Too narrow. I had these same boots in a medium width from a different retailer, too narrow for my feet so I returned them and purchased this pair in 8.5 Wide from Zappos. Can’t feel any difference, they hurt my feet just like the first pair. Wide sizes are usually a bit loose on me so I was really disappointed, unfortunately I wore them outside for a full day and can’t return.

These are perfect rain boots. A little too stiff to wear often. They are also heavy but they work well keeping feet dry during storms. Definitely worth money.

Waterproof and cute...I've written them in train and snow in Portland so far and they've been great. I would say arch support is close to non existent. I'm going to have to put in pads. Also for a winter weather boot they are not very insulated you need a nice warm sock or your toes will get cold.

So disappointed that these boots are so small. And no larger size available.

I love the style of these but I had to put black superfeet insoles inside of them. The insoles they come with are not comfortable at all. They’re also made in China and I thought they were made in the Dominican Republic. Hopefully these boots last a long time for the price. I do still love them. They arrived in one day from zappos which is super quick. They run true to size. I would definitely repurchase.

Uncomfortable around the ankle.

A cool pair of boots but too wide in the heel for my size 5N feet.

Unfortunately, these arrived scuffed on the toes - clearly pre-worn and returned!

These are very well-made boots, but are too hard to pull on.

The boots are certainly cute, but a little heavier and clunkier than I wanted, so I went with another Timberland boot.

The Timberland Premium 6 in boots are well-made and attractive. They seem ready for any and all conditions. The fit was true to size, which surprised me as I take a wide and ordered a wide and they fit very well. The insoles do not provide enough support, however. I ordered a pair of Timberland’s anti-fatigue insoles, which I think will solve the problem. It seems that these anti-fatigue insoles now come on many types of Timberland boots, so it would be a good thing for Zappos to sell Timberland boots that already have these insoles. Like others, I found the boots a bit stiff, but I know they will feel good after a break-in period. I also ordered some cleaning products from Timberland so the boots can maintain their attractive look. Even though I hate to see summer end, I looking forward to cooler temps so I can wear my new Timberland boots.
