I bought 2 patent leather shoes in this style. One fit like a glove and the other slipped off my heal just a fraction. That's why I love mary janes, if they slip off a little they still stay on my feet. I work these shoes dancing but didn't feel the pinch of swollen soles and toes because there is plenty of room in the toe box. I like the heel height because it feels like a ballet slipper/flat but looks like a cute pump. Will buy more colors in this style. P.S. can't really comment on the arch support, since they are not athletic shoes. Again, they fit well so by default I suppose the arch support was appropriate. (shrug)

Very cute shoes. The heel is very low which makes these shoes very comfortable and easy to walk with. I was a little afraid the leather would be too hard and hurt my feet but I haven't had any trouble at all. I like these shoes a lot.

Wonderful shoes! Very well made. The heel is comfortable. Look nice on the foot. I was very doubtful about ordering shoes online, but these turned out to be a success. The size fits very well.

I bought these shoes in black suede to wear to a winter ball as part of a 50s-inspired ensemble. They were perfect--the heel wasn't too high and the strap kept them from slipping off my feet. After three and a half hours of ballroom dancing, I had only the slightest beginning of a blister (and I wasn't wearing tights). My only disappointment was at the end of the evening, when I found that the top part of the side button had fallen off one of the shoes (I think this has more to do with the number of people stepping on my feet than shoe quality). I'm looking for a replacement to glue on so I can wear these lovely shoes again.

I ordered these shoes because they looked super cute and they definitely lived up to it! The first time I wore these I was actually walking around downtown Chicago all day and my feet never hurt! Not much of a heel, but sound powerful! Thinking about ordering in a different color. (I ordered the purple to liven up an LBD!)

This is a gorgeous shoe, if I could I'd buy one in every color. I love them and never fail to receive compliments. My only complaint is the heavy leather/chemical scent of the shoes. I had to leave them outdoors for two nights in order for the odor to dissipate! Even now I can still pick up faint traces of the smell when I wear them.

These shoes are awesome! I wore them for my wedding, and when people look at the pictures they are the first thing everyone comments on. I felt the first size was too big, but a half size down was too small, so I just put in heel cushions. Which made them fit and more comfortable.

I really liked these shoes; ordered them in three colors. They're a bit short (I wear 11) and I had to put those strips in the heels to keep them from slipping off (I have narrow heels), but now they're very comfortable (as dress shoes go). They're nice enough to be very dressy, but simple enough to wear casual, and they make such a nice clicking sound as I walk.

I loved the first pair so much, I bought another color! The heel felt a little funny at first, but I go used to it quickly. These are very comfortable. They are feminine look without breaking my back.

I love these sassy little purple shoes! I wore them for my wedding, and danced the night away in total comfort. The rounded toe is cute and keeps your toes happily un-squished. The color is rich and the suede is beautiful. The strap is comfortable and the button detail on the side gives a nice touch. My feet are on the big side (10.5) and these shoes made them look cute and dainty. I loved the kitten heel, gave me a little lift and the dressy look of a high heel without all the discomfort that higher heels bring. I would definitely recommend this shoe to others. In fact, one of my friends ordered them in red and wore them to our wedding, too! (I also ordered the patent leather, and returned them. The suede is much higher quality than the patent in this shoe, and the colors are richer and more true.)

These are very comfortable. I'm not much for wearing heels all day, but I can get by walking in the city all day in these, and only have a slight urge to take them off when I get home. After three wears they have a slight scuff at the toe and white is showing through the purple, a spot no larger than the tip of a pencil, but I would have hoped they'd hold up a bit better.

These were super-comfortable the minute I put them on. They make your feet look small and the heel is adorable.

These boots are disappointing. The description says they will keep me warm but the fleece is only in the shaft. The foot bed is narrow, but the foot itself stretches quickly and there is no arch support. I liked the look enough to return the size 8 for a 7.5, but that was before I realized how cold my feet would be. I found out the hard way.

Gabriella Rocha Ginger shoes are great. Fit perfectly the first time, perfect heel height for walking and standing and the heels did not feel at all unstable. These shoes do show some toe if you\'re worried about that. I bought the patent red, which is a great glamour color.

I love my shoes! I ordered these shoes in patent purple for my wedding on the Sunday before I got married. They arrived on Tuesday and I have had tons of compliments about my shoes! They are extremely comfortable and so stinking cute! I would recommend Zappos to anyone!

These are the cutest shoes and I love them. I bought them to wear with my skinny jeans. I am tall and don't need to wear tall heels with jeans, but these look like any high heel with the long jeans. I will say I had to order 1/2 size larger, but I also plan to wear thin socks with them in the winter, so maybe they are more true to size. I needed a little room for the socks. I bought 3 pair: red, black patent and grey suede. I particularly like the grey color. These also look cute with skirts and dresses and leggings with the long sweaters. They're just cute!

I got these in the purple patent leather and I really like them. I wear heels very rarely and these have been great so far. They are quite comfortable, and the color is great, it's a little more vibrant than it looks like in the photo which I was very happy with. Cute with jeans or a dress.

I looked at these shoes and hemmed and hawed. I read a lot of the reviews and thought okay what the heck, if they suck, I send them back. I picked out the black leather. I'm never sending these shoes back and I plan on getting another [or a few more] pairs in different colors; maybe like the patent leather red, or turquoise or pink! These are absolutely fabulous shoes. If you want to look a little more dressed up for work or play without sacrificing any comfort, then these are the shoes for you. I bought another pair of shoes at the same time as these and I haven't been able to wear the other pair much because the leather is so stiff. But the leather on these shoes is so soft! And the strap isn't tight at all. Buy the shoes, you'll adore them.
