair of Klogs that I've been wearing for years. I just wanted to replace them. But these don't fit correctly. The last pair I ordered was enormous, so I returned it and got a smaller pair. But even this pair doesn't fit. It's both too narrow and too long. Hopefully, the folks at Klogs will get things sorted out soon. They (used to) make great shoes.

Cute shoes but the pair I received had clearly already been worn! Creases on the toe box, obvious wear along the front seam, and worn insoles. Lucky for me, I would need a slightly smaller size anyway. Disappointed that these made it through quality control.
