My doctor recommended these for my plantar fasciitis. These have made it much better for my walking with the dogs and walking videos. Cushioned my heel and it does not make my arches feel funny like some other ones I have tried.

These things are perfect! I think I have found my insole for life! My current application for these is in my soccer shoes, both indoor and cleats. I found myself on a goose chase to find the right pair for the job. I tried 4 different types before I finally went with these and got the perfect fit. I tried 3 different New Balance insoles and they have just too much volume for the application. I tried Dr. Scholls athletic insoles just for kicks and nope. Then I originally ordered the Thin version of this insole. Perfect fit but just not enough padding in the forefoot on the "thin" version. Got the regular total support insoles today and these are it! I've got a high arch and narrow heel, these insoles have the perfect combination of padding in the heel and forefoot along with arch support. They are the perfect volume as well! Meaning, they don't put your heel up too high to where it slides around in the heel cup like some big volume insoles will due. I'm excited about them! And glad to be done with hunting around for the right pair.

These are awesome! The Size 6 fit my size 14 Patagonia Drifter ACs like they were custom made! The drifter already has moderate arch support but I have high arches and adding these insoles was the best move I could have made toward improving my whole experience with the shoes. I am recently recovered from a broken metatarsal and these definitely help my foot feel better at the end of the day. These are the best insoles that I have used so far. I bought a pair for my boots too.

These are a great value. I need a soft, high arch, flexible orthotic for my strained plantar ligaments per my dr. These have been fine. I run in them and put in my daily walking shoes. They provide the much need comfort I should have been using all along. The podiatrist wanted me to get a $500 custom orthotic but these work fine. I'm happy I didn't waste my money on the custom ones.

They were great! I have sons who are flat footed and their heels hurt. These have helped their feet heal and prevent further pain. My husband also has flat feet and thought these would feel weird and uncomfortable, but when I finally got his foot in the shoe he said it felt much better than the regular shoe insole. Yeah! On our way to healthy feet.

I've been using the basic $20. Spenco insoles for 10 years. I am very pleased to have decided to try these. More comfort and much more support.

Really helps me with my chronic Plantar Fasciitis. Without these, I have a hard time walking without pain, with these, I can go for miles in comfort.

Not sure how I lived without thees. Use these in my gym shoes every day, and the make a world of difference. Definitely recommend for those with little or no arches and overpronation. Oh, and definitely heat these up in the oven before use to mold them to your feet! Will make them custom fit to your feet.

Perfect for me. I partially tore my plantar fascia earlier this year, and I currently have three pairs of these. I primarily use them in shoes for working out and sports, but I also use them in my main pair of dress shoes which is convenient given how much walking I have to do. I highly recommend them!

Deep heel cup and solid heel support construction elements protect against pronation which can be a problem with softer foam insoles. Solid arch for support there. Firm foam footbed is comfortable.

I am 16 months out from a bad ankle injury. I bought the Spenco supports to put in my ultra-orthopedic broken-in Brooks Ariel athletic shoes because they did not have enough support and felt loose. The Spencos changed everything. With the added support my footbed has stretched out and my foot and ankle movement is near perfect. The inserts were a little too long for my shoes, but the toe has a couple of molded lines to help in cutting them a bit shorter. I am 110% pleased - the last bit of foot and ankle problems are abating and I can walk normally. The arch support is strong and comfortable. Highly recommend. (female, 68 years old)

These may be a little better than the just for women version. They are both great. These with my gowalk Sketchers and I CAN walk again!

After having plantar fasciitis, these insoles provide the arch support I need and allow me to wear many types of shoes, including those that did not originally provide good support. They are well made and last a long time even with daily use.

These insoles have been very helpful with my metetarsalgia. The padding in my forefoot has disappeared which cause great pain. These provided enough arch support and padding for the forefoot to make walking bearable while my feet healed. And now keep them from getting re-injured.

This insert was comfy at first, but after wearing it for a while, it felt a bit rough under my toes. The arch support also could've been better. While it's certainly an improvement from the insoles that come with most sneakers, it's not a perfect fit for my foot. I like the Spenco Total Support for Her better; it's a bit easier on the toes.

I put them in my new sneakers (after removing insoles that came with sneakers) and walked down the hall with them and immediately they squeaked so loudly that I knew I could not tolerate them. Even if I kept them and used them with my slippers, I was afraid they would wake up my husband when I walked in the room. So, I can't make a judgement on how they feel or the amount of support they provide. I just hope I can find a type of insert that doesn't make so much noise.

Unfortunately, these wouldn't even fit in the ankle boots I needed them for - too wide and inflexible. I can see them working for an athletic shoe, but not much else.

I can tell these would be good for some people, but unfortunately they are too narrow and don't come in a wider width.
