Hot feet! Super soft and comfy, but my feet get so hot from the lining! Plus they aren't as wide as the old Danskos and turned my pinky toes red.

Good casual shoe - I have high arches so this shoe fit well for that but it is tight in the forefoot as I have wide feet. I plan on taking them to a shoe maker and have them stretch them so it should be OK. I thought from other reviews that they would look good with a skirt, and they would but it would have to be a casual skirt. Also they gave me blisters because they were so tight. These need to be broken in with socks...But if you have thinner feet these might be a dream for you!

Dansko is a little too narrow for me, and I have very high arches, which forces me to go up too many sizes to find a perfect shoe match.

Over one month later and still breaking them in... The criss-cross top parts are still a little tight across my feet but, otherwise, the fit is fine.

Dansko Susana - A bit smaller than I would have expected for the size but even so immediately comfortable for lots of walking and long hours of wear. Looks a lot dressier than it feels.

Well, I ordered this shoe one size larger than normal due to the other customer remarks, but the shoe was way too big. I normally wear a 38 in Dansko, but I ordered the 39 and I had to send them back. They also looked really bulky to me, but that could be due to the large size.

Even more bulbous-looking than the professionals - These are more comfortable than most shoes, and the height and footbed/heel shape are very nice. However, they are not as comfortable, supportive, and "foot massaging" as the professional (but then, what is?). So I went for a professional narrow instead. The Susana seems less wide than the regular stapled clogs, which for me I guess is a good thing (but I do not have a narrow foot). The Susana is padded which a lot of people will like. The toe box looks like a bubble on me, so that along with the slightly lower comfort factor adds up to sticking to the stapled clogs for now. Thanks to Zappos awesome customer service, returns are easy.

Dansko Susana - This shoe runs a little small - I usually take a 40 in the clog, the 40 fits but not as roomy as the clog. I think a whole size larger would have been too big though. Anyway, this is a great looking shoe and very comfortable. Great for transition between clogs for winter and sandals for summer. Also, I don't feel as much arch support as with the professional clog.

Cute but Small - These shoes are very comfy but I had to break them in to release the stiffness. Even though I ordered my typical size in Dansko, these shoes felt a tad small. However, if I were to order a larger size, they would be too big for me, so I'm keeping them. They have a nice cushion feel, and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. One person told me that they make my feet look smaller! I would recommend these shoes, but try on two different sizes for the appropriate fit.

'80s revisited - Dansko keeps getting more creative in the style department: this clog is a little different than standard ones and stylishly retro. Works as a 3-seasonal walk around shoe and casual work comfortable for long days. Very comfortable like other Danskos and I prefer the backless clogs.

I have always wanted a pair of Dansko clogs but found them a little pricey. But recently I threw caution to the wind and decided to treat myself. And now after all this time, I have to say I am a little disappointed. I love the style and the look but for the price I found the comfort to be somewhat lacking. I've actually had White Mountain clogs ALOT more comfy than these. But they are wearable so I kept them.

Dansko Susana - Great idea of a slightly dressy clog, but for me the shoe was too wide and sloppy when wearing. Wish this shoe had an adjustable strap to fit more narrow feet. I have to return this one because I would lose it on the street if I took a big step!!

Very cute shoe - This is a really cute clog, and quite comfortable. The only issue I am having is breaking in the leather which is too tough to wear them without socks for a while yet.

Can’t wait for summer - Been wearing Dansko for years now and just melted for this new style. Agreeably, I do like the stapled bottoms better, but a great shoe nonetheless. Needs some time to stretch the leather as the top straps can be quite bothersome if walking for a distance. Can’t wait to sport them in the summer. They are sure to be great slip on-and-go-shoes!

Not the stapled clog, alas... In a hurry, I failed to read the full description of this shoe and assumed it was my old favorite Dansko stapled clog footbed. I was excited to see the size 43 as I have a large (11.5 US women’s size), wide (E width) foot and was hoping to be able to wear a little bit thicker sock with this shoe for the winter. Well, this is not the stapled clog fit. The 43 fit me (sort of) but only with a thin trouser sock (but then the left foot was a little loose and tended to slip out of the shoe, which is not adjustable). The leather is fairly hard and while it might stretch, I found it to run a little narrow for a Dansko and leaving no room to wiggle the toes. Also the bottom is not the same material as the usual stapled clog (my fault for failing to read carefully). A cute shoe but not for me, alas.

Really nice shoe... I love everything about his new clog, I wear Danskos every day b/c of my job, very excited when I got these...Only to find out they run very small! I have numerous 41's and put sole to sole w/ all of them these come up short in the end. There also a little tighter on the top were the cutouts are. Just go up a size, especially if you are going to wear socks!!!

As someone with wider feet who frequents Danskos, these felt a little narrower than usual. However, I liked that they are much lighter than the Professional Clog & have more cushioning in the footbed. May have given higher marks if I would've been able to slide my foot all the way in.

Still hurting after a year - I have had these shoes for a year -- just got a reminder from Zappos to buy a new pair, which is what prompted this review. I love the look and the arch support of these shoes still, and people always admire them, but they have never become my favorites because even now, after a year of on-and-off wear, they are still so stiff that they give me blisters through my socks. Forget about wearing without thick socks at all. It's s shame. I always read about how people on their feet all day love these, and I am a teacher, but after a couple of hours, and especially if I am walking around a lot, these hurt like the devil. I am not sure why nobody else has mentioned how stiff and inflexible they are and how narrow thety are at the toe, so that there is no forgiveness. They are very hard wearing, mine have hardly a scratch on them, but instead my poor feet get beaten up from wearing them. I'd rather have a softer leather and replace shoes more often -- Born clogs have similar support but also leather that breathes and bends. I would not recommend these except for the very hearty of feet.

Nice shoes - The sizing on these shoes is a little funny. I ordered them in the same size as my Professional Clogs, and while they both fit, these are more snug. And they are not as comfortable as the Professional (but what is?). I can wear them all day at work with no problems, though. These are a little sleeker than some Danskos, so they are working okay with both pants and certain skirts. Not bad for an additional purchase.

These hurt the top of my foot! Zappos has great service! I got these the day after I ordered them! However, the fit is a disappointment. I want to warn others that they are NOT easy to break in. The strap on the top of my foot has left me with a seemingly permanent bruise/bump. OW!

Big Disappointment! Dansko Susana looked great in the pictures, but I was very disappointed when I received it and even more disappointed when I attempted to try it on. The bottom of the clog looks like fake wood and it runs narrow. Susana was very tight on my instep. I'm returning these clogs.

Too bad they ruin the tops of your feet - These shoes are comfortable on my high arches, however-- even after months of trying to break them in (with and without socks), they are creating significant bumps and bruises on the top of each foot. I am so disappointed in this style. They're cute, but they have made my feet ugly and painful.
