They are too heavy! I love the style, but they make my feet ache because they are too heavy and affect my gait.

Definitely run big - These shoes are definitely on the bigger side. I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 as a 7 wasn't available. I've adjusted the straps as tight as they get, but they seem to do nothing to actually keep my foot in the shoe. About every third step I take, one of the shoes will go flying off, and I found myself trying to walk with my toes curled to grip the sole of the shoe. These seem to have comfortable cushioning, if only they would stay on my feet. I chose these shoes because I have huge problems with shoes rubbing on my feet and causing blisters and because I need to wear something with a little heel that's suitable for work. After a 10 minute walk, I did get a blister on the bottom off one of my feet where the stitching on the label rubbed it. I'm hoping I can attach some elastic around the heel to keep them on. Otherwise, they'd make nice slippers but they won't be any good for walking in.

A comfortable wide fit that needs no breaking in - the reason I bought a second pair even though the first pair only lasted a few months. The sole held up well but the inner (sock) lining deteriorated fast as did much of the stitching in the heel area. Hope the manufacturer gets it together and corrects the faults. If so, I will buy further pairs, If not, not.

These shoes are very cute, but they run so wide that I returned them. I may try to re-order 1/2 a size smaller than my usual size, but I'm concerned that 1/2 a size smaller may be too short, which would hurt with clogs.

Heavy Duty Bootie!! These shoes are so DARN adorable I just couldn't wait to get them on! But as soon as I did they literally FELL off my feet! One reviewer had commented that "those with narrow feet will find them roomy." Roomy indeed! My feet swam in them and the weight of the shoe was quite a surprise, esp for summer. I have reluctantly returned them with a reminder: Don't judge a "book" by its cover!

These have the look of a "practical and comfortable" shoe--think those famous rubber ones that you can buy from a cart in the mall. At the same time, they can't be fastened securely to your foot, and you have to work to keep them on like you would a flip-flop or a clog. Clunky, unfashionable, AND impractical? Why bother?

Oh, I have gone back and forth about these shoes, have read all the fantastic reviews, but I think I am going to return them. I love the front styling, the shape of the toe, the openness, but the back disappoints me. The flowers are a little dorky, and it starts looking too much like a comfort shoe or a clog. Being a middle aged person who likes to be cool, I think these are too obviously for a middle aged person who likes to be cool! (If you get my drift.) I might try them again a half size smaller just to be sure, (they do seem wide and my toe does not reach the peep toe). I wish the company made a shoe with the same front styling but a closed back.

I have worn my Drifters so much in the past 3 months since I bought them that my girlfriend is making me buy a new pair. I actually wear them like the 'You Got My Back' so they slip on and off like sandals. These sidewalk surfers go through the wash really well too. Buy a pair! Or two!!

Hard to walk - These are the most beautiful shoes ever, but impossible to walk in: the inner sole doesn't let your toes grab on to anything and you slide back and forth. So disappointing.

Hmmm, not comfortable for me - I was rather sad that these were not comfortable at all for me. I wear a 6.5 - the length was fine without socks. They were wide in the foot area and after walking around my house awhile, I could tell they were definitely going to give me a blister on the front section. They are cute - I'll give them that.

Works with my bunion! I loved the look of this shoe when I saw it in a catalog. Finally found it here in my size. Another reviewer convinced me to buy it--she said she was ordering a second pair. Well, probably me too. It works with my bunion AND my high instep. I am on my feet all day, and they are still comfortable at end of day 4. I still think they are cute.

Funky cute but super wide - Really liked the look of these shoes; however, they're so wide (and I have wide feet) that it felt like they were going to slip off my feet after taking a few steps. Hated to send them back because there just aren't enough casual, non-frumpy looking peep-toe shoes out there.

I love the color (grey) and style of these shoes and every website showed these shoes to be ridiculously comfortable. Unfortunately there was way too much space between my foot and the body material of the shoe. I am not a small person so I would not consider my feet to be skinny! The shoes were a good length but if I wore socks they probably would have fit. I envy anyone who fits good in this shoe because they are so cute.

I bought this shoe a year ago and love the way it looks but it gets looser quite quickly and tightening the strap actually hurts your foot if it is tight enough to stop your foot from slipping forward. I tried gel inserts and insoles but it never felt comfortable. I finally fell in them because they were so loose so...cool looking shoes but not wearable.

I love the look of these shoes, but I have to send them back. They don’t stay on my feet at all, so they’re hard to walk in. I’m sad b/c they are completely adorable!

Good news: These shoes will be the most comfortable in your closet. They are great for walking, and will save you from having to wear sneakers when you're on your way to work. I've worn them often since I purchased them several months ago. Bad news: This particular style is made of a laminate of two thin leathers with a fabric core. With wear, these layers delaminate, the fabric frays and the poor-quality leather stretches and fails. The soles wear like iron, but that does no good if the upper is falling apart. For the money, these should have been more durable. FYI-White Mountain's "Mohawk" shoe is nearly identical in sole, arch support, comfort and style, but is made from a much more durable leather. I've just purchased them as a replacement for these, and it's far less expensive.

Not for me - These shoes did not stay on and were unflattering to the foot. Despite all the rave reviews, these didn't work for me. Returned them.

Not Feeling The Love - This is the second pair I've ordered. My feet swam in the first, but I thought they were so cute I'd try it in a smaller size. After a month, the smaller size came in... they're still way too wide, but my heel is hitting the edge of the footbed. I just can't walk in these things. They are adorable shoes and if they weren't so darn wide, I could be happy… but they're seriously going to give me an injury if I try walking in them and I like shoes with height. Just not these. Way too wide and the strap won't hold my foot in.

I have purchased maybe 5 pairs of Jambu/J-41's. I believe the "Journey" was my second pair. I have had to have 3 pairs fixed at a cobbler...this one included. The metal grommet holding the top strap in place came off. I have only used them one season as a teacher. I am not particularly hard on shoes so I don't know why I've had so many issues with this brand of shoes. My cheaper shoes last a lot longer. Not sure if I'll buy anymore of this brand. Think twice before purchasing Jambu's/J-41s if you are like me and need shoes to last more than one season. Quality of product is very suspect.

Ordered this shoe because it is sporty and has a slight heel. When they arrived I found them to be 1/2 size too big; it was disappointing, I am returning.
