Wow. I thought I was destined to orthotics and black sneakers my grandfather would wear, but not so with Dansko! As a pharmacist, I honestly stand 12 hours (pretty much in 1 spot; I may sit for 15 minutes during lunch) and no longer have aching feet (plantar fasciitis) or back. Something about this shoe instantly relieves all pressure in your lower back. It feels so good you want to wear them all the time. At first it was a little stiff across the top of my foot; after a week or so the leather softened up. Awesome sandals, and a lot better looking than my black sneakers!

Very comfortable shoe, can walk all day in these. Nice looking, too, especially with jeans, long pants. Got a pair in brown and black. Great support, especially if you have high arches. Like the heel (I can't wear flats).

These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I even wore them to walk the dogs! I got the green/sage color because it\'s a neutral and it goes with everything. You will not be dissappointed!

Ordering this shoe on line I was worried that a backless shoe with a heel wouldn\'t grip my foot well, but this shoe fits like a glove! It is also one of the most comfortable shoes I\'ve ever worn bare footed. I don\'t usually give my opinion, but I am so pleased with product.

I love this sandal. I have had it for 2 years and I wear it every day. Still does not need to be replaced. It took a little time for it to break in. The leather was a little hard at first. Now, they are the only shoes I wear.

I'm a Dansko fan, mainly as a result of a broken ankle and (more recently) a total ankle replacement. The rocker sole helps my gait, and the availability of Dansko shoes (some, at least) in my large size 12 (43 European) is helpful. While I usually wear closed-toe shoes and compression socks (my toenail is mangled as a result of the break, don't ask me why or how, and my ankle is less than a thing of beauty as a result of all the surgery), for my daughter's wedding I got a pedicure complete with a gel toenail, and used makeup on my scars. I settled on the Sela because it had no ankle strap. The shoes were remarkably comfortable throughout the wedding, reception, and even dancing! I only wish Dansko would make all of their women's styles in a 43. I do find that while some suggest that a 42 is equivalent to a 12, that has not been my experience; and I'm a "small" 12.And I wish Zappos would add Dansko to its Canadian site!

These sandals are comfortable however the light color fabic that your feet rest on may not have been a good choice of material. I can see wear in a very short period of time.

This sandal is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am a big fan of the Dansko clogs, and this may be even more comfortable. It has perfect arch support and the footbed feels cool and refreshing every time I slide them on. The only minor complaint I have is that at first the straps rubbed my feet a bit and that took some breaking-in, but I thought it was worth it because it is such an ergonomically great (and cute) shoe.

I have ordered several pair of shoes from Zappo.\r\n I have never had better service or faster delivery from anyone, anywhere on the internet. I don\'t know HOW they do it, but the order arrives literally hours after placing it! The items are perfectly packaged and the return policy is excellent. Very comfortable shoes...I have plantar fascitis and these shoes do not aggravate my condition. I love walking in them. Highly recommend to anyone with sensitive feet. Also, I wore them from day one without any rubbing or breaking in period.

Comfortable as only Dansko can provide! Buy one half size larger than usual. Bought green and is a bit closer to khaki, more neutral than it appears on screen! Strap across top allows for some width flexibility.

Purchased from a store 50 miles away. Too far to return. Got the white/cream. Scuffed right away. Also, the light colored fabric bed is quickly collecting bits of dirt, no matter how clean my feet are when I put them on. They don't fit as well as I'd like, and adjustable buckle is not quite right. Also, buckle and elastic itches. I think the elastic will soon fail in this hot environment. However, the arch support is great! Love Dansko's in general.

I was looking for the perfect Dansko sandals and I've found them! I love Dansko! This is my 4th pair. I was suffering from daily feet pain (plantar fasciitis) for a year, and since wearing Dansko every day, I have had no problems with my feet (or back). They are so comfortable and I can wear them with to work and play. The other thing I loved about this particular sandal is the fact that it came in a size 43 so super comfortable. I have other Dansko sandals in a size 42 and they are just not as comfortable. What's more is I am a physician, and I have been recommending Dansko to my patients suffering from feet pain.

Zappos service is great! This shoe has the wonderful supportive sole you expect. The color is great, natural, and neutral, and coordinates with most greens, browns, yellows, and dark blue. The shoes fit beautifully, but be prepared for some rubs if you walk in them a lot right away, since the leather is a bit stiffer than some other Dansko sandals.

Love these sandals and love, love, love Zappos, too! I ordered these sandals because I have closed toed clogs from Dansko and they have been very comfortable. Wanted the same comfort in a sturdy sandal style to wear while sightseeing in major cities. Ended up opting for the celery colored sandals and wore them all over NYC the first day that I had them. They were surprisingly comfortable. As with any new shoe worn for a long period of time, they rubbed in a couple of places and I did end up with a couple of blisters. Breaking them in and a bit of moleskin have since remedied that. Zappos could not have been better -- got them to me in a flash, before the promised delivery date!

I love these sandals. I wear Dansko for the support they give me. I have been wearing them for about 7 years now, and they are one of a few brands I can wear to give me the support I need for my arches. I had plantar fasciitis and these keep me from having problems.

I'm happy with the Dansko sandals; very cute and extremely comfortable. Size 37 is perfect for me (I usually wear a size 7 or 7-1/2 US). Zappos, as usual, got them here immediately. Thanks for the great service.

These are my favorite shoes right now. They are so comfortable. The sole is cushioned and soft. They look nice and keep my feet supported. I'm considering a second pair in a different color.

These are very comfortable to stand in and to walk slowly in. The foot bed is soft and forms to the foot, but because they don't flex and the strap over the arch doesn't have any elastic, after hours of walking the pressure across arch is pretty uncomfortable. So, great for leisure wear and cuter than I expected. The green is darker than pictured and neutral enough to go with many colors.

I am a HUGE Dansko fan! I own several pairs of clogs, sandals, and dress shoes from Dansko. The leather straps on these sandals are a bit stiff but will stretch a bit to accomodate a wider foot. I found that after wearing the sandals a few times, the sandal fit my foot well. I do wish that Dansko would go back to the traditional stapled clog footbed and heel for sandals like the clog footbed. The new footbed and heel have more give which is nice for some, but I need a more rigid footbed for my low arches. All in all, a great sandal that goes well with dress pants, jeans, skirts, just about anything that you own!

Great shoe for a working gal! Looks good and gives me the support I need. Very comfortable and stylish!
