Great shoe! I love this shoe! Very comfortable, even with the slant of the heel.

Cute and comfy! I just love these shoes! Comfortable and really cute, with a slightly retro feel on a modern sole. I'll be buying these in at least one more color.

I have worn Jambu shoes for years and actively look for their new styles because I love the fit and feel. This particular shoe I found to have a scratchy strap that bothered me enough to return them (sadly). Otherwise, the rest of the shoe is super comfortable and cute.

Really cute shoes, and very comfortable if you're standing a lot. On me, there was something that rubbed me wrong at the strap & where my toe peeped out. And, they're a bit too wide for my narrow feet. So I need them to be narrower and longer. But I'm sure grateful for Zappos' great service! And, I seem to have weird feet, so I bet these shoes would be great on anyone with normal feet (if there is such a thing.)

These are a bit chunky and add more height than I need, but they are very comfortable! The soles are a rather cushy, and they are very cute! I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them, but after wearing them around the house... I love them!

Versatile dusty red. I like the look of these, and all Jambu shoes. Just a little too wide open, which makes you work to keep your foot in place. Just don't plan to wear socks or stockings and buy down 1/2 size.

Very comfortable walking. No hills and valleys though. You can stay 24 hours in if you walk on a straight surface.

I have 3 pair of the Journey shoes (and one pair of tennis shoes and one pair of water shoes). I am hard on shoes and these hold up, even after over a year of wearing them 3 times a week. Slightly negative but not a deal breaker is that the soft upper of the mixed colors (black/gray) stained with water spots, I couldn't get them out so I polished over the top of them and now they're all black and I like them even more. Also, the plastic insoles of all three Journeys make my feet sweat a little, kind of stinky.

This is my first pair of Jambu shoes. I love them with the exception of the strap. It is not soft enough for my foot and tends to leave a red stress mark. Otherwise, these are perfect shoes. I can dress them up or down. They are fine for black dress pants at the office.

Fun and easy for walking - Nice addition to casual comfy footwear for wearing with shorts etc. I have the happy green color. Only complaint is that maybe they look a little like the inelegant croc at first glance.

Comfortable shoes - I am always on the hunt for comfortable shoes that look good! What I like about these is that there is a little height. I am not short, but still like a little lift. It is not easy to find the lift without sacrificing comfort. These fit the bill!

Ok...but not for me - I wasn't 100% sold on the look of this shoe online but there were so many other rave reviews and I was looking for something 'different' that I thought I'd give it a try. If you order this shoe you'll find it looks exactly like the picture (note the open toe). I would have kept this because I can see where it would be very comfortable for some people but I couldn't keep them on my feet. I have a narrow foot with a high arch and even with the adjustable foot strap I found that the only way I could keep this shoe from falling off was if I kind of scuffed along and didn't pick my feet up. (No, I wasn't wearing socks...). For this reason, the shoe is going back.

Unique shoes - Honestly, I haven't worn these shoes much yet, mostly because it's winter here. I got them to take on vacation and didn't take them because as usual for shoes that don't come in 9.5 they are a little loose. I am keeping them because they are REALLY cute. The little bit I've worn them around the house, I think they will be comfortable, just not one of those pairs you want to be the only ones you bring along, or buy in every color. I'm not saying I won't change my mind about that! The green color I got is a very strong green. I like it because I like green, but you have to really like green. They are very well made.

Love at first sight! I am so happy with these shoes! I was looking for the perfect pair of brown sandals. Not too high, but dress-up-able. Something that I could wear with or without socks/tight, with pants or skirts. I saw these in a store window and loved them, but they only had 7.5 and larger. The sales lady was kind enough to write down the details for me. I looked all over online, but could only find larger sizes. I complained to a friend how disappointed I was and she found them for me. Only one pair left! I was so excited to get them the very next day. Thanks Zappos!

A little too heavy for a summer shoe - I loved the shoes, they felt very comfortable for my normally hard-to-find-true-to-width feet. I still had to return them because I think they are too heavy for summer shoes. For people who don't care about this - it will be a great pair of shoes!

As always the service at Zappos is just wonderful...I don't know how they do it. I usually wear the J-41 Vineyard which are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and super light weight! I have terrible feet and most shoes hurt me. I'm wondering if someone can answer my concern...is Jambu buying out J-41? There are no more J-41 vineyards so my friend that told me about the J-41's wears the journey's and told me to try them. They of course came the next day. They are super cute but not comfortable. Very different feel than the J-41. I figured they would fit basically the same. They rub the outside of each foot and my feet slip out of them while walking (even when the strap is very tight). They are also much heavier than the J-41's...I mean no comparison at all so I had to return these journey's. I'm bummed as they are so cute and i love the colors. I guess Jambu is not for me. I have searched high and low and finally found my J-41 vineyard (in the black I was wanting to purchase) at Sears for more. Let me know if anyone knows about J-41 going under? Thanks much!

Cute shoe! But the strap is positioned so that if you tighten it enough to keep the shoe on your foot, it hurts, and if you loosen it enough not to hurt, your foot will feel like it might slide out of the shoe while walking. With the exception if you've worn the shoe enough to sweat a little, then the shoe feels secure on the foot. (Sorry for the TMI detail, but that's how I'm making the shoe work for me.) Cute shoe though!

On a mission to find fall walking shoes for a trip to Europe in September led me to these. I tried them in black and bronze. I wore them around the house for a few minutes, and then I sat down to do some work on my computer. The soles of my feet felt tired just sitting. Also, I didn't really like the flowers on the heel.

I bought my first pair three years ago. From day one, and I wore them all day, these were the most comfortable walking shoes that I've ever worn. Fast forward to three years later, these are now looking very tired. I ordered two new pairs. Unfortunately, lightning did not strike twice. The placement of the strap has changed ever so slightly but enough to rub raw spots on my ankles after only a few minutes of wear. I still have my original pair so that I could compare the design. The strap is now set a a little higher and that makes all the difference. I may take the pair that I wore outside to a shoe repair shop to have the strap reset but the other pair, I'm sorry to say, is going back. In the meantime, I'm having my original pair repaired. Time to find a new "perfect shoe."

Darling shoes from the picture -- was not prepared for the flowered plastic sides and the seeming heaviness. Somehow, my body seemed to be thrust forward and I resembled -- I hate to say it -- a duck. I will be returning for another shoe.

They look cute, but... Hmmm? I guess I only have myself to blame for this. I saw someone with these and thought they looked rather cute. I thought they'd do for slightly dressy wear with skirts when traveling. Went out the first evening with them on and regretted it. I guess they were pretty comfortable as heels go, just that I can never be comfortable in heels. Maybe if I wore heels at other times and "forced" my feet to adapt I could wear them. Now if they made these in a flat, I'm sure I'd like them.

I guess I'm the only one... who's not completely sold on these things. I mean, don't get me wrong: they're cute as all get-out and I was beyond thrilled to see them on the site and to have them arrive in the blink of an eye (true to Zappos fine and famous form!), but... how the hoohah are they supposed to be walked in if they won't stay put on my foot? I mean, short of implanting a spike in the shoe and a corresponding hole/divet in the sole of my foot (which I'm not too keen on - body modifications just not my bag, you know?) to make sure I don't slip 'n' slide 'n' break my neck 'n' stuff? Sad to say, these adorable brown babies are going back to the shop. A cryin' shame (seriously, I want to cry) because they're super duper cute. Oh, and I'd say they run about half a size small. I ordered a 7.5 and my usual size is an 8. So, some lucky chick out there is going to be really happy when she sees that the last pair ('cause, see, I got the LAST PAIR) of brown. 7.5 is now back in the running.

Very, very pleased! I wear size 10 and am usually between a M and W so it's often hard to find a good fit. Very comfortable. Did a little dance when I tried them on! Enough room without being too wide, but could also wear a pair of trendy socks with them. I ordered black; kind of sexy with the little holes that let skin show through, plus you can show off your pedicure with the peep-toe. I ordered these on a Wednesday afternoon and got them by 11:00 AM on Thursday. Usual Zappos magic!
