WAY too big! I have big feet and normally order an 11 wide. These shoes fell off my feet! Really big. Also, they were very heavy so I think my legs would be tired if I tried walking in them for any amount of time. I had to return them.

Too sloppy. Felt like my foot was going to slip out all the time.

I bought these along with the Klogs Portland and Sanita Smart Step and Professional. I liked the Portland but this shoe was too big in my left foot and I walked right out of it (both shoes were ordered in a 9 wide). Also, the left shoe caused my ankle to turn over and out as I walked. Not well built. Will be sticking with my go-to Sanita.

I wear a size 7.5 medium width in most shoes and a size 39 in Dansko shoes. I was looking for something to replace the Dansko shoes I am currently wearing at work that are falling apart. I ordered these in a size 7.5 medium width. I found the fit of these shoes too tight overall. They felt small (my toes reached the front of the shoe) and were tight over the top of the foot and they reached up to my ankle. I could tell that within a few hours they would be digging in. Can't really comment to the rest of the shoe's qualities as I took them off almost immediately.

Very cute shoe, but runs large by somewhere between a half size and a full size larger than expected; the heel slipping, which others have been OK with, was not something I wanted to get used to. Just wearing this around my home, for probably less than 3 minutes, I ended up with a sore top-of-foot on the right and a bothered heel on the left. I didn't have the patience to "get used" to the heel slippage, which is apparently a feature - not a bug - of this shoe style. I must not be a "clogs" person. This is my second October in a row attempting to find a clog that works for me, and the second October in row that I'm sending back two pairs, one after the other. Time to give up this quest?

I wore these shoes for 3 hours at work in a restaurant and they creased up by the start of my big toe. Tried to wear them following day and that crease was digging into my foot. Returning them today! When I first put them on they were extremely comfortable and great Until that Crease happened!

Loved these when I first put them on. Nice cushy footbed. Love the colors. Very happy looking shoes. Comfortable. Problems are the material is losing its holding structure very quickly. Second the colors rub off very easily exposing the white base material. I'd recommend this shoe but with a different upper material. I wish I could return these shoes, but I've worn them several times.

I really really really wanted these Klogs Naples with the Sangria Flower design to work for my 8W feet with high arches. I read the reviews which also advised to get them a half size smaller and that they ran wide. Well, for me, the Klogs Naples 8W barely fit, but squashed both big toes. The Klogs Mission were horrible for me to try to stuff my arches into the foot and stand comfortably. Advice to go down a size? No way. I could not get my toes past the heelbed. I loved the pattern of the 'Sangria Pattern' in the 'Naples' style shoe so much, that I wondered if I could take it to a cobbler and have him stretch out the toebox to fit. Then I reconsidered given it's patent leather, and I've never had to stretch a toebox, let alone a patent leather one. Then I also realized I felt a bit like I was tottering on these heels and given I'm not strapped in, might sprain an ankle. Hrm... So, I'm actually going to try to see if Klogs has this patter in a style shoe where people COMPLAIN the toebox is too big, and COMPLAIN that the arch has too much support, for those 'complaints' are just the features I would love. My Clarks sandals and shoes (all the UnLoop style) I have had for many years and are absolutely a wonderfully made shoe, if one is looking for Klogs comfort, but a lower heel.

This shoes are very uncomfortable, I can't wear them anymore and they make so much noise while walking. Upset that I paid so much and It went to waste!

First: these run about a half-size large. Second: The leather of the brown Naples doesn't look like leather - it looks like plastic. Returning them for a pair of Mission Klogs (looks like real leather).

There is absolutely no way that these compare to Dansko. They felt really funny on my feet and was slipping in the heel. They are going back for sure but having said that I love Zappos and their service is the BEST!

These shoes are really pretty with the plum embossing. Unfortunately, for me, they feel like the foundation is made of wood as the original clogs from Denmark were. Overall, the shoe is heavy & the foot bed is unforgiving. I put them away in their box periodically, retrying them on around the house. It was there that I found to be slippery! I even got some of those "gripping pads"from Dr. Scholls to help with that. No one can say I didn't give it a chance!

I bought this in a full size smaller than usual, but my heel still came out of the back. Both shoes felt tight at the top of my big toe (really weird). While walking on my wood floor at home I also noticed that the soles were kind of loud - not at all like my Nikes that I currently wear to work. I really wanted a professional-looking shoe instead of my sneakers, but I guess I have odd feet (need a wide toe box and narrow heel). Bummer.

Great cushy in-soles, but very heavy, clunky shoes. I tried putting my orthotics in, but then the shoes were way too loose all over. Your toes slide to the front, even with their insoles in. My feet really hurt wearing these shoes - that when first slipped on, felt very comfortable.

About a year ago I ordered my first pair of Klogs, took them out the box and stood in them, walked a little around the house, thought they were a dream for my feet! So, I quickly ordered two more pairs in different styles. Unfortunately, I have since found that walking in them is a disaster for me. As soon as I hit the pavement I noticed that my feet were sliding forward and my toes were bashing into the end of the toe box on each pair. As I walk in them, I slide about a half to 3/4 of an inch. If I had gotten a bigger size, I think I would just be sliding further. I simply can't walk in them, and now I have 3 pair that I can't wear, despite trying gel pads, different insoles, etc. I will have to give them away.

Do not purchase anything from Klogs - they sent me the wrong product and will not refund my purchase! So disappointed, WAS a big fan, not now. Never worn, still in the box, asked for a return immediately after I saw they were the wrong color - they say this was a final sale, I would have never purchased them if that had been made clear. Who buys shoes without a return policy?

The colorful layer cracked and bubbled after only a few months of use. Super comfortable but I’m not happy with the durability.

I loved these when I got them but not even a year later they are soo stretched out that they don't fit. They are at least a whole size bigger now & I'm heartbroken!

My heel completely slips out of this shoe. So disappointed because my last pair of Klogs I bought several years ago (same style) fit perfectly. It seems like Klogs has now made their shoes more like Dansko where the heel slips out - BUT it does not work in this brand.

Pretty shoe but SQUEAKS with every step. Super embarrassing. Should not be happening at all. My other pair does not do this.

The shoes were perfect and really comfortable for the first 2 months while being worn in. Now there is a deep crease on the top of my right shoe that cuts into my big toe. This problem is causing swelling and pain. I actually saw a podiatrist because of it. My Dansko’s did not do this and I am very disappointed after spending $133!!! I wish I could return them.

These shoes are hard. The height of the heels made me slide into the toe area where it was uncomfortable. Overall shoes are made well but not soft.
