Comfy but Quirky Fit - Clunky, but solid footing from the wide, stable sole/heel. The mesh inserts can be either chic or cheap depending on your mood during the day. The velcro tie is cheap-think grosgrain ribbon with velcro at the end. I normally wear 11.5 ww and these were WAY too big, bought 11 ww but still not comfy enough (need them for all day walks when travelling). Zappos customer service was, as always absolutely amazing.

Very disappointing. I have an older pair that I love, and was looking forward to getting a different color. They must have changed manufacturers or something, because the new pair was nowhere close. The materials felt cheaper, with rough edges, the insoles were dirty when I received the shoes (but clean under the the packing stuffed into the toes) and the fit was uneven, and tight in the toes. It\\\'s not a matter of breaking them in; the first pair was comfortable from day 1. It\\\'s a shame, but back they go. Thanks to Zappo\\\'s for making things easy!

SIZING WAY OFF - This shoe looks too rubbery and the sizing is huge. I ordered my normal size and the shoe was huge. It was very thick in the toe box but the top of the shoe fit tight. So if you have very fat toes but flat foot I suppose it would fit. I do love Zappos for being so easy to buy and return. So back these go.

Bought these for my mother. They were really cute and she loved them. They were comfortable for her very wide flat feet. But the strap broke after only a couple months. Expected better from an expensive shoe.

This shoe was heavy for the style, the strap was not on elastic so it cut into my instep, the throat of the shoe was low cut and dug into the nuckle of my first toe. Sorry I really wanted this shoe to be good for me.

I have just about worn out my second pair of these shoes. I wear a brace for drop foot in one shoe and an insert in the other shoe for a fallen arch. They fit in these shoes perfectly with room to spare so they are still all day comfort. I wear these almost every day to work. They are a good walking shoe.

Very roomy toe box but heel area too wide. Heel was slipping. Shoe is very light weight. Bought for mom who has arthritic feet.

The shoe was fine. A little heavy. I picked the Propet. I already have 2 pair of Propet and am happy with them. Cheaper and lighter. Like a sneaker but for my x large feet --more feminine.

I love this shoe, but can't seem to get a good fit in it! the 11WW is too small and the 12WW is too big! I wish it came in 11.5WW.

These shoes are very comfortable. I am a teacher with wide fussy feet and Planter Fasciitis. They were comfortable right out of the box. I could stand all day.

I've been looking for something "light" that would look better with summer dresses than my New Balance full athletic shoes -- and the shoes had to accommodate my orthotics, which are pretty substantial. I found these and decided to give them a chance fully expecting to return them. Not a chance. I love them. Oh, and did I mention I'm recovering from major reconstructive foot surgery 4 months ago and my foot still aches and swells a fair lot each day? Still love the shoes.

Perfect. I bought 3 pairs to wear for an upcoming 4-week trip to 5 countries in Europe. These I suppose are technically "mature lady" shoes, but they're cute on, and feel wonderful for long periods of me. I have a big toe that has to stay bandaged 24/7/365, yet I like to wander on foot everywhere, and hallalujah, these work for me... in a dress or leggings

I ordered size 5 Wide in the black. These shoes are really comfortable, with good cushioning and a flexible outsole. Even with the Wide width my heels don't slip up and down. The hook and loop closure is comfortable with my arch supports. The shoes have very good support. The style is relaxed casual for sporty and casual outfits. I was able to use the inner soles that come with the shoes. I kick myself for not ordering these sooner because the cream color is sold out in the 5 Wide.

Very nice shoes. I have terrible problems with my feet. I got the extra wide width. My toes still feel crunched but I know these shoes are as good as I'm going to get as I have tried so many! At least I can walk in these. I usually wear a Size 7 but ordered a Size 6 1/2. They still ride up a tiny bit in the back but not enough to be a problem. I would suggest ordering a half size smaller than you usually wear.

I searched for a long time to find a shoe with a removable inner sole that could be removed for orthodics. I used other customer reviews to choose this shoe. It's perfect. I was able to wear the shoes all day with my wide orthodics. I will pass the name of this shoe on to my podiatrist for other patients who have this problem. Color me Happy!

The soft leather expands to the width I need. I now only wear two shoes and this is one of them. Orthotics fit inside when their insert is taken out. It is very hard to be 6.5 EEE and find a shoe that fits. Classy enough for church, and fine for everyday. Thanks for the shoes.

My aunt says these are the best shoes she's ever worn. No break in time. Extremely comfortable. Wide toe bed great for folks with toe issues.

I'm over 60, over weight, and diabetic. This is the best shoe in a long time. I love them.

I bought 9WW, which is the size I normally buy. I need a shoe with good support, which these shoes provide. The mesh inserts are over my bunions which turned out to be an unexpected bonus. The mesh "gives", which is wonderful. I wear an orthotic, so I can't really tell you about the shoe's inherent arch support. The style of the shoe is the best I have found that meets my needs. I really would like to find a ballet flat with a low vamp, but I haven't yet. These Mary Jane's are what I plan to wear until then.

Nice shoe but 8 w my usual was way too wide. Otherwise very comfortable, returning because it is just too roomy.

I am so happy with these shoes. Like so many others, I have problem feet. I have very wide feet and super high arches but at the same time have narrow heels. The width options available with these shoes work wonderfully for me. It is really hard to find shoes that will accommodate my orthotics and still look pretty. I bought the bone, but will probably buy other colors in the future. I'm so glad Zappos carries Drew Shoes. I no longer need to limit myself to 'lace-up walkers' and can have prettier styles of shoes.
