I wear a narrow and ordered a narrow and had to return the shoe. Clarks run too wide for me to wear.

I liked these right out of the box. Very comfortable, no break in necessary. They went on sale the day after I received them, and Zappos credited me for the difference. Yay Zappos!

Beautiful sandal. COmfortable right out of the box. Very flattering and can easily be worn with dressy clothes.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and stylish. I am so glad they make them in narrow because they fit my hard to fit foot. It's also great that they have adjustable velcro straps to tighten or loosen as needed. I will be taking these on vacation to wear with a dress and a dressy pair of black pants. I should be able to walk the streets of Italy in these just fine! I love the low heel, yet the shoe looks dressy enough to wear with a casual dress.

I have a fused ankle and haven't worn a "pretty" shoe with any kind of heel in over 10 years, relegated to Birks and tennis shoes. I ordered these to attend a wedding. They are so cute on my wide boat feet and they are like walking on air. I can wear them for hours! I am so grateful to have found these shoes. Thank you Clarks and Zappos! Made me feel pretty again!

Very Nice Shoes - Great shoes if you have a bunion as I do. My feet are very short, wide and have bunions. The straps cover areas of the foot not used to being rubbed so for me it took a couple of times of wearing them not to rub a sore spot. No blisters just rubbed a little. They are otherwise very comfortable and nice looking.

Exactly what I needed! I was just on vacation and brought these new sandals with me and literally walked 10-15 miles a day in them, and my feet were fine!! I ordered Wide size and they were perfect. They seem to run true to size and have just enough support!

Absolutely love this shoe! I bought 2 pairs because they are incredibly comfortable. I just got back from a major walking vacation all over Cairo, Jerusalem, Turkey, and Greece, and my feet never hurt at all. (Which is a rarity!)

Comfort plus - Wonderful sandal, can't say enough about it. Have it in 3 colors, all beautiful. No buckles to cut into your skin or stockings; wide straps are comfortable, could use more arch support but the sole & heel are "bouncy" to make up for that. Nice with jeans or "casual dressy".

Clarks Lucena! Very soft and comfortable. I have bones on my feet and this shoe is just perfect for me. I enjoy them!

The comfort and versatility can't be beat! For those interested in comparing the Lucena and Saratosa in pewter metallic, the Lucena is slightly lighter in color with an almost bronze tinge. Like others have mentioned, I also experienced my heel slipping off to the side, but only in the Lucena. I had no heel slippage in the Saratosa at all because I was able to secure my heel with the 3rd velcro strap that adjusts the distance around the back of the foot. The Lucena has no such adjustment, its 2nd velcro strap adjusts mostly the front straps only. I thought the Lucena looked more stylish than the Sarasota in terms of design. However, the front ankle strap on the Lucena was higher on the leg which felt slightly less comfortable. The Sarasota also provides protection to the sides of the foot on either side, but the Lucena is more open. I finally decided to keep the Saratosa because I wanted the heel stability and my wide foot looks slimmer in it than in the Lucena. I wear a 9.5 XW. The leather straps on both are just heavenly and both sandals are wonderfully comfortable right out of the box!

Fabulous and great looking! I ordered these in pewter, which is a really versatile color, like a neutral. When I tried them on at work, everyone loved them immediately, and they're incredibly comfortable. I recently had foot surgery and believe it or not, I wore these for the 4th of July dinner and fireworks, lots of walking on uneven and crowded terrain, and my feet were LESS sore than when I started out. When I first tried them on at work on the carpet, I thought I was having the same thing a few other reviewers noted, that your heel seems to "fall" to one side, but walking outside under more realistic circumstances; I didn't notice it at all. Very comfortable, very stylish, and pewter goes with everything.

Lovely Lucena - Very, very nice shoe. Comfortable, adjustable, practical design, soft leather. My sweetie said, "Pretty! You could wear them to the bluegrass festival or to the opera!" I have narrow feet, bunionectomies and other foot problems, but these make me happy. And they don't look orthopedic! Thank you for carrying narrow sizes.

Feel like walking on butter. These are so comfortable that I didn't want to take them off. They feel like you’re wearing slippers.

This is by far my most favorite sandal that I have ever owned. I got it out of the box, put it on and wore all day. Needs no breaking in. Awesome. Will buy other colors.

Comfortable and good looking shoes! They are easily adjustable with the velcro and comfortable for people with difficult to fit feet.

Comfy style - I bought this sandal, in pewter, based on the Zappos.com reviews. I was afraid they might look matronly, but they don't. They are so comfortable and stay on my very narrow feet. I have received many compliments from "stylish" friends, and feel like I look very good when I wear them, not to brag.

Good shoes - These shoes felt great right away. I have worn these at conferences when I had to be on my feet all day and these shoes kept my feet happy all day.

Good-looking comfort - I ordered these in a warm silvery metallic, to wear to London and Dublin this summer -- dressy cities that will walk you to death! They have enough adjustment points to ensure a custom fit, well-placed straps with velcro closures and a cushy leather-lined sole. Instantly comfortable, and look good with a skirt or dressy pant. Perfect for dinner, theatre and museums!

The shoe is exceptionally soft and comfortable. The twisted straps give it a touch of style.

These are the first pair of Clarks I have ordered. They are extremely comfortable. They feel like you are walking on pillows. The leather is extremely soft. They are cute, but not that stylish… but I didn't care because they are so comfortable. They look good with long shorts.
