These shoes are awesome! I liked the look of the Sara better, but these had more adjustment capability by the toes. Because I have a bit of a walk from the bus stop to my office, I wear these almost every day during the warm weather. They are so comfortable if you have to walk a lot. No break-in time -- I hardly notice they're on my feet. They go with dress pants, skirts, and jeans too. Danskos are the best and they come highly recommended by my podiatrist.

I have high arches, high instep and wide feet. These shoes fit very well! I can wear them all day and my feet do not hurt. I am a teacher so stand on my feet all day. Highly recommended!

These sandals are so comfortable, and they look adorable. I have worn them all over New York, on a short but hilly hike in Colorado and also for day-to-day wear, and they have been great. As the other reviewers have noted, the footbed does tend to get dirty due to the light color. However, I have wiped it with a wet cloth and it comes out fine.

I have had these shoes for 3 years and I wear them constantly. The foot bed is cozy and has formed to fit my high arches. The straps adjust for a custom fit. These shoes are very comfortable and after a lot of use still look new! One of my favorite pair of Dansko's ever.

These shoes are very cute. I have slightly narrow feet, and bunions. Adjusting the straps made a great fit. Unfortunately, one shoe squeaked, which I can't stand, so I had to return them.

Could you ever go wrong with Dansko? These are the sandals I put on if I know I am going to do a lot of walking! They are so comfortable and I just love them. And the fun thing is, as a 50 something year old, college age girls will say, "Are those Danskos?" Kind of fun to be "in"!

These shoes are like little pillows of heaven. They are so soft when they arrive and so cushiony. I can stand/walk in them all day. Also, I have swelling problems in my feet and ankles so the straps are perfect for me as they can be adjusted depending on the kind of day I am having. My only complaint is that my feet smell after wearing them. They don't air out well.

The day after I ordered these shoes I arrived home to find them waiting for me. My feet were hot and tired from a day in uncomfortable sandals. I put these on and they were like pillows for my feet! Soft, comfortable and easily adjustable. I have a narrow foot with a high arch. I was able to adjust the toe to fit perfectly. And the ankle strap is secure but not too tight. A week later, I wore these all over Europe, even on uneven cobblestone streets. I have several other pairs of Danskos and this one runs smaller than others. Consider ordering one size up. I can't say enough about Zappos service! When I first looked at these shoes, they were not available in my size/color. I clicked on the notify me when available. A week later, I got an email, placed my order and had the shoes the next day! So much better than wandering from shoe store to shoe store seeking the right size and color. The no hassle returns are truly no hassle!

I have bunions and flat feet, yet I'm only in my 20s. Sigh, I get so jealous of all the cute, non-supportive sandals that girls wear in the summer. I don't drive, so I needed something I could do some hardcore walking in. I finally gave in a got these beauties. They are supportive and comfortable. The front buckle lets me adjust the width. The thickness of the sole absorbs shock wonderfully. And, while they aren't the fashion item of the season, they are very cute and versatile. I wear them to work and on the weekends. I got the black version and they can be dressed up or down. I'm usually a size 7 in sandals, so I got my normal Dansko size of 37, which worked perfectly. Thanks for another smooth purchase, Zappos!

I ordered these in the red -- a beautiful deep red that will go with everything. Super comfortable and attractive. They may be a tiny bit shorter than the other Dansko sandals that I have. Thank you, Dansko! Thank you, Zappos!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own. They make me happy every time a wear them. They are cute and so comfortable that I wear them all of the time.

Love the sissy. They felt so comfortable out of the box. I like the old school sandal style. Beige is a color I haven't tried before and it's great with bright, summer clothing. I have a narrow foot so I'm happy for the extra buckle support across the toe. I did have minor blisters on my baby toes after the first wearing. Bear in mind, I wore them on a 3 hour walk through NYC, cobblestone bricks in the Village and all. A little breaking in and they'll be sure to rate 5 all around.

Very comfortable and cute. The patent has a bit of a metallic sheen to it. I seem to be falling between sizes of the European sizing shoes. If I can punch another hole in the strap of the 38, it might work for me.

Great shoes! I have large feet so it's hard to find stylish shoes as well. They are taller than I needed but with the wedge they don't feel high. Comfortable straps, nice look!

These shoes have been comfy right from the start, without any breaking in period. I like wide, roomy shoes and these are perfect. You can tighten/loosen the buckles depending on how your feet are feeling on any particular day. Plus, they are cute and stylish. I don't feel frumpy wearing them, as I do with some comfortable shoes.

Amazing. These shoes are awesome. The foot bed is great, the style is great and so comfortable. The black shiny is very dressy, but can also be worn with jeans and is still professional. Highly recommended!! I wear a 10.5 and the 41's fit like a dream. I like that you can adjust both straps for a custom fit, great for wider feet.

These shoes are cute and comfortable for people like me who have wide, sometimes problem feet. They are professional enough to wear to work or church, yet also casual. They can be adjusted at the toe, which is great if you have wide feet or if both of your feet are not the exact same size. I have them in brown, but think that the black looks better because of the black sole. I measure a size 7 [D width] and ordered a size 37. If you are in doubt, give them a try!

These shoes solved my foot pain. They are cute and I enjoy wearing them. I have ordered another color, too. The only thing I don't like is that the leather at the toe on the strap curls a little. But given that my pain is gone, that is a minor thing. I will get other colors. Wish it came in white. Once I settled on 37 as my Dansko size, it is that size for all Danskos. So while the brand runs a little large in my opinion, this shoe is consistent with their sizing.

This is my 2nd pair of Dansko Sissy. I also have the brown. These shoes have excellent support and I am comfortable all day. The only complaint I have is that the leather piece on the toe sort of curls up. It doesn't affect function, but I'd prefer it to lie flat. These shoes solved my ball of the foot pain issue. So the cosmetics are not really that much of an issue for me. Sizing is sort of tricky. I am normally a 7.5. I finally settled on the 37 in Dansko.

The first thing I said when I tried on these shoes was "wow"! I am very hard to please when it comes to shoes. I've never said that before when trying on shoes. These shoes are amazing. The fuzzy foot bed is extremely comfortable and after wearing them all day I had no back pain and felt like I was still walking on a cloud. I have lower back issues and have had foot surgery so I have a hard time finding shoes that are cute and comfortable. It is especially hard for sandals. These look cute with both shorts and skirts. I bought the sand color and love them. I'm considering getting them in the black patent leather and the red. Thanks Dansko!
