A very stylish (in the cute sense) shoe with orthopedic-quality support and cushioning--usually a difficult-to-find combination. Roomy in the toe box for those of us with problem feet, while narrow enough at the heel to look tailored (though a little wide at the middle so I'm hoping they don't stretch much). Runs long, so exchanged my 9 for an 8.5. Looking forward to the spring styles and colors, and am likely to purchase more of this brand at that time.

I bought these for my Mom, who has trouble finding comfortable shoes that fit her and are not "Old lady" looking. This is the second pair (second color) I bought her because she loves them so much. She only wishes they came in navy blue!

Cute, comfortable, nice for dressing up, or going a little more casual. I get compliments on them when I wear them. While they are taller, they are still easy to slip into and wear. I like to wear them with my bootcut jeans.

These shoes are really cute. Sadly the upper part of my foot is too sensitive for the cute cutouts. They rub against my aging foot!

Love, love, love these shoes! I wear lots of grey and these shoes have brought dozens of compliments. Stand on my feet most of the workday and they are comfy. Got caught in a downpour on the second wearing. It soaked the shoes and you could never tell.

This is my first pair of Jambus and I love them already! The fit is a bit wide, which works for me as I have foot issues and need to wear orthotics. There's plenty of room for them and socks, if I choose to wear them. I'm on my feet at work as many as 14 hours/day at times, and think these are going to work great! Thanks Zappos!

As far as I'm concerned, Zappos is the best way to shop. The website makes sense (a novel concept for many), the selection is awesome and needless to say, free shipping both directions, takes the stress out of online buying.

Love these shoes. There is nothing about them I do not love. I wear them all of the time for every activity. I have a red and black pair. I get compliments on them all of time. I wear them with scrubs, jeans, shorts and skirts. The details including the sole are adorable! I wear Dansko's for work and these shoes are equally comfortable.

This shoe is the most comfortable and stylish shoe I own! I have a bunion on my left foot which makes it difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. This style has an amazingly comfortable footbed and the soft upper does not rub the widest part of my foot. I almost always receive compliments when I wear this shoe. I now have them in black and brown as well. Zappos' delivery time and return policy is unprecedented and at this point I will not be ordering from any other online shoe store. Zappos has made it possible for me to find comfortable, stylish shoes despite my problem foot!

Beautiful red shoe! The color online is brighter than the shoes are in person, which is what I was hoping for. They color is almost a tomato red. They are so comfortable that I bought them in red, black, and tan. I wear them to the office with nice slacks and you can really dress up dark jeans with these. They ran 1/2 size large so sent the 8M back for 7.5M. Love them!

Love these shoes!! These are great! Very comfortable, solidly made, and a pretty shoe, too! I need something to give me a little height, yet provide comfort and allow me to go all day long. I can wear these all day and feel great! Super shoe and I will definitely buy again!

Having gone through 2 pair of the "Touring" in black suede, thought would get a lighter color. In the beigy color, however, this looked downright dowdy, old-lady-ish. And we have stylish old ladies here in LA, so back they go. Also, they have changed the design, to include as "lip" on the back. No practical purpose, doesn't make it a closed shoe, just is annoying.

I love these shoes! They are so cute and comfortable! I can wear them all day to teach and they still feel great! Every time I wear them I get tons of compliments on them! I highly recommend them!

These shoes are so pretty! And, they look cute with socks! I have rheumatoid arthritis and am always on the prowl for comfortable shoes that don't look orthopedic. I have a bunion on my left foot that makes this quest difficult at times. Although the fit is good, I found that, lacking a back strap, my toes have to curl a bit to keep the shoes on. Not a big deal but, I notice it. Also, they do rub a bit on the bunion but, I have found a way around that as well and that is not the fault of the shoe. I have another pair of Jambu's in a slightly different style and they are a bit more comfortable. I would recommend these shoes especially given that the issues I have are not the fault of the design just the design of my feet!

I love the retro look of these shoes, and like most Jambu products they were comfortable right out of the box. I normally never wear heels of any height, but these feel almost like a lightweight clog when walking. Another nice product from Jambu.

Excellent quality of service and merchandise! I'm a nurse and I stand a lot and this shoe is just perfect, one of my coworkers (nurse) recommended them and Zappos, and I can see why!

These are the best! I could wear them all day, and I do! Also have the Jambu Touring which are equally as comfortable. The Journey are a bit dressier than the Touring.

Love Jambu Journey! I am 39, and have a slight bunion on my left foot which always causes a lot of pain with any enclosed shoe...but not Jambu Journey! These shoes do not "crunch" or put any pressure on my bunion, and are perfect for anyone who is on their feet 8+ hours a day! As for style, I usually wear 5" Guess, Bebe, Michael Kors, Prada, super sexy shoes (hence the bunion) and I am happy to report, that these shoes are very cute, and do not make me feel that I am compromising style for comfort, in any way! Love the cut-outs! Girls...do your feet a favor and get yourself some Jambu Journey's! You won't be sorry!

Cute shoes! I am so excited to have a cute shoe I can wear with my plantar fascia. I don't think I could wear them all day, but they were comfy for a night out.
