I have tried on approximately 1,674 pairs of clogs in the past two months. I have even bought a couple pairs in other well known brands, but these are, by far the most comfortable ones. The sole is flexible so I don't have the same clomp that my other clogs have, nor do I feel the need to scrunch up my toes to hold the shoe onto my foot, so they are much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I don't love the look of the elastic on the side, but it is a small price to pay for the drastic increase in comfort. Also, I generally take a wide shoe and these mediums fit me very well. Like walking on a cloud (and I have picky feet). As an added bonus, I have gotten many compliments on the design. Love them.

Day after day these shoes prove to be extremely comfortable after a full day on my feet (teaching), with no foot pain at all despite a history of plantar fasciitis. However, two years (and pairs) in a row now, the shoe has separated from the sole. My original pair lasted for 3+ year and I only got a new pair because they were scuffed. I'm bummed that I have to stick with these because nothing else is as comfortable, but it seems like a waste of money for how many replacements I've gone through for the same issue. If I ever find a shoe with the same comfort level but less likelihood to quite literally rip apart at the seam, I'll be switching over.

The style and comfort of this shoe are both amazing. I was using dansko shoes prior & decided to switch to klogs because of the numerous great reviews. I ordered a pair and instantly loved the fit, comfort, and style. However, after having only worn them for 4 months, working only 3 days a week, the design of the shoe started to peel off at the top of the shoe, where the crease is. I am not sure if i just got a bad pair or if this is an issue with all their colorful designs. I was absolutely heartbroken when I saw that this was happening. I have posted some pictures and circled the areas where the design has started to peel as it's a bit difficult to tell from pictures that the entire top of the design is peeling

At first I really loved these shoes. I have had them for about 6 weeks and have worn them maybe 12 times total and they are now completely falling apart. The leather separated from the seem area and now the seem is pulling. I am very angry considering the cost of these shoes. I am out 130.00 and a pair of shoes that I really liked. I do NOT recommend this item.

I bought a pair of Klogs over 4 years ago when I was a waitress, I'm now a cashier and spend most of my day on my feet. These shoes rock! I also wear them whenever I'm doing a lot of walking not just for work. I'm going to get another pair, not because my old ones have worn out (they are still in great shape) but because I want different colors/prints. Great support and comfort!

Wow! That about sums it up. These are the most comfortable shoes I have even worn and I have plantar fascia. Excellent support, a wide foot bed and plenty of cushioning in the sole. Definitely worth the money.

I love these shoes! I have had a terrible time finding comfortable shoes due to very high instep and arches. I work 12 hour days in a retail setting logging 8-12 miles per day. I have worked two days with these shoes with great success! I also purchased the Genoa Klogs with similar results, the Naples are my favorite, though. I plan to get another pair. I wear a 10W and the fit was perfect. They have a nice wide toe box. They arrived in 24 hours! This was another great experience with Zappos!

I have been wearing a 9.5 in Asics, Merrills, and Salomon, I exchanged twice and went with the 8.5. Comfy and roomy, KLogs fit me much better than Danskos, I have a wide foot and went with the wide width.

The most comfortable shoe I've ever owned! Worth every penny!

I love this shoe! I normally have to wear Orthoheel insoles in all my regular shoes and not with these. They provide great support for my plantar fascia. I bought these and a pair of Dansko's at the same time and I thought these were even more comfortable than the Danskos, and they were a lot less expensive. Oddly, this particular style (Naples) seems to be sized about a half size larger than marked, but none of the other Klogs that I've tried are.

First purchase of Klogs brand. The tooled leather is really cute and they were quite comfortable ... at first. I wore my new Klogs while running errands for about 4-5 hours. I had socks on, but started to become aware of painful rubbing across the tops of my toes. When I found a place to sit and remove the shoes, I discovered the leather was horribly stretched out and wrinkled! My toes were actually rubbed raw from the bunched-up leather -- and I still had several errands to do! I have never had this happen with any other shoe or boot I have ever owned! I contacted Zappos and they immediately refunded my purchase price (thank you, Zappos, for wonderful customer service!) I then contacted Klogs and offered to send the shoes to their quality control dept as I assumed these were defective and not the norm as other reviewers seemed to really like the brand. Klogs didn't want them back, which makes me think they already know there's an issue. Ended up purchasing another pair of Danskos, and I am very pleased with them.

I am on my feet 12+ hours a day. After wearing dansko shoes for several years, I found this Klog. It is exactly what I needed. The arch support is fantastic. I purchased this Klog, a dansko and sanita in an effort to find comfort. When I first tried on the Klog it felt that it slipped a little on my heel, so I wore the dansko 1st day (my legs and feet were dying by midday) then on the 2nd day I wore the sanita (end of day still pain) so on the 3rd day I wore the Klog. As I moved throughout the day I no longer felt the slipping of the heel. This is a softer, more malleable shoe than other two brands. Not only are they less heavy, the arch support is wonderful. True to size with this pair. Will be ordering more.

These shoes are so soft! If you have to have a shoe soft on your heel, these are the shoes for you. The footbed is so soft. Good on the ball of your foot too. I bought for work (hospital) and for home. Best shoes that I have bought in a while.

Love this shoe! Finally found a comfortable shoe that fits my high instep! I love the patent leather--dresses up or down easily. I thought they were pricey but I've had them for about six months and I'm impressed at how they've worn--they still look like new. So I got what I paid for. I will definitely be purchasing another color. My recommendation to Klogs is to offer them in other colors like say burgundy.

I have the Naples Klogs in black and was looking to replace them. I've found them to be so comfortable. Have been wearing them for 5+ years. Wear an 11. Old ones were a M width, but thought I'd try a M and a W to compare. Kept the wides.

I love these shoes! I am a nurse and work 12 hours on my feet. I was developing plantar fasciitis and went looking for some new shoes to replace my rubber clogs. I first bought these in brown. I loved them so much, I ordered another pair in black patent. I wear a wide-width shoe, and I love that they have that option. They have great heel and arch support and they have held up great! I also love that you can order replacement insoles from the Klogs company. Awesome shoes!

I love my Klogs! I'm a hairdresser with very high arches and these babies keep me comfy all day. Nice cush too. True to size. Worth the money.

Very comfortable. I ordered the wide width and they're a little large on my feet, so I wear socks. I like the added height they give me also.

Most comfortable shoe I've ever owned! Accommodates custom insoles perfectly and has wide "motion control" type sole. Great for flat / pronate feet. Looks like a black nursing shoe, feels like heaven!

Zappos, you and these shoes rule. If you like clogs, these are the most comfortable you'll ever put on. Straight out of the box onto my feet for hour of wear. No issues. They are a bit big, will need thick socks. But for a heavy woman recovering from major knee surgery, these are fantastic. Going to order in brown ASAP! Thanks again Zappos.

I’m a nurse working 12 hour shifts these are the most comfortable shoes ....... but durability is lacking , lasted only 6 months !!! Theses are more comfortable than Danskos that I’ve worn for years but Danskos last forever!!!!

I have to say, I really wanted to like Klogs. I've tried two styles, and, unfortunately, the shape of the toe box pushes on my second, and longest toe. The footbed felt terrific, but if you have a second toe longer than your big toe, the shape of Klogs may not work for you.

Based on reviews and looking at the style of the shoe (wide toe box), I would have thought that this brand would run a little on the larger side. Unfortunately, I find it to run fairly narrow - even the wide width. The shoe itself is cute, looks to be well made and if you have a normal to narrow foot, this shoe will probably be very comfortable. Sorry it didn't work out for me, but thanks to Zappos for their great shipping and return policy!!

I love the Naples style! They are super comfortable. This is my third pair but unfortunately the black torcello color began peeling after 5 days of wear. Very disappointing since they cost over $100. I have emailed customer service but not yet heard back. Zappos has always been awesome, though so I’m not too worried.
