Pretty nice - Because they did not come in a wide width, I did have to send them back once and order a 1/2 size larger than normal. Also, the open area at the top of the shoe is somewhat uncomfortable to get used to if you wear them without socks. Otherwise I love my new clogs!

Really nice shoe all around! After years of working in clinics and people being astonished that I didn't have a pair, I finally got my very own Danskos. I went to the local mall and found the store that normally carries them was no longer there. I turned to Zappos. Amazing service with no tax and free/upgraded shipping. I ordered early Fri AM and got them Mon afternoon. They were less expensive than the mall in the end (next time I won't waste the gas!). The free/easy return was incentive enough to guesstimate sizing. My foot runs on the small 7.5-8 narrow, so the size 38 Susanas fit perfectly (different from the clogs I hear). I wear them without socks and it took only two all day wearings to break them in. I did get a couple blisters around the toes, to be expected. My feet do get stinky despite the openings so no in/out privileges. Many positive comments from colleagues and patients. Overall extremely comfortable, money well spent and true to the statement I've been hearing for years, "like walking on air."

Perfect! Perfect fit, perfect comfort, perfect color (blue, but a neutral blue,) perfect style. I adore this shoe for work. It is so comfortable and so cute. There has not been that I have worn it and not received a compliment. Oh my, I almost forgot. Thank you again so much Zappos!! Perfect service. Stylish and comfortable - These are perfect for when I’m working and wearing capris or a skirt. The heel is a little higher than the regular clogs, but I like it better. Very comfy and have gotten many compliments!!!

Excellent product, excellent service - I've had so many awful internet shopping experiences. When my clogs arrived and were too small, I thought...here we go again. But after calling to set up an exchange for the right pair, I learned Zappos is a rare breed of online retail providers. Not only did I get the right size in less than a couple of days (these fit snug, so up your true size for comfort), but the exchange process was so smooth! I even got a handwritten "thank you card" for my purchase. Awesome! ...oh, and I love these shoes. Style, comfort, and support for your soles. :)

Most comfortable shoe ever - I had been wearing and buying the Dansko Ingrid style for about 10 years and could no longer find it in my size, (35) so I ordered the Susana. It is actually more stylish and wonderfully comfortable, so I ordered a second pair from Zappos after wearing the Susana for few days. I LOVE this shoe! It's the most comfortable shoe that I have ever worn. I would also like to state that I buy all of my shoes from Zappos because it is an incredible corporation - free shipping, no tax, and the shoes generally arrive the next day, even it you buy shoes on a Sunday. Zappos offers not only great shoes, but the absolute best in customer service. Thanks Zappos. You're the best! More corporations should model themselves after you.

Wonderful and beautiful shoes - I received these within 24 hours... no, I couldn't believe it either. My sister was visiting and we looked on the site. She said, "I don't know how they do it, but you won't believe how fast they show up." I love these shoes... I did wear them with socks around the house for a day to stretch them a little. Now I wear them every chance I get. They are true to size, though my feet get a little stained, sweaty girl!

Comfortable shoe - I bought these shoes because we can't wear open-toe shoes at work, and I needed a comfortable black shoe. I like the crisscross detail – it makes it look a bit more feminine and stylish than a regular clog. However, this is still a clog, and I don't think clogs are terribly attractive. Although these aren't terrible. The shoe is quite comfortable, easy to walk in, and cool for summer. If you have to wear a clog or a closed-toe shoe but want a cool feel, this is a nice option. The leather is a bit stiff, but not uncomfortable for me. For me, it was true to size. I usually wear 7.5 or 8 or 38, and the 38 fit in this shoe. Some other Danskos seem to run big, and I needed more of a 37, but not these.

Love this shoe! I have worn this shoe for more than 12 hours at a time on numerous occasions. It is so comfortable. I did have an issue with the strap feeling tight when I first tried them on, but they must have stretched because I haven't had an issue with it. And to top it off, this shoe is much cuter in person than it is online.

Great Shoes! My original ordered size turned out to be too small. When I called to arrange a return, the staff suggested a larger size, as the reviews had indicated this style ran a bit small. The larger size turned out to be a great fit! Thanks to a helpful, attentive staff, I was able to make an exchange rather than have to return the shoes altogether. They are very comfortable, & I had no problems other than the dye bleeding through my nylons & staining my toes. I'm hoping this will only be temporary...

Very cute, comfy and stylish - I have gotten many compliments on my Susana shoes and everyone wants to know where I got them. I don't have many Dansko’s so I don't know exactly how they run, but I got the 71/2-8 size and they just fit. If you wear them all day you may feel tightness at the top of the shoe but with a little wearing they have loosened up for me.

Slowly adding to the collection - Dansko are my favorite shoes by far. It is the first time I have spent more than $25 on a pair of shoe and I am in love! I am NOT a shoe person, but i needed comfortable shoes to wear that would support my flat feet. My feet are not only flat, but also narrow. It doesn't help that since the birth of my son I am in between sizes. I started with the size of the other Dansko shoe I owned. Unfortunately, the clogs just slipped off my feet. I returned them for the smaller size. They fit much better!

A perfect shoe - I almost didn't buy these after reading some of the reviews. I think if you have really high arches these might rub the tops of your feet. For me, they are absolutely perfect. I've been wearing them with capris and pants, but they're so comfy, I think I'll wear them with everything! I am usually an 8 1/2 so I went with the 8 1/2 - 9 sizing, and they are a great fit. My first pair of Dansko’s; but definitely not my last.

A Dansko summer shoe - I love my Dansko’s, and this slip on is no exception.

I don't get what the fuss is about - I'm a nurse and all of my friends have been raving about Dansko shoes for years. I finally caved in and bought the Dansko Susana for an upcoming trip to Europe where I will be doing lots of walking. I've got to say, I still don't get why people say these are the most comfortable shoes on the planet. Obviously, fit is very individual, but these shoes have given me blisters over my third and fourth toes despite having worn them many times in an effort to break them in. The lining is cushy but so soft/slippery that there isn't any grip, so my foot slides forward and I bang the tips of my big toes into the front of the shoe when I walk. Plus, they are bulky and frumpy looking. Maybe they could be saved if they came in a fun color like red, but there is nothing cute about these shoes. I am trying soo hard to love these shoes as much as my friends do, but clearly they just aren't for everyone.

Nice summer work shoe. I stand all day for my job and these shoes are very comfortable. The arch support is good, the material bottom inside is great, but they do run a tiny bit more narrow than the standard Dansko clog. Although, I do wear a 10 1/2 med. to wide width normally. All in all I've really enjoyed them.

Another Dansko hit! Although I think the stapled clog is a bit more comfortable, this shoe is still far and away better than almost any other shoe in my closet... and it is adorable!

Purfect fit!! I bought these shoes to take to Mexico and do a lot of walking while wearing a sun dress. They looked and felt great.

Dansko Susana - These shoes are really cute and have received compliments. I've owned several pairs of Danskos and feel these have caught up to my favorite pair (professional clog). These shoes have good support and are exceptionally cushioned. The only negative I might give this shoe is that the cross strap was a little stiff but was quickly broken in within a few wears.

This shoe is so comfortable I feel like I am walking on clouds. Very true to size. I usually have problems with me feet and knees but I can wear these all day. They are also very nice looking and go well with jeans and capris. I recommend them highly.

Dansko Susana - I ordered this shoe at 11:30pm one night and received them the next day! This is the best website for shoe shopping! As for the shoe ... how cute! I really like the way they look as well as the material inside, which is very soft. I have not worn them to work yet, but since this is the 6th pair of Danskos I own, I have no doubt they'll be comfortable. I've tried these on with pants and capris and they look so cute; I tried them on with a knee-length skirt but don't think they go so well (in black). They might look okay with a longer skirt. Still, I'm keeping them because they're a great addition!

Susana Dansko - I started running last year and after a few months developed inflammation in my tibial tendon - apparently my high arches caused me to over-pronate. As part of my effort to improve my condition, I was told by my doc to only walk in shoes with good arch support. In closed shoes I can put inserts, but what do I do with open shoes (which I love)? Friends recommended Dansko and so I tried these shoes on at a store with a few other Danskos - these had the best arch support and I liked the suede-like lining and the nicer stitching than other Danskos. Once I got it, I realized the styling is not that nice with socks, and it's definitely not the prettiest shoe I have, but it is one of the most comfortable! I have been wearing it daily since the beginning of spring, and I walk over a mile to work every day!

This shoe was comfortable the minute I put it on until I took it off several hours later. The look is stylish and great to wear all day at work.

AGAIN A GREAT DANSKO CLOG - My 3rd pair of Danskos and love these too. Great new cutout style vs. Plain Jane clog. Great comfort just a tiny bit of wearing necessary where strap hits top of foot. Wore a thin black sock, looked great and wore in the strap area. These shoes last forever too and get better with age. Can wear them all day with comfort! Enjoy
