These Welly socks were too low for my Hunter boots. After searching the Zappos site for the M/L replacements to no avail, I called Zappos customer service. The rep was not at all helpful, claiming that all medium socks were the same. I explained the difference between M/M and M/L, but she couldn't grasp the concept and couldn't help me with the return process. Unimpressed.

I bought these for a present for my sister. She wears about a size 9 shoe and wanted a large. Overall it's a great product and adds color to your Hunter boots! Zappos was great on delivery, and what's not to love about free returns!

I have a size 11 foot, and the listing here says the large goes up only to a 10, but I took a chance. They fit great. I wear them with a pair of Ariat Wellies, and they're toasty warm.

Gave them as a gift to son, he says the socks work brilliantly with his Hunter wellies. What more can you ask for?

These socks are very warm and good quality. There is no small size though. I am a 5 1/2 shoe and these were huge on me. I was able to use my limited sewing skills and make them smaller at the toe by about 2 inches. Now I love them.

Super versatile. Love using them. I do not have Hunter rain boots, but they still work fine. I am a size 8 and got the large, but they are a bit big. If you want them to be fitted, I would go with the smaller size.

These socks are great. I actually wear them with a non-Hunter leather field boots for cold days, and they're very cute and warm.

These are a little short for my tall Hunter boots. I wish I would have gone up one size. I normally wear an 8. The quality is great, and the color is nice. Shipment was the usual speedy service. Love Zappos.

It's a nice pair of socks that go well with any rain/snow boots. I haven't wore them yet for a long time outside to see how warm they are, but it looks like they would keep the feet warm.

The boots were exactly as described and Zappos got them to me incredibly quickly. These boots run large so order a size down. I have owned them before, that was my experience.

They keep my feet warm, but the seams on the bottom of the sock feel weird. I occasionally walk my dog in my Hunters, and after a ten minute walk my feet are definitely uncomfortable where the seams are. For just milling about the garden, they're fine. But they look absolutely adorable.

These socks are awesome. My girlfriend loves them and claims they are warm and comfy. I just wish the boots fit her better.

These are very warm, however not as comfy as I expected. The seams of the socks are very noticeable when wearing.

A great addition to your hunter wellies! When it's cold, the rubber boots really don't keep you warm. Adding the welly socks makes a world of difference. I wore them in freezing rain the other day and my feet were toasty warm (just be sure to put them on your feet and then step into your boots). Totally worth it!

If you have the Hunter rain boots, than the wellies are a natural accessory. The one important thing to note though, is that your feet will not be warm with these. Your feet will be warmer than trudging through the winter tundra without them, but they do little to counteract the cold rubber that your rain boots are made of. Also, order a size larger than you normally would so you don't have to worry about the wellie slipping down into your boot while you walk.

The Welly socks are perfect. They make the boots more versatile, so you can wear them in the winter too. They are true to size- I wear a 7.5/8, and a med is great.

I bought this sock in Turquoise. I have the Hunter Huntress boots that are wider in the ankle and calf. This sock is meant for the original Hunter rain boot. I find that it is hard to fold over the sock at the top of the boot. They feel rather tight. I love the color I bought, and the sock feels very warm. I do recommend the sock but keep in mind it is meant for the original Hunter, a taller and narrower boot. Once you have this sock in the boot, it leaves little room to tuck a pair of jeans in. It seems that you will be wearing these with leggings instead.

I haven't worn them in the cold yet but have tried them out around the house. The are a perfect fit (I'm a 5) and are incredible soft and comfortable. I'll be ordering more soon!

These socks are so comfortable. I wish I could wear them everyday! Not only that, SUPER cute with the rain boots!

If you have ever shoved your feet into work boots of any kind, without stopping for socks, then you might guess how awesome it would feel to slip into (in my case) purple wellies and not only have the immediate sensation of soft comfort and that "Oooo" moment but also a kind of "well don't these New Turquoise Wellie liners look Snazzy!" Trust me, they are wonderful, and they do add a certain Pizazz to heading outdoors in any sort of inclement weather. If I had a matching umbrella you might just catch me "Singing In the Rain." Kudos!

The color is perfect and the same as it looks on the website. These socks are warm and help glide the hunter boots on your feet/legs. I definitely recommend them!
