These are SO cute. I loved that the style was so different than your average "comfort" shoe. These are classy BUT didn't work for me. I'm an 11 wide and on my feet all day teaching. I just couldn't get my foot to stay straight in the shoe. It kept sliding out over the back over the heel. I am SO sad I have to send them back, but thankful Zappos will make it easy for me. I'd give them a try, cause they're so cute and maybe they'll work for you. If not, you've got the Zappos awesome return policy to fall back on.

These seemed to run long and even in the wide, my feet were too wide to fully velcro the straps--too tight. The footbed was comfortable though

I was looking to replace the pair that I've wore for the past few summers. Unfortunately, the leather on the replacement pair is much harder so the sandals didn't feel great. I wear a 9W in these and they feel perfect. Wish they would have felt better because I get a lot of compliments. Oh well, maybe next year!

Darling shoe - hoping they would be right. The swirl on the bottom seems to make them a bit unsteady for my bad ankles - and they clunk when you walk. I will keep trying Seibels.

These are very stylish sandals that are easy to take on and off thanks to Velcro. I love how they look on, they are great with pants or skirts. However, there is very little arch support and the toe area got scuffed very easily, I cannot figure out how since I have only worn them a few times. I expect them to be a little more durable and made with higher quality materials at this price. I would say that they would be great sandals if they were considerably cheaper or if these short comings were addressed.

This sandal is so comfortable. I have pretty good luck with Clarks in general. Unfortunately I thought the color was more silver/grey than bronze. The color is not usable for the occasion I planned. The 3 * is because of color.

These were comfy, but looked cuter in the picture than they actually looked on my foot. I felt they looked a little bit "frumpy", so they are going back.

I usually wear an 11N. I wanted these to work for me; however, the shoes were too wide. I felt that I was going to "walk out" of them. The insole is very soft and felt supportive. I thought the style looked a bit frumpy -- more so than the picture. Overall I love and appreciate Zappos. Most of my shoes come from Zappos -- and I am a lover of shoes. Narrow shoes are becoming harder to find; but Zappos has them.

I like Clarks sandals. I wear 12M. The Lucena has a great defect: the back straps are too long, so the feet slide towards the back; if it weren't for this defect, the sandals would have been perfect and very comfortable. I thought to take them to a repair shop, but this time I didn't want to bother with it. Regretfully, I had to return them; the design is very pretty.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It's so cute. However, the strap near the ankle rubbed against my bone and was uncomfortable. Sadly I am returning.

The good news: These shoes are comfortable. Very, very comfortable. The bad news: The stitching on the footbed took some getting used to, and it gave me blisters - but the bad thing was that only after two months, a giant chunk the size of my thumb came out of the footbed, and the other shoe is cracked. I think I got a bum pair, though, and I'm returning them.

I read many positive reviews and I was really looking forward to these shoes, but everyone has their own foot problems. I happen to have wide feet and large ankles and these shoes would not fit my ankles and the wides barely fit my foot width. The leather is glove soft so if you have a problem with sandals rubbing in all the wrong places, these might be the shoes for you. If these had more ankle fit flexibility, I would have bought a pair in every color! I really wanted them to work out for me.

This is a comfortable shoe which can be dressed up or down. The reason I can't give it a higher overall rating is that the footbed is cheaply made. I bought these sandals 2 years in a row and both years the footbed disintegrated over the course of a single season. The first year I thought this happened because I let them get wet in rainstorm once, but the second year I was extremely careful with them and they still fell apart. The leather on the footbed cracked and peeled off, the foam padding came out, and they went from being attractive and comfortable to unsightly and unwearable.

I sent these shoes back and here's why. Although they fit comfortably on my wide feet, and the leather was luxuriously soft, the arch support and footbed were just so-so. If I am going to wear a sandal that has a slightly orthopedic look, it has to knock it out of the park comfort-wise, and if I am going to wear a less supportive or shock-absorbing sandal, it has to be sexy. This shoe is sort of in the middle on both looks and foot health. I recommend Mephisto or Birkenstock SFB for both fashion and joint support.

I'm not one for flashy shoes, but these really do look matronly in person. They also "squeaked" quite a bit. On a positive note, the two adjustable areas ensure a nice fit for narrow feet.

These shoes are enormous! I'd say they run at least one size large, and at least one width wide. My respectable size 9 foot was lost in these! Aside from fit issues, the construction is very good, and the leather is high quality. Pleasing ivory color, too. Good support, and nice dense sole.

These are well made and comfortable to walk in. I wear a size 6 and find the sandals to be somewhat longer than my feet. It would have helped that if the back strap was adjustable.

Vary comfortable and secure, walking around Vegas first day of wear! Does run wide, and a 12 2A fit my usually 12 M foot. I needed to add an arch support for comfort (wish it had its own arch support!) and to help the ankle strap to fit without overlapping. The pewter is a good neutral with some things, but seemed the best of limited choices in color.

Too bad. Really liked this sandal, but the narrow is really not narrow at all. Had to return them.

I like the way this shoe looks on my foot. Although there isn't much arch support in this shoe, the footbed is comfortable. There isn't much flexibility in this shoe and it feels flat when I walk. I would not wear this shoe all day.

This is a very comfortable shoe, however after wearing for the first time dye from the shoe came off on my feet leaving ugly stains on my feet. Very disappointed as these are not an inexpensive shoe.

I have to say these are pretty cute; however, they are really only comfortable for a couple of hours at a time at the most. I almost feel like I don't have any cushion or support in the front 1/2 of this shoe. My toes go numb and feet hurt all over.

Comfortable and not as dowdy-looking as I expected it to be. But the fit was a little weird because of the strap arrangement. No matter how I adjusted the straps, the strap around the back of the heel was very loose.
