These were really comfortable shoes and I wanted them to fit so badly, but my heel kept slipping out the back. Unfortunately, I have to return them for a different style.

I saw these shoes while shopping in Galena, Illinois. and they did not have my size. I suffer from plantar fasciitiis and these were the shoes they recommended for my condition. They are extremely comfortable - the heel slides like regular clogs is the only negative. They are nice looking and have a great support bed.

I work in a kitchen, and am on my feet 99% of the day. These are very comfortable, and did not require a break-in period. They look stylish, and are substantial but not "clunky" in my opinion. I wear size 11, and some shoes just don't look good that big! I can't wear the similar style in Dansko because the side of the shoe hits my ankle bone, but these do not have that problem.

These shoes are incredible! I wore them all day at work and had no pain or any problems with them. I felt like I was wearing tennis shoes. I work on my feet as a PT all day and absolutely love these shoes. They do run a bit big though. Zappos was excellent about the return for a smaller size. Thanks for a great shoe!

Followed the advise of many of the reviewers about ordering a half size down and found them to be too small so take that into consideration when placing your order - even though I didn't have my regular size to try on, I would say they are more "true to size". Also found the back heel too low so my foot slipped out with every step even though they were too small. However, it appears to be a well made shoe that I'm sure is very comfortable on the right foot. Just not mine! I really wanted a change in footwear after wearing the Dansko Professional for the last 10 years on the job but I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Clunky, not feminine at all, but I am getting desperate for a shoe to take care of plantar fasciitis and a neuroma. These were size 7.5 W and a little short on the right foot.

Awesomely comfy. I spend a lot of time standing on the hard floor in my kitchen when I'm canning the harvest from my very large garden. After my feet have been killing me for a while, I decided to try these. They're awesome. I ordered another pair in a different color.

I need a square and roomy toe. Even with the built in arch supports, I was able to put my foot in with no trouble. I ordered an 11 and sometimes need a 12. The 11 was perfect.

I like the look of these shoes. I am a librarian in a public library, and need comfortable, sturdy shoes. I have been wearing Timberland Pro, and can no longer obtain my size in these. I wear a 10W, and the wide in Klogs Naples is too wide. Also, the heel is so loose that I was stepping out of them. They are also too heavy. I felt like I was walking on bricks. Finally, the arch support is too high, to the point where my arches were aching with each step. I returned these.

I bought these shoes (7-30-15) because I need something great to wear for waitressing. I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur so I have a lot of foot pain. These shoes are awesome! I've worn them every day since I've received them and they are so comfortable and I have zero foot pain while wearing them! Well worth the cost. And they fit perfect as well. I'm so glad I took a chance and bought them! I'll probably buy them in another color as well. Great arch support. Cushion insoles.

I have been wearing the Klogs Naples shoe for the past 3.5 years exclusively because I broke my foot and after it healed these have been the only shoes I could find that did not cause me pain. Then last week I ordered my next pair because I wore the last ones out. When they arrived they do not fit the same at all. They feel a full half size larger than my last few pairs. I am so distressed that they may have changed the last! Now I am going to have to add some insoles to fill up the room. Beware, if you have ordered these shoes before they have changed!

These shoes have a roomy toe box, comfortable innersole and feel good on the feet. They are a bit tight across the top of the foot which ends up helping keep the shoe on when the heel slips a bit as you walk.The slipping could be because of the thick sole they have. I put them on right out of the box and walked a mile and a half in them. Very comfortable. I bought a 8.5 wide. I may have been able to use an 8 w but wanted room for the different thicknesses of sock I may wear with them. The only reason I am giving a 4 on overall is because of the tight fit across the top of the arch which may relax over time.

This shoe is so comfortable for someone who is on their feet all day. I have been buying this shoe for years now. I work in grocery retail and I need slip resistant work shoes. As you all know, retail workers never get to sit! I strongly recommend these shoes for everyone that works for me. My feet aren't tired after 8 hours on concrete floors. I have to add that ordering with Zappos was awesome. Easy to navigate, great selections, and true to their word on shipping time. Love Zappos!

It can be difficult to find "slip-resistant" shoes which are truly non-slip, but these Klogs Naples really are non-slip! These are great for running around a restaurant kitchen (even with wet floors). These shoes fit more like clogs than a regular shoe and are fairly wide. My heel slips a lot, but I've experienced no blisters or pain from my heel slipping. In fact, it's almost like wearing slippers that I can run in. The insole that comes with the shoes are formed with a little ridge between the toe area and ball of one's foot; I find that this helps to keep the shoe on. If one normally wears a 1/2 size or whole size larger in running shoes, I would recommend trying a 1/2 size larger in these shoes as there is a slight tendency for one's foot to move towards the front of the shoe. I have very narrow feet and went with my normal dress-shoe size as I'm afraid that the 1/2 size larger would just be too large over all on my foot. For people with a foot width of M or W, the looseness of the shoe may not even be an issue.

These are the most comfortable shoes! I've tried many different brands over the past 24 years trying to find a shoe that wouldn't hurt my feet and finally found one with these Klogs! I'm back to order my 4th pair now. Although I may order the Mission since they have a little shorter heel. These have excellent arch support, other shoes I've always had to spend extra for inserts. Not these! Comfy right out of the box! Love Klogs! Will never buy another brand for my work shoes.

I love these shoes! I wear them constantly, all day long. My podiatrist said no bare feet for 4 months! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and mortons neuroma in the same foot and have tremendous difficulty finding shoes that offer any kind of comfort or relief. These shoes are it. I stumbled on them at a local store, tried them on and fell in love. Although normally I am a 6.5, due to my foot issue I decided to wear these in a 7W. They are loose with thin socks, perfect with thick socks. Not too tight, no pressure on my toes. Complete relief to any fatigue I have. I bought a discontinued color (oiled mocha) love them, the leathers is soft and supple. Easily distressed, which I love. I ordered another pair off eBay too. I also purchased the replacement insoles on Zappos - the ones in these shoes are the PRIME ones. Pay attention to that if you are looking for the exact replacement! I hope to find other Klogs shoes for every occasion. If nothing else, I will be using the insoles in the future. So grateful I found these shoes.

These "klogs" fit perfectly and have excellent arch support. I will not have to break them in at all.

My daughter has some of these and loves them, so I bought a pair for work. At first they hurt my feet, but after wearing them in, they are pretty comfortable. They do hurt my feet after a 12 hour hospital shift, but what does not? The arch support is very good. I normally wear size 8 and the size 8 is fits perfectly.

Ordered these in a size 9 which is my normal shoe size but had to exchange them for an 8 1/2 and much better fit. Note to self, order a half a size smaller than your normal size since these do tend to run a 1/2 size bigger. Love the style and really Love the comfort of Klogs! These are the second pair of Klogs brand of shoes that I have ordered and having bunions in both feet, it is very hard to find truly comfortable shoes that I can actually wear all day. I will definitely be ordering more Klogs since they are truly comfortable and get me through my workday without aching feet at the end of the day. Zappos has Excellent customer service and I had my exchange at my front door the very next day. :) How awesome is that!

You know what it's like when you sleep on a sofa bed and it feels like you have that bar stuck in the middle of your back all night? That's what the arch of these shoes feels like to me. The toes are nice and roomy but these will be getting returned.

I ordered my shoes and had them the next day. I have used Zappos before and have never had a problem. Will purchase shoes from them again!

I love these shoes and want them to work. They have good support, the option of wide, look great, are quiet on floors and are a softer sole than Dansko. I have a bone chip in the small bones of my arch which makes that foot very picky. I am testing the shoes now and have my fingers crossed!

Based on the excellent reviews, I bought these shoes about two weeks before a Europe trip, during which I knew I would be walking on a lot of cobblestones in unpredictable weather. The shoes are absolutely for walking on uneven surfaces. They are also, I happily discovered, waterproof. It snowed in Prague in April, and I was trudging through 1-2" of snow, and puddles, in these shoes and my feet never got wet. I was so relieved. The shoes are outrageously sturdy. They did rub against some toes, so I wore blister pads, which helped a lot. The arch support is unbelievable. My feet always felt massaged. The shoes do slip a bit on the heel, as I think clogs are designed to, but the elastic through the instep always held them securely to my feet. Overall, this was a great purchase.

I love these shoes. I am on my feet for over 10 hours a day and these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had.

I've had these shoes for about 8 months now. I was switching off between these and a pair of Danskos, which I purchased together at the same time from my local shoe shop. I have officially retired the Dansko clogs...I just couldn't take the pain anymore. They were giving me tailor's bunions on the side of my little pinky toes and a shoe has never given me foot problems before. I now wear the Klogs full time. I'm a nurse in a busy ED and these hold me up pretty well. There are times though, that I come home and my feet and knees feel tired. That's the only gripe I have with these, because the Dansko clogs never made my feet or knees feel tired, but they gave me foot problems. Just so everyone knows, your heel is supposed to slide out of the back. That's the way a clog is intended to fit. You should be able to stick your finger in the back between the edge of your shoe and the heel. This allows for the most natural stride and prevents achy feet! I have tried numerous types of nursing shoes and these are the best I have tried so far, although they are not perfect. I can see myself purchasing another pair of the Naples style soon and I would recommend these to others.
