These shoes are even nicer looking than online. Quality is great. Super comfortable. They run maybe half a size larger than other Josef Seibel shoes I have, which will allow me to wear socks with them this fall. Zappos rocks!

Love these shoes! Most comfortable ever -- I actually wear them as house shoes at home. I bought a pair 3 years ago and wore them until they were literally worn, then I bought a pair because they are so comfortable. The quality is excellent.

Very comfortable. I think might run a little big - wide, but with a thicker sock they are perfect. Look good with jeans or dress pants.

I had my last pair of Josef Seibel clogs for over 17 years. They still looked good until I lost one of the footbeds when the glue underneath finally gave out. I wore them every where from snowy fields to rainy streets. They were my "go-to" foot comfort. The Carole shoes are quickly growing to be new favs, wearing like they are still built for the long term. I can only hope that that I'll still be wearing them in another 17 years...

I am so pleased to find these shoes with Zappos. Nordstrom used to carry these shoes, I grew up shopping Nordstrom. Now it will be Zappos. I have long, narrow feet with high arches. Zappos provided wonderful service.

I have high arches and a terrible time finding shoes that I can wear comfortably for any length of time, especially when it comes to a lot of walking or being on my feet for awhile. These fit the bill perfectly. They are comfortable, supportive and cute with jeans or khakis - even for my size 10 feet (size 41 fits beautifully). Like some of the other reviewers here, I just keep buying more - it is hard not to love something that works so well and consistently over the years (not something you can say for a lot of styles that change season to season). Every once in awhile I venture out and try something else but I keep coming back to these.

I love these shoes! I buy them, wear them to the nub, and then buy a new pair. I originally found them in a department store, but now just keep buying them from Zappos every six months or so.

My favorite casual shoe is Merrill Encore in leather, but I do not see it on any website any more. I know the Seibel brand and have several Josef Seibel shoes, so I opted for the "Carole." The plus: it is a good looking shoe. Minuses: The leather is stiff, compared to other Seibel styles I have. It runs a size small. I had to send for a size larger. The front of the shoe comes up pretty high on the foot, almost to the ankle, so be prepared to "feel" shoe where you might not expect it. This is the first Seibel shoe I have owned that might need some "breaking in." All the others were good to go right out of the box. I hope I did not make a mistake by keeping the "Carole."!

These fit well. Wish there was a little more cushioning, but they are way better than the rock-hard Dansko soles (clogs) and much less clunky. Can wear to work with jeans or pants.

They are comfortable, but I didn't like the style as much as I hoped.

They're fine for the purpose I bought them, but the outside of both feet rubbed enough that I know they will not be comfortable. My picky feet require total comfort and this shoe does not give me that.

This shoe is very comfortable especially if you are on your feet all day. The style isn't the prettiest, but the comfort is great.

These are very comfortable clogs and the style is nice enough, but not exactly what I would have preferred (which would have been something more stylish). I usually wear a size 7.5 shoe and the recommendation was to order the size 38 which I did originally, but when the size 38 arrived it felt too loose. Fortunately, i was able to get the size 37 and this has turned out to be a much better fit for my foot. I don't think there is much arch support, but for me, this is not necessary.

I can't really write a review on how comfortable these were because they were so small I couldn't even get my foot into them. I wear a 10 and ordered a size 41, but had to return. Too bad. They were really cute.

To short. I think I need the next size. My foot slipped out when I walked. really wanted this shoe

Super comfy on, but I couldn't take two steps without slipping in my living room. The heel is plastic and as slippery as ice on carpet and even hardwood floors. They would definitely need sole adhesives or be taken to a shoe repair store to improve the traction. i don't think roughing them up on pavement would be enough.

This a a good quality shoe. Comfortable and seems to be made of good leather that should last for many years. They stay os the foot and yet are easily slipped on and off - just what I was looking for. They are not the most stylish shoe but should serve me as an around the house workhorse.

I have been looking for a versatile shoe for work that is comfortable. I haven't worn heels in quite some time, so I thought I'd try these out. Though they were comfortable, the toe box was too narrow. Returned them.

I love this shoe. I wear a size 8 (39) and my foot is medium to wide and this shoe fits perfectly and is very comfortable. There is arch support. The mahagony color is handsome and the shoe has some style.

Very attractive shoe. The top edge of the shoe cuts into the front of my ankle. I'm hoping this will decrease as the leather ages.
