Flattering design - This can be a really fun shoe. It makes the foot look smaller with a flattering profile, and it's super comfy. The only disappointment is the elastic on the strap- it takes away the stability while walking and I can see it stretching in the future. Really disappointed that I had to return this one! Love the colors!

Most comfortable shoe I ever owned. Unfortunately, the straps stretch out over time and I could no longer wear them safely!

I ordered these shoes twice - I always wear a 38 size but this was just too small. Plus my large toe was hanging off the front. I ordered the 39 and fit better in the length of my foot, but toes were off the front end. They were just weird. Too bad because I love the neutral color and I have had my eye on these since last year! When I saw they were on sale I jumped at it, but they just didn't work out. Back they went again.

Very comfortable, even for someone that never wears heels. The length was perfect. However, the area over the front part of the foot was shockingly enormous. I could fit my whole hand in there while my foot was in the shoe. And, unfortunately, you can\'t adjust that part. So I had to return them.

Sela in Sandpiper Nubuck: Color/quality of sueded leather is a gorgeous neutral, & a substantial/thick leather. Insoles are cushiony. Fairly lightweight shoe, but they look a bit orthopedic in person/on foot. Front/toes area is too narrow & cut into my feet (very badly). Returned them.

The elastic near the buckle pinches the skin on my feet when walking. Otherwise, it would be quite comfortable if not for that drawback.

I tried the Crinkle Sela in White Patent first. It was the first attractive shoe I've been able to wear in YEARS and didn't hurt my feet. It was a dream come true. The white patent and brown base limited my options for wearing (# of months of year, type of outfit, etc.) but I was thrilled. Rated it a 5. However, the black pull-up...not...the sole was made of a different material and did not provide the same support. My foot hurt in the metatarsal area. What a bummer! I really needed a black pair to be able to wear with more clothing options, events, etc. Dansko needs to redesign that sole! It's not a good sole at all.

Not the right Dansko for me - They look quite cute in the photo, but once they were on my feet, they looked kind of stupid. Maybe it's because they seemed a lot smaller, but I've had other Danskos in the same size that fit great! I'm sure they would have stretched out in time, but it wasn't worth the wait in my book. I did see someone with a pair of these in green and they looked good on them. Maybe my feet were just not meant for them.

Worst smelling shoes ever!!! I have many shoes and NONE of them smell...these started to smell after a few times of wearing them. I had to scrub the inside sole with a toothbrush and buy sneaker spray. I am very upset about paying the high price for these shoes that I really don't want to wear anymore. As far as fit and comfort, they were very good.

Nice at first, but watch out for the blisters! These shoes are a little beguiling. I wrote a positive review right after receiving them because they felt good right from the box. Then I went for a walk to the grocery (trying to go green since it's only a few blocks) and I had to buy band-aids at the store for the blisters. I have 3 of them! Break these in first.

Tight for a wide foot - I have a wide foot. Love the look of the shoe, but it was too tight across the ball of my foot. In less than 30 minutes, I had a painful indentation from the straps. Wish it had fit better. I love Dansko and have several pairs of them--will keep trying for another style.

Comfortable, But Casual - I ordered these in blue. Comfy, yet too casual for work. Kind of matronly looking, too. It's true that the strap that goes over the top of the foot is stiff and a bit uncomfortable. I am sending them back for a more formal looking sandal for work wear. As everyone else says, order a size bigger and they fit perfectly!

Just missed - This Keen didn't seem to have the same arch support as others and the straps were (for me) in the wrong place; they cut every time I picked up my foot. Sorry, because it's a good looking shoe. And here's to Zappos, btw: what an incredible service company in every way! Considering the amount of shoes I order in my ongoing search for "perfect"--and then return if they are not right, Zappos should receive sainthood!

Should feel better than they do. Dansko's new clog has a cuter heel and the footbed is even MORE comfortable than the old style. Why, then, would they choose a leather for the straps that is stiff with a cutting edge? We Dansko customers are willing to pay for a shoe that feels great. So, make one that feels great.

I loved the look and feel of these sandals, but like others, the elastic on the strap wore out in just a couple of months. I exchanged them for a different Dansko sandal and the same thing happened to the elastic in a very short time. Very frustrating! I will now avoid any Dansko sandals with straps.

I bought these summer 2009 and initially loved them. Sadly after 4-6 weeks, the shoes stretched too wide (and I have a wide foot!) and they really showed dirt and sweat marks too much. I loved the light weight, but would not buy these again as the fit changed too much and they were hard to clean.

Unfortunately, extremely uncomfortable shoes, especially, for walking in the desert sun. Had to return them and bought a black pair of Lolita which I highly recommend.

I purchased the Selas for summer 2009. The upper strap chafed against my foot. The foot bed was soft, but it picked up dirt quickly. My biggest disappointment with these shoes is that they finally broke about six weeks after I bought them. That was the first bad experience I’ve had with the usually reliable and well made Danskos. This style seems to suit many people, so maybe I’m the exception. I’m hoping that the 2010 styles are similar to the ones manufactured in 2007-8.

Dansko Sela - Cute shoe but not very comfortable. Nice footbed but straps where buckle attaches irritate top of foot & sides irritate toes. If it were a less expensive shoe might have kept it to see if it became more comfortable once broken it.

Dansko Sela - I was very disappointed, nice footbed but really uncomfortable leather upper, gave me a blister in hot weather.

I had to return these because the elastic at the buckle unraveled within weeks of getting them. They were made in China and of poor quality overall. After being a loyal Dansko customer for years, I've switched to Sanita. They have the quality of the old Dansko.

The shoe itself is comfortable, but the strap is horrible, I have blisters on both feet. I would NOT recommend, and I am a Dansko fan!

Reading others reviews, I ordered these sandals, but alas they have straps that are so hard and uncomfortable that I couldn’t have them on my feet for a minute. Do not order these sandals! I have ordered SoftWalk Montrose and they are fabulous…
