This was the shoe I wanted but it runs small. I normally wear a 8.5 but ordered a 9 and my big toe was right up to the end of the shoe. I ordered a 9.5 but they made my feet look enormous. I know these aren’t dainty shoes; I wear the sandal version all summer. But they were just too big. I returned them.

The shoe was not as pictured. The photo shoes a much darker shoe.

Loved everything about this shoe except the comfort and I believe that's more a problem with my foot than with the shoe. It's a great looking hiking shoe and was perfect on my left foot, but my right foot began to hurt after wearing them around my house for a short time. I tried different socks and adjusted the laces, but it still hurt. Was sad to send them back.

I ordered a size 11 narrow. My toes hit the front of the shoe. There was no 11.5 so I returned and purchased another brand.

I was between these shoes and the Keen Targhee Exp WP. I think that these looked a little prettier and made my feet look a little smaller but the Targhee seemed to be a little bit roomier particularly in the toe area. Both were quite similar. I ended up going with the Keen Targhee Exp WP.

I am really not a good person to write a review for I haven't really walked in them that much. Instead of going right out and taking a hike I have been walking on the treadmill a couple miles to see if I really do like them. They do have a nice roomy toe box, but seem a little wide in the heel. It slips some and I am tying the laces really tight to try to fix that problem. Not sure if I will keep them.I love Keen shoes and these were to replace my old ones of 15 years.

Really wanted to like this. Lovely wide toe box, felt good ... except my usual size 9 was too small. No problem, I ordered a 9.5, expecting it to fit perfectly. It was closer, but still too small! Wound up not ordering the 10 since I was worried it'd be too big in the heel at that point, plus I found an alternative hiking shoe.

I like the roomy toe box, but unfortunately my heel is too narrow for the shoe.

These are great hiking sneakers. Not sure how many miles I have put on in two summers, but the black part of the sole is now detaching. Hoping I can use some Shoo Goo and reattach it.

These are well-made shoes. I have several Keen shoes and I like them. These are too small so I am sending them back.

Good shoe. However not great for orthotics, had to remove insole to accommodate and not as comfortable.

These have a wonderfully spacious toe box, good stability, and a gusseted tongue to keep out debris. I love the color and style. Unfortunately they run half a size too small and they don't have the extra hole to create a heel lock when tying and since my foot's narrow, I don't think I can get them snug enough in the heel to avoid blisters. I'm returning them and am uncertain whether I'll try the 9.5.

Runs quite small! 1/2 size or maybe even a full size. I am usually a spoon 8.5 in Keens, but the toes on my right foot were hitting the front of the shoe, had to return.

Short toe box! I wear an 8.5 but my toes touched the front of these in that size. Gotta send them back...and I found them cheaper using prime. Sorry, Zappos. I still love you.

Ordered my usual size 10 and my toes hit the front of the shoe. It also cut into my foot around the bottom of my ankle. However, I’m hard to fit and the shoe is a well made, supportive shoe.

I loved these shoes but sadly the toe box just didn’t fit my feet. The outside of my big toe was rubbing on the inside of the shoe just walking around the house. So sad.....

First I love Keens! They are one of the few shoes I know will fit out of the box. I got these to start hiking ADK. They added support I needed beyond sneakers. I just bought another pair after 2 years-wearing these out with almost daily wear.

This shoe is very short. I wear an 8 and my big toe was touching the tip. Liked the weight and fit otherwise. Am going with the Oboz Sawtooth which is clunkier looking but fits like a glove.

Loved the pair I purchased a year ago. The new ones don't have the same firm arch support as the ones from last year. I am disappointed and will return them. I am a BIG Keen fan but the products DO differ.

I have ordered Keen Voyageurs and reviewed them before, but with this last pair I feel I need to make an update. I don't know what is going on with Keen, but this last pair of Voyageurs and my last pair of Presidios are both quite smaller than in the past. I am a regular Voyageur and Presidio purchaser, usually one of each per year, for at least 5 years now. I actually own a 9.5 and a 10 in this shoe from previous years, both fitting fine depending on the thickness of sock I need. This last pair of 10 Voyageurs are pretty short. My big toe brushes the end of the shoe inside. I luckily have someone I can hand them down to and will have to reorder at least a 10.5. I cannot wear Merrell because the heel squeezes me very tightly at the inner and outer edges of my heel on the right foot, making Keen my go to shoes for outdoor wear. Hopefully the 10.5 gives me the extra toe room. Perhaps Keen's manufacturing is now geographically different or they are cutting costs, but two shoes from previous years that fit larger in a smaller size than the new shoe is not good for their business model.

These are cute and great with a nice wide toe box! Sadly must return them as I normally wear an 11 and these run slightly short where my toes touch the end! Please Keen listen and make a women's size 11.5 as you would sell many pairs! I'm bummed but they must go back! :(

Loved these right out of the box but a smudge too small. For me a half size up would be sufficient. Enough space for width but toes touched.

I have worn a size 10 in Keens for my last 8 pair. This pair requires a 1/2 size up as the tips of my toes are rubbing. Returning for 10.5. Otherwise very comfortable out of the box. Will update on 10.5 fit.

Normally wear 8 1/2-9 so based on reviews, ordered the 9 and hoped it wouldn't be too large...but it was too small! Had to go 1/2 size up to 9.5, and since the brindle/blue not available in that size, changed to the green color option...hoping the new ones fit as expected. Customer service rep was very helpful and provided a little better price on the second pair.

These are pretty comfy right out of the box. As someone who is only five feet tall, I like that these add a little height (maybe an inch). I'm on my feet all day in a lab and these have treated me well so far. Great traction in the winter, but not super great in the snow--they're too low and not 100% waterproof. They are eu size 36, which I find more consistent than American sizing.
