Best Shoes ever! I received my order in 24 hours! I absolutely love my new Voyageurs! This is my 4th pair of Keens. True to size, fit perfectly. I went hiking the day I got them and my feet were happy. Great traction and arch support.

Keen voyageur - My daughter needed comfortable shoes to wear during her upcoming trip to Europe. I found Zappos online and read many of the customer reviews and decided to give them a try. I am so glad, I did. I thought my daughter would need a little time "breaking" the shoes in, but she didn't. She even mentioned that she wore them during her PE class because they were more comfortable than her tennis shoes. I have since ordered 3 more different styles of Keen and am hooked. Zappos customer service is awesome. I won't buy anywhere else, even if I have to spend a few more bucks. The service here will keep me coming back. Thanks!!!

Keens Voyageur - Great little shoe. Good and light, but loads of grip.

Very Comfortable! I love these shoes. They are my second pair and I would buy them again and again. The brown is a fabulous color and I also have them in the gray/blue. Keens are my new favorite shoe! And, Zappos services were incredibly fast.

Fast..... The thing that impressed me as much as the shoes was the fact that I ordered them one day and they were at my house the next day without any shipping and handling charges.

I ordered a size medium width and a wide width shoe arrived. The shoes also show signs of wear, first time for Zappos.

Love the looks of the shoe. The shoe runs a 1/2 size larger. i always wear a 7.5 Love the look of the shoe. Had to exchange from a 7.5 to a 7 due to it being too big. Hope the 7 fits. The toe box is wide even though it says it's a medium width. I have bought many KEEN Newport sandals and boots over the years.

have just returned my voyageur keens very disappointed. This was my 3rd pair, loved the first two, wore them out completely and they were comfortable from the minute I put them on.. this pair (same size and style) felt at least a half size smaller short and narrower), were not true to leather color shown - leather seemed cheaper and stiffer. Quality control maybe, but I'm not ready (even with my wide feet) to buy keens again and will look elsewhere while saying "if it's not broke..."

I have had two other boots by Keen and this same style. This time, the outside heel was much higher than my worn out same shoes, so my foot rolled into the inside, causing my back and hips to ache. They look great and I am sorry to have to return them.

I sent these back, based on their weight. For me, they were simply too heavy to wear, since I wouldn't be using them for challenging hikes. I can see, though, why others who use them for their intended purpose rave about them.

The fit and arch support are fine. However, I am finding that Keen, like every other shoe company out there, are making shoes more narrow. My foot is really not that wide, but I am having difficulty finding shoes that do not irritate the lateral forefoot/pinky-toe region. This is unfortunate as Keen's have long been my favorite shoes and have been my last option for fit. I am now having to try out men's shoes.

These shoes fit nice and snug even though many shoes are too wide for my foot. Unfortunately, the footbed has changed since my last pair of Keens, and these throw my back out of alignment. So, I had to return.

Updating an earlier review... Definitely size up a half size...makes all the difference! As I said earlier, I have 8 other pair of Keens, all in a size 10....these run 1/2 small and for that they get 4 stars overall.

Four pairs of my shoes are Keen's. My feet are narrow at the heel and wide at the toes. They have a natural fit and cross function well between casual and rugged terrain. They offer a tactile feel and breathable material that provides good foot protection as well.

I slid into these and they felt great. Not tight and totally comfy. But, after wearing them around the house a bit I figure out that they're just too big and I can't tighten the laces enough to make them work so they have to go back.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with these shoes. They are a bit higher around the ankle than I'm used to, so it took a few times of wear for them not to bother me, but now they're great! I must say though, that the soles are slippery in wet weather. Other than that, I love them!

A little large for my usually spot-on 7.5 feet, but not so large that I wanted to return them, the extra room actually felt nice when hiking up and downhill. They look a little bulky when you look down at them on your feet, but I've asked several of my friends and they say they look fine (hopefully they're telling the truth!).

Versatile shoe - I'm on my second pair of Keen Voyageurs. I enjoyed the first pair for about 8 months and had a problem with one of the heels. Zappos readily agreed to exchange them even though I had done miles of hiking. They shipped me a new pair before the old ones were returned. (I LOVE Zappos!) The new Keens are perfect and go anywhere. I hike in the woods, then grocery shop, and attend meetings in them. They stay cool with the vented sides.

Usually love Keens - I have a very narrow heel. Maybe that's why the heel kept slipping in these but I've decided to return them because I don't think they fit quite right. Considering I bought them specifically for walking, I want them to fit just right. Keens usually fit small on me so I did buy a half size larger and otherwise love the fit and the look. I was disappointed that I couldn't use them.

Great hiking shoe! LOVED this shoe for walking steep trails, climbing rocks, hiking in the mountains, and in damp weather---my feet stayed warm and dry and comfy! And the traction while climbing waterfalls was great. However, I don't recommend for excessive walking on long flat surfaces...my feet hurt afterward. A GREAT ACTIVITY SHOE!

These would have been great, however, I my heels lift when walking especially in my left shoe. I have relaced in a way to make them especially tight which makes them not so comfortable and my heel still lifts.
