The Clarks I ordered was only offered in wide fitting, not the extra wide I normally wear. I did keep and wear the shoe but have subsequently found that it is available in extra wide fitting. Perhaps you should have mentioned on your site that the wider fitting would be available.

Mostly wonderful - Bought these shoes in desperation after spraining my ankle and needing instant shoes for a wedding. Read the reviews and I agree for the most part these are instantly walkable comfortable shoes that worked for me. Only down side...side closure in front covers smallest toes and for me causes some rubbing.

Great Sandal! Love these sandals. I ordered the narrow-Clarks run wide anyway, and it still is a tad too wide, but not bad. I got the bronze pair, and they are very cute. Instant comfort-no break in period. I just wish they had a tad more arch support, but all and all, nice sandal.

Not much support in the footbed, and the straps need to be tighter for my narrow foot. The looks is Ok, but not wonderful (sort of too much strap). However, I would have kept it if it had more support.

Based on reviews this shoe rated high. I bought and am not at all happy about it. The leather is soft liked I had hoped, but that is all. My feet are a normal width. Walking in the park the other day the shoes where rubbing against my little toe and there seemed to be no arch support whatsoever. I felt like my feet where collapsing inward. I definitely do not love this product and wish I could return them.

I love Clarks and the shoe was comfortable, but the wide straps and funny heel just look funny to me. So I'm returning them. The felt good on my feet, though.

I ordered this shoe in a 12N, my usual size, and an 11N since I often can wear an 11 in sandals and have a better fit. The 12 seemed a bit long and the 11 fit okay but I just didn't care for the styling or material. It looks dated and the leather is a dull finish. Trotters makes a similar style but added patent accents which, think, makes it look worse.

They are beautiful and of very high quality, but I have a wide foot and a very high instep and even though I ordered a Wide...the straps over the instep are barely long enough.

I loved the style of these shoes... They are super dressy without having stiletto heels, and when I bought them I saw myself wearing them with everything! Unfortunately, I had to return them because I think the photo of the shoes makes them appear wider in front than they actually are. I am normally a D width; I ordered this shoe in Wide, but there was still not enough room for my toes. They hung over the edge of the shoe and while the middle of the shoe was wide enough, it tapered to a point in front. I was also a bit disappointed with the lack of arch support, despite Clarks advertising themselves as "the comfort shoe."

Not what I was hoping for - I'm sending these back. First problem is not really the shoe's fault: I need a narrow shoe, especially in this type of sandal, but Zappos was out of narrow widths in my size. I ordered a medium width, hoping it might work, but it doesn't - my feet migrate from side to side in these sandals. Second problem for me is that the shoe is uncomfortable because the cushy pad in the middle of the heel area is raised so much from the footbed that my heel keeps slipping off it and down on one side or the other, so that I end up walking with my heel perched precariously on one of the edges of the shoe. Third and final problem is the sandal's look - when you put them on, the strap that crosses your foot highest/closest to the ankle is placed higher than usual and makes the shoe look a bit more orthopedic than I'd like. On the plus side, the leather used in the strapping is very soft and perhaps these shoes are good for someone else. Not for me though.

Clark shoes - please take note - Except for the ankle strap, which seems misplaced, this shoe looks fabulous on the foot. Except for the fact that my heels fall of the sides when walking, this shoe is extremely comfortable. I would give the shoe a great rating except that I can't wear it. A previous customer had the same problem. Disappointed except for Zappos excellent service.

SURGICAL circumstance for my rating: I wanted this to work! I loved the color. I need to wear with a dress for a family wedding. Dressy without heels; don't want to wear mules. I'm 3-4 mos. out from bunion surgery which incl. add'l issues i.e. ligament reattchmt/nerve irritation/remove pointy calc. dep. on big toe joint. I'm still very swollen and numb; it will take add'l 9 mos. to resolve(let alone the nerve issues). Therefore I'm extremely wide and tender. For me at this time in my post-op phase, these straps accentuated the swelling and width, and were too constricting across top of big toe joint. My 20-something dau. who sensitively understands my foot issues, said it ALSO made feet look clunky; the straps are too wide in design. Instead chose Ros Hommerson "Kitty" with higher toe box, comfort and adjustability. Yay for Velcro.

So disappointed. The inner sole ends right under the toes & cut into them something fierce. Can't understand why they would design a shoe that has an inner sole end so abruptly.

I was excited to try these shoes as I have a true extra wide foot (measured at a shoe store that specializes in hard to fit feet, I am EE width), I also have a very high arch. I could barely fasten the velcro straps over my toes due to the width of my foot and my high arch, but the length was perfect. I worried that it would come unfastened with any walking. I might have kept them and hoped that the leather would stretch and they wouldn't hurt, except it felt like there was something hard within the shoe under the heel area, like standing or walking on a large rock. Very painful. That was a deal breaker for me, and I have no heel problems, bone spurs or anything like that, never have had that problem with any other shoes. If you have a plain old wide foot, or an extra wide but a normal arch, they would probably fit just fine, but if you are a true extra wide with the high arch, forget it. Saw that a few people mentioned heel problems; wonder if what I experienced is what they meant.

Disappointed - Very uncomfortable due to raised padding in middle of heel that is sharp and painful. Not very attractive because of top strap that hits near ankle.

Oops! This shoe is comfy and looks good. The problem (and it's a big one) is that my heels keep slipping off to the side. No amount of tightening or loosening the velcro works. Too bad, I only found out after wearing them for half a day - which is all I could do. What a waste!

I received my shoes and did not realize until I was at work and walking across the parking lot that the right shoe is larger than the left. The straps are longer and the shoe is longer. Not by much, but you can tell when you hold them up together. I will did not know I was paying full price for seconds.

I really like this shoe, actually purchased it in two colors. Very comfortable and can be dressed up, or casual.

This has been my go-to shoe all summer! It goes with dresses and pants! I needed to stand at a conference during exhibits and it provided so much comfort and support that I was in heaven! Thank you for making this outstanding shoe! I may order another pair for when (if) these ever wear out! :-)

These sandals are comfortable from the get go. Dress up, or dress down. Leather is soft and flexible. I always wear a half size down in Clarks.

I'm on my 4th year of my last pair of these. Best sandals ever. So happy that Clarks brought them back again. I may by another pair to put away for the future. Dress up or dress down sandals.

I have a difficult time to find comfortable shoes. Clark's usually work. This shoe has plenty of cushion, is fashionable, and true to size.

I absolutely love this sandal, and I have very problematic feet: I have bunions, wide feet, high arch, and I get cuts and blisters from most shoes. Except these! There is plenty of room for your bunion to be free. The velcro straps let you adjust to your foot, and do not cut into skin at all. These are truly the most comfie sandal I've ever owned. I am grateful that on vacations when I'm walking miles each day, I am so comfortable in these sandals. I have the black and pewter, and hope they make them in more colors because I will buy these until the day I cannot walk anymore.

Finally a sandal that is soft on my feet, supportive and pretty enough to wear with a maxi dress to a wedding! They also have a fair amount of toe coverage Even without an adjustable heel strap my foot stays still. No rubbing. The Velcro over the arch does the trick. Cancer treatment has made my feet very sensitive and I have neuropathy. These are the first sandals I can wear without socks. I did take them to my podiatrist to add little stick on arch supports.
