After having major double joint fusion surgery in my foot, I was still in pain and disappointed in my surgical results. I tried Dansko, Alegria and Nurse Mates and was disappointed. I wore these Klogs around my house before I wore them to work at a very busy urgent care center. They felt good at home so I gave them a try at work. My feet never felt better! They have made a world of difference for me and the more I wear them, the more comfortable they get. Because of the plates and screws in my one foot, I have one foot that is a little wider than the other. The wide size was perfect for me. I bought them in white to match my scrubs but I am investing in another pair in black to wear with jeans. I only wish that they made sneakers! I highly recommend these shoes.

These are very nice shoes - but they do run large like others have said. I have the Austin clogs and recently turned my sister and her whole family onto them. These are great shoes.

The first day I wore them they were very comfortable. I am on my feet most of a 12 hour shift. The next day my little toes on both feet started throbbing. I probably should have bought a 1/2 size up.

I love them! They are lighter and softer than Dansko and they give great support. I have a high instep but because of the elastic it works out fine! Zappos delivery is so fast that I tell my friends as soon as you hit the submit button the doorbell rings!

So wonderfully comfortable. I bought these to alternate with my Danskos, and it is like walking on a cloud in comparison. I love them and they really helped my legs not be so tired after standing for 10+ hours a day. LOVE!

First: these run about a half-size large. Second: The leather of the brown Naples doesn't look like leather - it looks like plastic. Returning them for a pair of Mission Klogs (looks like real leather).

These shoes are great for someone who's on their feet most of the day. They are well-supported and they look good. Love these shoes!

This is my first pair of Klogs. VERY comfortable! Lots of cushy support. Not the cutest looking shoe but definitely a supportive and comfortable shoe. I plan to buy another pair.

Love these shoes, I have problem feet, and these are great. Fit well, and were comfortable from the moment I but them on. Will buy this brad and style again!

This is my second pair of black Klogs. My first pair lasted several years. This pair, at one year old, is showing signs of wear on the section where the stitching connects the upper section to the sole. I do not know what changed in the quality of this shoe, but it is disappointing.

These shoes are lifesavers. If you've got plantar fasciitis, then these are the shoes for you. I'm a nurse and stand on my feet all day, and I've tried every possible shoe out there for support and cushion (including Vionic, danskos, grey's anatomy, and about 10 different tennis shoe brands and styles over the years). Nothing has compared to these in comfort. I bought another pair to wear as house shoes when I'm at home. The cushion on the heel is fantastic. These aren't the prettiest shoes, but if you've truly got foot problems you won't care once you put them on your feet.

These shoes are awesome!! I wore them for the entire day after receiving them and felt great that evening. I did have to return the first pair as they ran about a half size large for my usual size.

Not only am I on my feet all day, but I have rheumatoid arthritis. These shoes are very comfortable. I would definitely buy them again when the time comes.

I really wanted these to work. Sadly they didn't. The shoes themselves seemed comfortable initially but when I started walking in them, the heel wasn't tight and my foot moved forward, which caused my toes to hit the front edge of the shoe. Will be returning.

Nice weight, good cushioning, but the top of the shoe comes up too high on your foot and pinches. Very uncomfortable. It does run wide. I normally wear a wide, and the width in the medium was fine.

These are very comfortable, with a snug but giving fit over the instep and a light hold of the heel. I use these in cooler months and winter for everyday errands and light walks. The height of the sole keeps the leather upper out of shallow puddles and slush. And the upper is stitched to the sole in a snug, more secure way that is easier to seal the seam from water. They are great for level surfaces but give less side-to-side support for uneven surfaces.

This is the first time I've tried this brand. I ordered the same size and width that I usually do with other brands (8.5 W or 39) and found these shoes to feel a little larger in the toe box and much larger in the heel. With heavy socks they might be okay, but I didn't care for my heel slipping out with every step.

If you work on your feet - you need these shoes. They do run 1/2 size big - I wear an 8.5 in everything but wear an 8 in the Naples. Nothing compares to the support and comfort that these shoes give - and they last for years.

These are phenomenally comfortable. I had someone ask me if they're orthotics, so maybe they're not the most attractive but I wear them TONS and I like the look. I got the brown/tooled and wear them with jeans and other casual pants. A year later they're still in great shape.

I love Zappos. I have ordered from Zappos 2 times and have been very satisfied. I had to exchange the last pair for a smaller size. The girl in customer service was so pleasant. I has her on speaker and my daughter came out of her bedroom to comment on how nice she was. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise. Thank You Zappos!

I really wanted to love this shoe, especially with all of the rave reviews, but I'm going to have to return it. My heel kept slipping out of the back and it's very tight across the top of the foot. I'd say they run true-to-size in length, but a little small in width. If you have a wider food and tend to run between sizes as I do (I'm an 8.5 to 9), go with the smaller size, but a wider width. I'm still not sure if that would help the heel slippage, however. I'm returning for another style. I do have a different style of Klogs with no heel that I'm enjoying breaking in, even though they're a bit too tight across the top of my foot, too -- thinking they'll loosen up with wear, however. Are Klogs in general the comfiest as others proclaim? If you have a low arch and tend to roll inward, or if you have plantar fasciitis, Klogs not so comfy, no. Try Vionics instead -- I'm happier with my pair of those.

Love these shoes! Very similar to Dansko except the soles gives a bit, which gives them more cushion. I first got a 7.5 but with the socks I normally wear the 8 is perfect. Am not looking forward to those 12 hour shifts. Wish I could find these in a store where I could try them on!

I have been a flight attendant for 16 years, and I am so thrilled that I came across these. I just ordered my second pair, after wearing out the first. These were comfortable straight out of the box, and when you are on your feet all day, the most important quality in a shoe is comfort.

I have not worn these yet, I have tried them on. They are very comfortable and very stylish. I am sure that they will be one of my favorites.
