I've been wearing these in my athletic shoes for a month now, and they're so comfortable that I plan to put some in all of my shoes! I've been having a plantar fasciitis flare-up, and the shoes with these in them are the only shoes that don't hurt my feet right now. In fact, they're a pleasure to wear -- not only great support, but amazing cushioning as well. Thanks to the reviewers here on Zappos for selling me on these inserts -- you were right!

I bought a pair of these in December 2009. We had gone to Las Vegas and we were walking everywhere, my feet were killing me before the first day was over. I tried on probably 10 different insoles and none felt as good as this one. I have walked several hundred miles in these and stood for over 1000 hours. They are finally smashed flat in the toe area, and I am getting ready to buy another pair, or possibly 2. Definitely worth checking these out.

After surgery on my foot, I spent a lot of money on custom orthotics. When it was time to get new inserts, I decided to give these a try. I am very pleased. They are comfortable. These do the job and I would order them again.

Helps a lot with flat feet and back pain. I have them in every workout shoe . Worth the money by rotating the shoes. You don’t need to replace them as often as you should . Thanks Zappos for the excellent customer service and fast shipping as always .

I am super flat-footed and put all my weight on the inside of my feet. These were very helpful. I have a lot less pain in knees and outside of hips. It takes awhile to get used to wearing them though!

These are great. I had to trim them to fit my sneakers but now they're in they're snug. They're really comfortable but not as cushiony as I was expecting. Still, they do give a little bit extra arch support.

I've been wearing Vionic arch support insoles for years and absolutely love them. I tried these simply because of their 5-star review and my desire to try "something different". Well the old saying is true ... "if it ain't broke don't fix it". While these insoles are doable they're not nearly as sturdy as the Vionic brand. The molded arch support appears strong and sturdy but after wearing them for over a week in my shoes they've already begun to flatten so I'll be taking these out and replacing them with my 2 year old (and some even older than that) Vionic insoles. If you're truly looking for moderate support then these will work for you but I'm completely flat footed and need a strong arch support and these just didn't cut it. I'll keep these for shoes I wear around the house but not for the shoes I wear when I know my feet are going to take a pounding. These were also a few $$$ pricier than the Vionic brand. I had been having some peroneal and posterior tibialis discomfort from tendonitis. Although kinesiotaping was helpful, I thought I'd try an arch support in my sneakers considering my symptoms would decrease when I wore my Dansko clogs. I wear a 7 1/2 in sneakers so I ordered the women's 7-8...they are slightly too long, take a little finesse to place in the sneaker, and often wrinkle at the forefoot becoming annoying. Also feels like they take up too much room in the sneaker even after taking out the manufacturer's insert -- the sneaker fits tighter. Wearing them while walking/running errands, ie: going to the grocery store, was tolerable, however, wearing them during a light cardio work-out was annoying/uncomfortable and I took them out after 10 minutes (at best). I felt like my foot was moving more than it should and my mechanics were off. I went back to foam rolling the irritated muscles and using the KT techniques and put the inserts in the back in the closet for possible use later in life. I will say that I've heard good things about this brand from others, so maybe it just wasn't the right solution for me.

I tried these after reading all the great reviews on this site. Unfortunately I am a severe overpronator and have flat feet. These did not work at all for me. Since the heel cup is deep it stretches your tendons above the heel even more making them next to impossible to wear. I was in more pain then with the basic pair of spenco. Also the arch is not that high. It may work for others just didn't for me.

For my size foot, 8.5, I feel like the arch is way to close to my heel. Of course everyone's foot is different, so maybe these would be great for other people. But for me, it feels like I'm standing on a tennis ball right in front of my heel, almost under my heel. Maybe the proportions and spacing are different on different sized models, but these did not work well for my feet. In the past any issues I've had with arch support is either too much, or more commonly not enough but I don't remember having arch support in the wrong place. The product does seem to be very good quality.

The fit was perfect

i remove pad insoles form my brooks and put these insoles in makes my feet so much better on my 3 miles walk every day

My go to insoles. These are a must for my running shoes.

Have had for over a year and they are still in good shape. They have molded more to my feet and I can stand on feet all day without any problems

Overpronation was very noticeable in my Sketchers slip-on. As soon as I started using the Spenco support, I could see and feel great results.
