I found these new ones looser than the same ones that I bought sometime back of the same size, style, color and Bass. So they are identical except these seemed bigger in the heel strap. The heel strap is now too big for me and my feet haven't shrunk.

These seem like nice shoes, but even in the N width they cannot cope with my freakishly narrow (4A) heels: I would have had to punch at least two extra holes into the strap, with the buckle ending up on top of my foot rather than on the side. So back they go.

The last time I ordered this model, they had more cushioning. The sandals look nice, but I think I really need a AAA instead of just AA. My feet "slosh" a bit, but I think they look fine & are comfy enough.

Nice looking sandals, good price. As with all adjustable sandals, be sure to adjust the straps according to your foot, not by counting holes in the strap. Once I got the adjustment correct, the shoes fit perfectly. The only problem I have is the front outside strap hits my small toes just the wrong way so I have to be careful that I don't damage my little toes. All in all, a sexy shoe for limited periods of time (i.e., dinner out, a party, etc.) but not for wearing all day shopping, etc. I previously had the Bass Sunjuns with no heel strap but with the thong between my toes. They were great, too, but flapped a lot when I walked. So I wanted to try a sandal with a heel strap. For this price, try both!

Well cushioned and very cute. However, wasn't as wide as i expected for a 8 1/2 W, which causes the straps to fit across the pinky toe in an uncomfortable way.

Very nice sandals -- cute, well made. I had to return them because they were too wide for my narrow foot. The foot bed was fine, but the straps were way too big across the front of my foot!

I often have problems with getting blisters from sandal straps, with an extended breaking-in period. I didn't have that at all with these - the straps are soft and gently stretchy, so they don't rub or hurt even my apparently very sensitive feet. (That stretch may mean that I have to punch some extra holes to tighten the buckle later, but that's ok.) I wear these to walk to work in the city, but I'd carefully consider before using them as my sole vacation shoes or something like that. They're good for every day, but don't have quite the arch support or ruggedness that I'd want for something more than a walking commute. Cute, though, and I get lots of compliments.

I so wanted to love these shoes - looking for an alternative to Orthaheel for my upcoming trip. But sadly, the side strap cuts just short of my small toe, which keeps popping out with every step I take. Would not be very comfortable walking in all day. The footbed is very soft and cushioned, and if you're toes are long, you might not have this problem.

The shoe is extremely comfortable but when waking in them they make a squeak noise. So that's a bit annoying. But other than that a great purchase.

These shoes are great for the price, but you get what you pay for. The shoes are comfortable enough and look great with capris or a skirt, but the leather is a bit rough and I would not recommend them for wearing all day.

Quality is good. Size is not the same as my previous pair. Soles are shorter and narrower.

Comfortable sandal. Stretched a bit after a couple of wearings. Not too much arch support especially if you have high arches.

I love these! I ordered them because I walk over a mile daily in my commute, and wanted some cute black sandals to wear to work. These fit the bill, and are so comfortable! The only downside is that they make a squishy/hissing sound when I walk. Scared my cat with them, which was hilarious, but it can be a little awkward in a quiet office. I have only worn them a few weeks though, so hopefully with more breaking in, the noise will go away!

These are great looking, comfortable sandals that look great with all manners of casual clothes and swimwear. The sizing seems off, though. I wear 8N normally. A year or two ago I got the cinnamon in a 7 1/2N. They fit great. This year I ordered black in 7 1/2 N (too short) and then 8N (straps too loose in the front. Too bad they changed the way the shoe is sized! If you wear 8M and have a narrow heel, these might work well for you.

I'm normally a size 8, but I ordered these in 7.5 after reading reviews. I don't have wide feet, but I ordered these in wide (W). A 7.5W is equivalent to an 8M, according to the way these fit on me. The straps: The straps feel slightly rough and fit snug when I first put them on. Walking with them at first is a little uncomfortable. They would be better if the straps were looser. I'm going to wear socks with them around the house to hopefully break in the straps. The footbed (inner sole): The footbed is very soft and comfortable. It gives moderate support which is way better than other fashion flat sandals. The only complaint I have is that while walking, one shoe seems to collect air when I lift my foot up, and the air lets out when I step on the shoe. It makes a faint, air puffing sound. The other shoe doesn't do that. It's not noticeable or bothersome, but hopefully over time it'll stop doing that. The looks: I love the way these sandals look. It's comparable to some of the other cute, but way less comfortable flat sandals. I hope Bass comes out with more stylish sandals like these!

The shoe is very comfortable but it is quite wide. I'm not sure why it runs so wide. I still kept them and wear them as nothing rubs and are very comfortable. I gave four stars overall just because of the width which I had read other reviewers concerns. I maybe should have went with narrow but thought they may be too small. Overall comfortable shoe.

For short-walks this shoe is fine...but I walked two miles in them recently and my feet were aching to get out by the end of wearing them. I have a medium-wide foot which probably contributed to the problem. Although initially comfortable to walk in, they don't seem to be great for long-ish walks.

I originally bought the 9 Wide here on Zappos but they cut into my feet so I returned them to Zappos and bought from Amazon the 9.5 EE (Extra Wide). I was convinced I had the right size and found the Cinnamon (reddish) color went with even my true red purse and t-shirts. The foot bed is soft and comfy, but the straps rapidly stretched out. The sole is a rubber type material that does not flex and I was amazed when I weighed the shoes and they were 18 ounces. A "light weight" shoe I wear a lot is only 11 ounces. I think these are not something you want to do a lot of walking in because they are heavy. I am probably going to get rid of mine at the end of the summer because they are so stretched out, I have run out of holes on the straps to tighten them more. They still look perfect, though. If I buy again, I'm going back to that original, smaller size.

I like these sandals! The color and gold details are very cute in person. At first I was worried because the small gold details and leather straps rubbed my feet, but after a couple hours of wearing them around the house, they broke in just fine. An added bonus is that the straps disguised my bunions but were loose enough that they didn't hurt my feet, as many shoes with straps do. My foot doctor recommended alternating several types of sandals to keep my bunions from hurting, and these are a nice alternative to flip-flops. Given the low price, cute style, and decent comfort level, I recommend them!

Nice sandals, just wish they didn't close with velcro. I have kind of large feet for a woman, but my ankle/heel area is relatively thin, so the limit on the velcro closure makes these sandals a little loose around the back. It's not a problem if I'm just wandering around at a festival or something, but if I had to do any more strenuous walking (say hills in a park) I could see potential for an injury. Otherwise they're fine though.

I bought these in a size 9E for my daughter who has very wide, hard to fit feet. I also have a pair myself. The sole on these didn't seem wider than a regular shoe but very cushy for a flat sandal, and the straps are accommodating. If the sole had been thinner, I might have returned them because her feet stick out just a little on the sides, but she loved them and insisted on keeping them. These are well made, classic sandals that you can wear with anything - a great go-to when.

These are super comfortable and really cute! I ordered an eleven wide and they are a little too wide not sure if I'm keeping them. These shoes remind me of something my mom would wear so I'm on the fence about these. At the same time they are uber comfortable and the price is right.

I am usually a size 5, but I had to buy these asap for a trip and had to get a 5 1/2 since the 5s were out of stock. The shoe was well-sized when I first had them, but they stretched out a bit over time and I've only had them for about 2 weeks (but with walking around in them a lot since I'm in Italy). I wish I had been able to get a 5 but the 5 1/2 is just too loose for me. Otherwise they are very comfortable!

I do not know if my problem is because I wear a size 12 but the sandal is all over the place. The straps do not stay fitted and my foot is either at the front of the shoe, side of the shoe or maybe the back of the shoe. Basically the sandal does not stay on the foot.

Love these shoes but will have to return them as my foot must be a little on the narrow side. When I tightened them to fit my toes went over the front edge. will try a 7 1/2. I ordered according to what other comments had made.
