Very attractive shoe. Found this pair not to be true to size. I own 6 or 7 other pairs of Danskos including sandals and clogs. All of them are size 38 and fit perfectly. This pair was too small. I have returned awaiting a larger size. I feel confident that I will enjoy this pair

I purchased this in the Sandpiper nubuck. It seemed very comfortable, but in this color and material, I thought it looked rather matronly. I would consider trying again in the black patent maybe, but I sent this pair back.

Love Dansko due to comfort, but I have 7 pair of different Dansko shoes, and this one is by far the most comfortable! Absolutely love it!

I ordered several pairs of shoes to try, and kept these. They are so comfortable and worth every penny! They have just enough heel height to be flattering to your legs when worn with shorts or skirts.

I am really having a lot of fun with these sandals! I wanted to try something different, something that would be comfortable on my feet and that I would be able to walk long distances in, but at the same time be cute, and so far they are working out quite well. I consider them a clog-sandal as opposed to a slide, I guess because your foot seems to be more in the sandal than a typical slide. The footbed is extremely soft. I have wide feet and they are completely not squished inside the sandal (a note for those with narrow feet that possibly they run a little wide), I just put them on and it feels like I am walking around wearing two pillows! They only thing that is taking me a little getting used to is that they are a little heavy for a sandal, hence the more clog-like analogy, but I am finding it to be more something to get used to about the shoe as opposed to a drawback. I read the reviews on Zappos prior to purchasing and some people mentioned having problems with the elastic (hidden, near the strap), hopefully this will not become a problem, but I can see how it could become strained over time because the sandal is a little bit heavy. I typically wear a size 7 and found the 37 to be the perfect size. I have enjoyed wearing them and find them to be a lot of fun. Zappos is the best!

Dansko Sela slide - celery/sage green - I am always looking for a good "mom" shoe - one that I can look somewhat pulled together in but still be comfortable and go to the playground, play dates, or whatever without worrying about my shoes. The Dansko professional clogs have been my uniform for the fall/winter and I think this sandal is a great summer choice. The wedge looks substantial but is actually light as air. I love the color I got it in - the green tone - goes with lots of things. These are a very comfortable shoe and I never feel weighed down or find myself slipping off or out of them. The only con is that I have a very narrow foot and the front cross straps are lifted off my foot a little bit. Since they still stay on I decided to keep them.

Super comfortable sandals - great for all day wear and walking. Front straps are a little too roomy, but have not stretched any further. Buckle strap provides comfortable adjustment. Cute with skirts, shorts and jeans.

Dansko's Sela - I ordered these shoes to take on vacation. Overall I liked them. The first time that I wore them, however, they put a blister on the top of my foot. The upper leather is a bit hard. I think they will break in. The sole is very comfortable and supportive.

Nice shoe - Comfortable, leather a little stiff but should break in nicely.

Almost Perfect! I love the comfort and support of this shoe. I have had other Dansko shoes in the past and have never been disappointed at the quality. I must admit I did have a hard time getting the correct size. I wear a size 12 and I found these to be a little short. Almost returned them but they were perfect in every other way. In some Dansko styles a size 42 is a US 12 and other styles you have to get a 43 to get a US 12. Zappos makes that part easy. They are worth the money!

Comfortable at first, but slipped when walking fast - I initially really liked these sandals. They were comfy right from the box, cute, stylish, looked good with black capris pants. But I'm tall and walk fast. These kept slipping from my feet and I had to have the strap over the foot buckled really tight to stay on my foot -- then they were uncomfortably too tight. I had to keep curling my toes to keep the sandal on while walking. So I returned these for a sandal with the back strap. Also, the left sandal felt small/short and my toe appeared to extend a tad beyond the shoe. I normally wear a 41 in Danskos. There was not a size larger (42) in black, but then they probably would have been too big.

Very comfortable sandal, though not the most stylish shoe on the planet. Dansko shoes always run a bit small, so order up if you are not sure.

These are super comfortable and look great on – better than you'd think from the picture. They are a tad loose though, but I have narrow feet. But still, I'd get them again.

Dansko Clog - I have been looking for a comfortable clog/slide for a long time. I have narrow feet & most of the shoes I’ve tried just fall off as I walk. Although the Sela is not narrow, I can adjust the buckle which keeps it on my foot. The Nubuck is also more comfortable as it softens over time. The arch support is also superb. Overall, a good choice for me.

At Last, A Comfortable Shoe That Gives Me Some Height! Love the amazingly soft footbed! It's nice to have a little bit higher shoe that doesn't hurt my metatarsals - and no break-in time. The width and length are great, a good fit. The only drawback is that the leather of the black Sela is a little bit hard and cutting initially and I am hoping it will soften a bit. Overall I like how they look. I don't like how they look as much when I look straight down at them as I do when looking at them from the side, but not a big deal. If these continue to feel as good as they do now, I'll buy another color.

Comfortable sandals - I had to order 3 pairs of Dansko sandals before settling on these. They do not have stitching on the footbed (which is uncomfortable) and the heel is a comfortable height. I have a wide, flat foot and usually where size 10 M in Clark's sandals - but had to get size 42 in these for an equivalent fit. These are comfortable for walking and standing.

Dansko Sela - Great looking shoe, but sadly not as comfortable as other Danskos I have. Leather straps are rather hard and hurt. Maybe with time they would soften, but my feet would pay the price. Returns are always quick and smooth w/ Zappos. They are the BEST!!

Comfort and Style - Great shoes for work and walking. I'm a picky shopper but when I like something I buy more than one and recommend them to others. Good quality and style to boot.

Too bad they didn't work for me - I bought these because I am looking for a comfortable sandal with arch support. The bottom of the shoe and footbed are incredibly comfortable! Like walking on a cloud and very lightweight, but my problem is the leather straps. The leather is very rigid and was scratchy on my feet. It didn't seem like the kind of leather that would get supple enough to avoid blisters, so I had to return them. Otherwise, I would have loved them. Thanks Zappos for making my return easy!

Dansko - Nice shoe, but like most Danskos, their sizing is off from the American sizing system. I found this shoe a bit short for an 11 but considering it's an open toe, its fine, my toes just fit. I just don't find their sizing consistent. Otherwise, Danskos makes a very good shoe. Takes a bit more time to break them in, their arch support is very good.
