This a cute clog. I am returning because the instep is not high enough and the shoe was not as wide as some Josef Seibel styles I have purchased in the past.

Felt too tight. What I found disturbing is that I've still got Seibel shoes from almost 30 years ago (and in pretty good shape), which the current Carole version seems to replicate *mostly* except for the fact the same size in the Carole version feels almost a full size smaller: too tight at the widest part of the shoe.

changed their sizing or my feet shrank. Used to buy their clogs all the time. this last pair seemed very big. Soooo i will have to look for a new brankd of clogs.

Such cute clogs, but too narrow and short. Ordered a 9-9.5, and I usually wear a 9.5. It was short, but may have fit except I could not slide my foot in all the way.

I bought this and two other Josef Seibel clogs, and with each step, my big toes hit against the inner front of the toe box in all three of my picks. Very painful after just a few minutes. The problem is solved by wearing thick socks, but I didn't want to wear thick socks with all my clogs, so I'm returning at least one pair. If this problem were solved by the manufacturer, I would probably kept all three since they're beautiful and unique styles. I'm so grateful to Zappos for making returns so easy and love the quick refund after the UPS scan!

These are decent casual slip on shoes. If you tend to twist your ankles, I don't recommend them. I wear Danskos and have no problem turning my ankle in them until they get some wear. With these, it started the first day I wore them. I added an insole, which helped a little by making them more snug around my foot, but still have to be careful on any surface that's not completely smooth. I have not had a problem with them making noise when I walk - this wore off quickly. They do get pretty wrinkled right away, more so than Dansko, but the leather still looks fine - just gives them a more casual look.

Really pretty, but loose and no arch support and basically not comfortable. I'm between a 7 and 7.5 and purchased the 38. I might try a 37 ...

This brand makes a very nice, quality leather shoe. It just wasn't enough comfort for me. The outsole is very stiff and hard, so I didn't get any cushion benefit from what might be in the insole. Couldn't feel any arch support inside, either. But I will try other styles, since they're supposed to have contoured footbeds.

I purchased these hoping they would be comfortable with my bunions, but they were too narrow. I returned the shoe. I loved the look and was disappointed that they didn't fit.

I REALLY wanted these shoes to work - I loved EVERYTHING about these, the beautiful color and quality of the leather, the comfortable padding inside... The ONLY thing wrong was that these are HUGE, even for my feet which are very wide. These are made for women with thick feet. Feeling very blue now.....!

I used to love Josef Seibel shoes, but it seems my feet have changed as I've gotten older. When I put these on, they pinch my toes on one foot. I love the style and the quality materials. Sadly, I returned them.

Love these shoes and wanted to keep them but there was to much room in arch. I tried different ways to fill the area but none worked. Sorry I have to return them.

These felt a full size small in length. I take a 41 in almost everything (9.5 - 10) and these were definitely too short in length! They were also too loose. My foot is wide (side-to-side --- C-D) but very thin and bony, so these were way too loose on my feet. These would be great for a "fat", "tall" foot with a HIGH instep.

This is a cute and very comfortable shoe. I have a lot of trouble finding a shoe that feels good right out of the box. However, the sole of the shoe is hard and very slippery. I nearly slipped walking on my bedroom carpet! I have not decided whether or not to keep this shoe, as I cannot figure out how to rough it up to get enough traction without doing damage. For what I paid for it, I certainly don't want to pay for different soles.

I love this brand but this shoe in a size 11 does not leave room for long toes, too bad.

I've loved Josef Seibel shoes in the past. These were very comfortable, as you'd expect. They look nice in the picture. The problem may be my size 10 feet - maybe they would be cuter in a smaller size. The wide heel was too pronounced, and the synthetic heel looked too utilitarian. I was sorry to return them, but I'll keep my eyes out for a sleeker style.

This shoe fits my foot perfectly, but the bottom is not comfortable to my foot. It doesn't have enough cushion in the ball of the foot, and the heels are rather hard. I have issues with my feet, so someone who has "normal" feet would probably love these! They seem well made.

These just do not compare to the Siebels (same exact model) I first bought about 25 years ago -- that pair felt so good I bought 3 in different colors! They have held up very well all these years ... only now the one pair I wear all the time is wearing out. I thought for sure the same size (39) of my old ones would feel the same with the newest ones I ordered from Zappos. Well, they don't. Too narrow at the widest part of my foot. :- (

The arch of the shoe is to high and my foot slides right out of shoes. Like the style but no way to keep on feet

Size 40 too big, size 39 too small. Overall a bad choice for a narrow foot, but the style is lovely and they seem like they would be comfortable if they fit.

I love the look and comfort of these clogs. They are not clunky-looking like a lot of clogs. The soles were so slippery, that on carpet and tile, I felt like I was walking on ice! I would not feel safe wearing these!

To loose on my foot. I could walk out of the shoe. Bottom sole is to slick. Afraid of falling with sole.
