The left shoe fits ok , the right shoe hurts my two smallest toes. Can't decide if it is pressing down on them or the shoe is too narrow

I bout a pair a while back and the soles came apart on me as well as the covered foam tops around the ankle

I was looking to buy the touring shoe because I have bought it three times in the past and loved it. My first attempt was to go to a store/stores to go shopping. I went to at least 4 stores where I had seen/bought Rockports in the past and they either no longer carried Rockport or the supply they had on hand was so limited that they either did not have the style I wanted or did not have my size (10 1/2 a common size). Online shopping was my final option because I think shoes need to be tried on for correct sizing. I ordered a pair of 10 1/2s and could not even get them on my feet. Then I realized I needed 10 1/2 W so I had to return the first pair and reorder a new pair. When they arrived they were not as comfortable as previos pairs of Rockports that I have bought but they were just "good enough". Shopping for shoes on line is a terrible experience. I love the Rockport shoes but when I can not get the style I want and uncertain about the consistency of the size it may lead me to search for other options in the future.

These shoes are considerably lighter than shown on the website. Completely misleading.

Can not wear theses shoes. Should have returned them. The collar, which is touted in the description, is high and kills my ankles. Wore them twice. Put them on a third time. Immediately took them off. Maybe they'll be fine for someone else. Going to give them away. Was replacing other Rockport shoes I've enjoyed for years. Buying shoes in a store might be a better idea for me

Sizes are smaller than standard. Big waste of time buying over internet.

Box came in looked like it was attacked by a bear. Then it rained so they got soaked. After drying out i tried to wear but tongue digs into top of foot so only worn for 2 hours took off havent worn since went and bought some sketchers. Customer service for rockport does not respond to calls or emails if could give less than a star i would!

The covering on the top of the shoe flaked off. The sole came unglued.

..the tongue material is very stiff and when laced up puts a lot of uncomfortable pressure on that area of my ankle. I've owned several prs of Rockport casual shoes in the past..these are totally uncomfortable

I'm a narrow, but like to wear a medium for additional comfort. These were way too tight in the width. I have to think the sizing is off. All other Rockports I've bought over the years in Medium width have fit just fine.

Rockports used to be my go-to shoes. They were well made, affordable, and comfortable, requiring little if any break-in. That hasn't been the case for years. I guess they contracted out the manufacturing to some low-cost country where QC isn't what it should, or perhaps is completely missing. Too bad.

BINDING AROUND HEAL HAS A SPLIT NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IN 30 YEARS WITH ROCKPORTS.

I have been buying Rockport shoes for many years mainly because they were American made not China.

soles separating, shoes have minimal use, coming unglued

Did not meet up to my expectations. I am not a fan of man made leather. I doesn't it allows your feet to breathe as well. Would not have bought these if I looked at them in the store.

I have bought 3 pairs. The soles have come off of all 3 pairs. I wear them 5 days a week as work shoes.

Long time purchaser of Rockports; but this one pinches my big toe, the medial side; don't know if it is a style or size issue
