Never have bought this brand before, but they had quite a few positive reviews, so bought the black Captain. They were on ‘sale’ for $69. Now, I am a boater, and I have always bought Sperry - familiar with the quality, construction and wear. So how do the Dunhams compare? Not very well. The construction is far inferior to the Sperry, the sole is harder and not even close to skid resistance, the lining is obviously not intended to get wet, and wearing these for the first time, getting wet, my feet turned black. All at a price that is only $10 or so below what the Sperrys cost on sale(and they are always on sale). So these will be used but probably not as deck shoes

Look nice but don't feel good - I have diabetes and my feet are sensitive. These shoes hurt the ends of my toes. The end of the shoe is very hard. Unfortunately, when I first wore them around the house they felt okay. Then when I wore them outside they started to hurt. I cannot return them because when I wore them outside the soles were marked up.

It's not a very reliable show very uncomfortable and the sides ripped in less than 4 months. I would not recommend these shoes.

Very comfortable shoe. Design is bad though. Because the leather is connected to the sole with a mesh, the shoe is only good for a few weeks of wear.

I've had these shoes for six years now, wear them every day to work. Look great, high quality leather, great fit. Totally happy with them. Only reason I'm replacing them is they're finally starting to look too worn for work.

Great shoe for my Parkinson's issues

Bought these for my husband, who has wide feet, bunions and is a size 14. Finding shoes is NOT fun. He wears New Balance sneakers everywhere. To my shock, he slipped them on and said they fit and are comfortable! He can put his orthotics in for arch support. The tan is kind of boring but good for summer.

Color is almpost an an azzul grey - very attractive. Well made, and a good vale. A good brand if you havwe wide feet.

Have wide feet? Here's your answer. Very sporty and mine have held up. Too bad they discintinued the neutral white.

Bought these for my husband who has very wide feet (6E) and these fit him! He really likes the style for the summer. Thanks, Dunham, for making more than (M) width shoes!

I’ve only worn them one time. They are much longer than I expected them to be so my foot slides in them. I’m 76 years old and I feel unstable when I’m wearing them.
