I really liked this shoe, but it wasn't wide enough for me. I wear a wide due to bunions and since Keen's run wide thought this would work, but there wasn't enough room in the toe box. If this shoe had come in a wide it would have been great. Nice shoe for a regular foot. Found some Merrell's that were similar and came in wide.

I love Keens. I have Keen hiking boots. But this lower hiking shoe just didn't fit, It was too loose all aroundd. And I need wide shoes for my orthotics and the pain from an injury. The area around the ankles were too high and rubbed me.

As much as I love this shoe, I can be on my feet all day at work, the length of the shoe is inconsistent. The first time I tried on a size 9 in the store, it fit wonderfully, but when I ordered the same size on line, it is too short. I hate sending shoes back and forth. Why can't Keen put out a consistent shoe length!

THEY CHANGED THE STYLE :( I've had many pairs of these shoes over the years, they're one of the only ones I've found that fit my wide feet well. Unfortunately, the design has recently changed. The change is subtle enough that I wore my shoes outside before I really realized it, meaning I can't return them. :( They still fit, but aren't as comfortable as they once were. Comparing them to my old pairs, there are some differences that are visible.

Very roomy and comfortable right out of the box. Great suppport and cushioning, but made my size 11 feet look very wide. Returned them.

The heel was oddly high relative to the front part of the shoe and I found myself feeling as if I was pitched forward in these shoes. This effect also made my heels pop out in the back. Overall, they did not work for me. Returned.

Everything good, but after getting wet the upper came apart from lower. Happened on two pairs. Tried gluing them back but would not hold. Too bad because I really liked these hikers. Just not well made. See you Keen. Been nice knowing you but I am moving on.

I normally wear a size 8, but I bought this shoe in both an 8 and an 8.5 just to make sure I could find the perfect fit. The 8 is too short but fit great in the heel. The 8.5, while correct length, is too wide at the heel. This has been the case with every pair of Keen shoes I have bought this month. Keen is just not sizing the way they used to. Disappointing because I really like the wide toe box on their "original fit" styles.

I have been wearing this shoe forever and it has always been perfect for my wide toe area due to multiple foot surgeries. The quality of the Voyageur has gone downhill. The left shoe had a bump in the arch area which was very uncomfortable and the right shoe had a problem in the toe area, like it was put together wrong. I am very disappointed in Keen and hope they continue to make quality shoes as they use to in the past.

I've been regularly buying Keen shoes & boots for couple of years now. I won't buy this one again. Just got in late April and they are falling apart. Several pieces of the sole have come loose. Never had Keens wear out this quickly.

Bought twice. Bottom came loose on the first ones in less than a year. I liked the style and fit so tried another pair. Bottom started coming loose after 3 months, then one of the shoelace loops came apart. Love the look and feel but bad quality, especially for such a high price.

I've been wearing a pair of Keen Voyageurs for about 3 years and I love them - they were perfect right out of the box. However, they started to squeak with every step, which I attributed to wear. I put in new insoles but that didn't help. So I bought a new pair - same style, same size - and they feel at least a 1/2 size too small (but with warm socks I think I'd need a full size larger). The toebox is narrower and the shoe is overall not as long . This is not me comparing a fully worn-in pair of shoes to a brand new pair - it seems to me that Keen has down-sized their shoe, that they are using a different foot-bed/size than they did just a few years ago - and that is disappointing. I've already worn the shoes outdoors so they are not returnable.

I was going to return these shoes but my puppy chewed on one of them and now I can’t. They are uncomfortable, very wide through the toes and causing them to slide around during my first hike. The sole is so hard and there is nothing supportive or comfortable about them. Totally not worth the price, a sturdy sneaker would be much better on a hike than these.

Found this shoe to cause foot pain after 1st time wearing. Would not recommend.

I've had 6 pairs of this exact shoe and while these are marked as a 10, they are dreadfully small, especially the left shoe.

These were a factory defect. I can’t believe they weren’t caught in quality control- the entire left toe bed is missing! I would show pics, but you need to touch it with your hands or feet to know what I’m talking about. Almost ruined my hiking vacation, but fortunately there was an REI near by. First time this has ever happened to me. Very disappointed, obviously!

i have always been a big fan of KEEN. However, I've only had these shoes about a month and they have already worn out at the heal. Very disappointed in the quality of this shoe.

NOOO.... I've literally been relying on these hikers for 14 years. Every time a pair wears out, I order the exact same thing because, for me, they work. This time, (when I desperately need a new pair for an upcoming trip) the design has changed. Gone is the nice deep heel bed. Gone is the nice wide toe bed. So disappointing. No time to find a suitable replacement. Guess I'll be doing my hiking in old shoes.

Keen, please please go back to your original Voyageur design. Why did you change it? You had the perfect design, a blend between a walking shoe and a light hiker. This was my favorite shoe of all time. I wore mine for years. I recently ordered a new pair from Zappos and the design is totally changed. It felt like any old bad hiker/walker. I decided maybe Zappos didn't have the "original" (sorry, Zappos, but I was desperate). I went to REI and they told me they hear this story about the Voyageurs AT LEAST ONCE EVERY DAY, more on the weekends when more people are in. They no longer carry the Voyageur. I spent hours and three trips to REI to find shoes that were comparable to the Keen Voyageur -- total waste of time. Today, on my third and last trip, a woman saw my old shoes on my feet, recognized them, and said: I love the Keen Voyaeurs, I've had a few pairs over the years. I warned her: the shoes that you and I both loved no longer exist. PLEASE restore these shoes to their original design. I promise you -- your customers will come back.

I don't know what the heck is up with Keen lately, but they've lost a customer. After several returns on other styles due to inconsistent styling issues, I finally settled on these. They fit -- until I tried to relace them, and the top lace loop, the one that goes all the way around the back of the shoe, came apart. Which is when I realized that they were glued, not stitched like previous models. The other lace strap was beginning to come apart too, straight out of the box. Bye, Keen. It was great while it lasted.

Amazing! It felt like I was putting on my older Keen shoes- already broken in!

These are great shoes -- a nice cross between a sneaker and a hiking shoe. In fact I already own a pair but thought these were going to be a half size larger because Keen uses a 39.5 sizing as an American size 9. Sadly the shoes are a little short for my toes, although the toe box is plenty wide. So I'm returning them.
