I tried my regular size 10 - too big - than switched to 9.5 - and the heel still had substantial slipping. So unfortunately I had to return both. But if you can find a good fit for your feet these ate great shoes.

They felt very comfortable. Looked good. However, at my age the heel was too high and I felt I would fall over.

Strange that they were so big on me--slip sliding around, but I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel and have a tough time finding comfy shoes. Given that, I ordered these because I bought a different pair of Klogs that fit so well that I figured I should get another pair--not so. I ordered 2 different pairs and both were too big. Too bad--nice looking shoes! Nice leather, nice shade of blue.

Nice comfort removable insole as a change to the hard sole clogs I'm used to wearing, however there is a toe bar in the sole of the clog that is irritating to my sensitive feet which is under the orthotic so this clog will not work for me. Also I found the ankle opening a bit snug to what I'm used to wearing although it does make the clog more secure on your foot.

Super cute and comfortable, but on the large size. I normally order either a 7.5 or an 8. Based on other reviews, I bought a 7.5, but they were still too large. I had a half inch of space between my heel and the shoe and so they kept coming off when I tried walking on the carpet. I'm returning them for a 7. They have great support.

These seemed like comfortable, supportive shoes without being too heavy. I ended up returning them because they were a tad too big in my normal size of 8 - 8 1/2 and I knew the 7 - 7 1/2 would be too small.

Shoes run big but very comfy

Nice roomy and wide toe box which is a plus, cushioned insoles, however there is a rigid toe bar molded into the foot bed underneath the insoles, that is very uncomfortable for me. If you are a fan of shoes with toe bars like Birkenstocks, this won't be a big deal. I like that the shoes are non-slip, and have a wide base that you wouldn't turn your ankle easily in these which is more likely with Danskos, which I typically wear. I wish they didn't have a toe bar!

It’s a clunky shoe, and while comfortable, I was able to get a similar Dansko clog that looked prettier without sacrificing comfort. Returned.

Although comfy, it looks clunky compared to similar Dansko clogs. It’s getting returned.

I liked the shoes but returned because they were at least 3/4" too long. Ordered usual size. Did not try smaller size because one foot was tight on instep.

I typically wear a 9W and ordered the 8W for my daughter. I put them on forgetting I had ordered for myself and they fit beautifully! Wait! They are a full size smaller than I typically wear AND STILL fit like a clog (back/heel moves a little when you walk). Comfortable out of the box and know these will have a place in my "go to" shoe section of my closet.

My feet measure 7.5 EEE. I ordered 8 W(E). Unfortunately, too narrow for me. Disappointing, because they were lightweight and were potentially comfortable. Returning.

Loved the shoe but wearing them for short periods made my legs ache. After purchasing Klogs Evolve and wearing them all day for a while, I realized that Naples must simply too heavy for me. Just wish Evolve came in more colors.

My feet are on the wide side, and I normally have to wear a 10 just so that a shoe will accommodate my width. I can order 9.5 if the the brand offers a Wide option (or if the brand just tends to run wide). In another Klogs shoe that I own (Mission) I found their 9.5 Wide to be perfect fit. I assumed I had Klogs sizing figured out and ordered the same size in the Naples shoe. Sizing on the Naples shoe seems to be a little more generous, however, as a 9.5 Wide was falling off my feet and even a 9 Wide was too roomy. 9.5 Medium was the best fit I was able to get in this shoe. That's the one I ended up keeping, though I have to say they're not quite as luxuriously comfortable as the Mission shoe. They're attractive, though, and supportive, which is key as I'm a chef and work on my feet all day.

I loved the blurred lines design. This shoe was very comfortable. I would have kept them but they were too narrow and about a 1/2" too long. I usually were an sz 8 but a sz 7 1/2 W would have been perfect.

The shoe is very comfortable and I love the arch support and width on the shoe but the length is a full size too big. I will reorder in a small size.

I was not a fan of these shoes. They are really clunky and heavy. I was also not a fan of the tooled surface because the only color available in a 9W was the brown.

This is my second pair of Klogs. Similar to the first pair, they are a bit wide but fit nicely with thicker socks. I'm not sure why the medium width is considered a "C" width as I thought "B" was a medium width and would probably fit better. I wear a size a 11 and these are perfect in length. They also do not make me feet look "big". The Naples design coordinates well with black or blue jeans and probably other colors as well.

These clogs run have size lagrer. The width was great!!! The style on these made my feet look ducky, so not happy with that. My heel slipped up and down, this doesn't work for my unstable feet. Sadly they go back to Zappos ): Thank you Zappos for being here, you people are awesome!!!

Really wanted to like these shoes, but they didn't quite work for me! Very well-made, excellent brand, and the toe box is nice and wide, but they didn't have enough support at the metatarsal head area for my feet.

These are very comfortable—I walked all over Manhattan in them and frequently wear them for work. They look pretty good, can be casual or office appropriate. However I’m surprised no one mentions the squishy/suctiony sound when walking. My patients all notice and that is what keeps them from being the perfect professional shoe.
