Solid basic hiking boot - I'm happy with these simple, affordable hiking boots. After receiving these, I immediately wore them around the house to break them in. After the first few hours, my feet were a little sore as you might expect from a new pair of hiking boots. I thought I might need to get some insoles for these, but the next time I wore them, they fit very well. I took them out on a day hunt shortly afterwards and hiked about 6 miles with no issues. Now they’re completely broken in and holding up very well. As far as colors go, these were lighter than the main picture on the page, but still look sharp. Scroll through the various pictures and you’ll see some variation. The lighter pictures are more representative of the actual color.

Coremic Ridge - Shoes arrived promptly after placing order. The online picture made the shoe color appear darker than it actually was. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Work Shoe - These are great looking shoes. They need a little more padding on the bottom...has to put in a shoe insert for all day standing.

this shoe is NOT waterproof. i found out the hard way on a backpacking trip. if you're looking for something that'll get you through multi-day hiking trips, then don't buy these, pay more money and get a specialized, waterproof backpacking boot. it is a comfortable shoe otherwise.
