Seemed to run a bit big

They felt wonderful immediately!! It’s hard for me to find a comfortable shoe

I love the tooled leather look to these brown clogs. Jazzes them up a bit. Very comfortable. Nice cushy insole. Good fit. Have a pair of Klogs in M width and ordered the brown tooled in a W width. Like them a bunch. All day comfort. Have had the other pair for about 5 years. Keepers.

Best shoes ever for food industry and being on your feet all day. I have tried them all! I love the look of Dansko but the heel is too tall. These are just right and look professional too! These lasted much longer than all of the shoes I have bought in the past ( shoes for crews, crocs, new balance, sketchers, danskos) trust me go with these!

I love these shoes and have bought several pairs in both black and brown. They're the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, bar none. And the style is timeless with jeans. For those who use orthotics, the insoles remove easily for replacement if needed, but they provide nice, comfortable arch support on their own as well. I will keep buying these shoes for as long as Klogs keeps making them.

I love Klogs. I bought the Syracusa model several years ago & loved them. I tried to buy another pair but could not find them so tried some other models. My Syracusa is a clog size 6.5. My heel was landing on the back edge so I tought to order a 7. The 7 was too big so returned for 6.5 which fit perfectly. These have backs so that may be the difference. They are just as comfortable as the Syracusa. I also ordered the Austin clog in 7. That fits fine, I don't step on the back but the leather upper is still a bit stiff but figure it will loosen in time. Staff at Zappos couldn't have been more helpful in processing the return.

From the first minute in the shoe, I felt comfortable. A very light shoe, lots of room in the toes and I'll be able to stand up all day no problem in this one!

The insole is incredibly comfortable and supportive. The fit was big and definitely a wide so I had to exchange the 10 wide for a 9 wide. I am a 9.5 wide but typically wides arent that wide so I size up. These have been great shoes and I think might replace my Danskos since I can’t find a pair that fit my instep.

I wear between a 10.5 and an 11. I have a wide foot so I usually just go up a size to make up for the width. I ordered an 11 and then noticed in the comments that these shoes tend to run a half size too big, so I canceled and ordered a 10.5... HOLY MOLY they were still WAY too big. SO COMFORTABLE though. I reordered for a size 10 and they just arrived. STILL TOO BIG!? I am hoping that the 3rd time is the charm, I ordered a 9.5 and they should be here tomorrow. I cannot believe I ordered a 9.5! Possibly the sizing isn't THAT far off when you order the regular width instead of the wide width, but if you order wide width ORDER SMALLER THAN NORMAL! (In my case MORE THAN AN ENTIRE SIZE SMALLER!) Overall, impressive - comfortable - soft (softer/cushion than Danskos)

I just received my Klogs Naples yesterday and I already can't get enough of them. This is my first pair, and reading through the reviews helped me to decide to pull the trigger because I've been desperate for a comfortable, cute, supportive shoe to wear when I'm spending hours on my feet in the kitchen. They're clogs, of course, so they're only as cute as clogs can be, BUT, thanks to several of the reviews that warned that they run big, I ordered a half-size smaller (I'm usually a 7 and I ordered a 6.5). They fit perfectly. They're lightweight but solid, and more flexible and comfortable by far than the Danskos I used to have. I might have to order another pair in a different color/pattern - I can't get over the huge variety available! :-)

I love these shoes and have tried them in two sizes but unfortunately, they just don't fit correctly. I have at least 5 pairs of Klogs and love the brand but I found the padding in the edge that sits on the top of foot is too thick and puts pressure on the top of my foot. I found the same problem in another pair of Klogs that I kept and now I never wear them because it is uncomfortable. Sadly, I love the look of these but I had to return them.

This shoe fits like very nicely. Some of the printed ones are loose... but not this one!

I love these shoes. They are comfortable the first time you put them on with no break in period.

I usually wear a 9 but I had to get an 8.5 but I love them. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

These are the only shoes i have bought. I wear them to work as i am on my feet anywhere from 16 to 18 hrs when i am working and this is on a moving train. Great shoe.

I wear a 7.5, but needed to return for a 7.0. A little large, length wise.

This shoe is very comfortable, supportive and flexible. The brown with black pattern is pretty. Gives me a nice boost in height, too. Would definitely order this again. I ordered a half size smaller than usual, as suggested by others, and it's a great fit.

This summer, I purchased two new pairs of Naples style Klogs. (I bought my first pair 6 or so years ago). I am a school teacher (standing, teaching, walking from 7:00 to 3:00 every day!) These shoes keep me going and look great with slacks. (After a really long day--8 hours plus--taking them off is all I want to do, but honestly, who doesn't want to take off their shoes at the end of the work day. Right?) I buy two pair (one black, one brown) to go with all of my pants, regardless of their color. I have wide feet, but purchasing the wide style shoe was too wide for my feet. (I think the elastic sides accommodate for shoe width without having to purchase the wide build). So, despite my wide feet, I do well with the medium width. As far as wear and tear goes, I only bought new pairs because the insides were wearing out; the rubber soles and leather uppers looked like they still had another few years in them. I never checked to see if a shoe repair place could resurface/rebuild the insides of the shoes for me. I just bought new ones. (I hope that wasn't being wasteful).

This is my 3rd pair of Klogs. They are comfortable for long days on my feet. They are stylish enough that i can wear them with scrubs or professional attire. There was no "break-in period", I just put them on and went to work. You should be aware that the sizes are at least a full size smaller than what you normally wear.

Purchased this pair of shoes for work. I work in a kitchen, so I'm standing on my feet for at least 8-10 hours a day. After doing some research on work clogs, I came across the Klogs brand. These pair from Klogs are so comfortable to wear all day and they give nice arch supports as well! Sizing does run a little bigger than usual, but with Zappos, it's pretty easy to do an exchange if you order the wrong size!

Wonderful shoe

These work well for me in a job where I have to stand for hours at a stretch. I wouldn't wear them for long distance walking- more flexibility and a little more arch support would be needed. The leather is very durable- i see only a tiny bit of wear after two years of 5 day per week use.

I really like these shoes. This is my second pair, but I do think the arch support was better in the first pair I bought several years ago. These work for me in a job where I stand for at least 3 hours at a stretch.

A comfortable shoe for standing all day. I have a very high arch, these shoes do not hurt my feet.
