Very nice sty;ish clog. Well designed but the sole is too slippery for me so I’m sending them back.

I tried these, but ultimately chose the Catalonia 54 over the Caroles as the Caroles foot opening causes pressure on the top of my foot with each step. Otherwise, they feel similar and this is a very beautiful pair of shoes. The construction and appearance seem very fine. I purchased these in a 36 and these seem to be a bit more narrow and shorter than older Josef Seibels I have in the same size. I expect though that the leather would stretch and wear in nicely over time.

They were almost perfect but the toe box was just too small for me. I think the next size would fit too sloppy. Oh well. Great looking and quality shoe.

They fit well I just didn’t care for the style once on my foot. I felt that the knit band around the shoe would stretch out and get too loose after a lot of wear. I returned them.

These are made with beautiful leather and have a fun stylish look for rolled jeans. I appreciate that the footbed is also leather but there is very little arch support in this shoe and although it is not 'wide' based on the footbed width, the overall 'volume' of the shoe was too wide for my narrower/less meaty foot, resulting in my foot slipping down into the shoe, smashing my toes into the front of the shoe. I seriously considered putting mole foam across the inside of the top of the shoe, to see if I could decrease this volume effect because I loved how they looked, but obviously these are too costly to experiment on. So sad. They would likley fit a true medium averagely thick foot well but if you have plantar fascitis they likely won't have the arch support you need.

I wear 9.5 and chose 9-9.5, but my heel hangs off the end at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Returning and trying the next size larger. Very cute shoe!

Nice looking shoe but narrower than I wanted. After hours on my feet, my bunions start to ache.

I had so hoped that these mules would be snug on my narrow foot... alas, as with a number of shoes, this was not the case. I love the feel and comfort of these shoes, but my foot is just too narrow.

Nice shoes, but not enough arch support for me. I have plantar fasciitis and need good support.

I have Achilles tendonitis. My MD recommended that I wear clogs in order to elevate the heel and keep pressure off the heel area. I bought a pair of Dansko clogs. The wooden heel was too rigid and resulted in more pain on the tendon. Finally I found the Josef Seibel clog. The heel was high enough to alleviate pain to the tendon and it is not a wooden heel which means less reverberation into the tendon. This shoe has really been a lifesaver. After almost two years of this tendonitis, I am able to walk virtually pain-free. And hats off to Zappos for excellent service.

Nice shoe - These are comfortable and nice looking shoes. They are a good quality. The leather is soft, so they do lose that crisp look that some clogs retain that have a sturdier structure and they look broken in quite quickly. They fit a bit small and I needed to reorder a size up from my normal size.

So comfortable... This shoe is heaven to wear - very light-weight but great support. I usually wear a 10.5, but the 10 fits well. It looks like a clog.

The fit was not good very uncomfortable clog. I owned the same shoe from years ago which was comfortable however this one is not at all.

This is a very attractive shoe and the fit was spot on however the instep in hard. Just a few steps across my bedroom carpet and I knew there was no way I could wear these shoes for an extended period of time. I know Josef Seibel is a reputable brand so it's disappointing these shoes did not work out for me.

I am not sure why it is so slippery. My foot was constatnly slipping out. I wore it for 2 hours but it was so hard to keep it on my feet.

The lower rating comes from the stiff leather and hard feel of this shoe, from the sole to the leather. I have purchased many Josef Seibel shoes and sandals over the years and this is the first time I have had to return any for lack of comfort.

Weird shaped toe box, could not even get this on my foot with any degree of comfort.

The soles were so slippery! When walking in my house on carpet and tile, I felt like I was walking on ice! I would not feel safe wearing these shoes.

Love these-great for long walks and very comfortable. I have wide feet-these fit better and better as they relax. I love the style-can wear them with everything for every season. I find them slippery on wet floors indoors. Seibels do last for years and I look forward to exploring and traveling in these clogs!

Very comfortable. I wore them right out of the box with no breaking in. And I have a high instep.

I liked the look of this shoe. I was looking for Merrell Encore in leather, but I do not see them anywhere. I own several pairs of Seibel shoes. They are all top quality and comfortable. This style, however runs short. I had to return and get the next size up. Be aware that the front of the shoe comes up pretty high on the front of the foot, but it was easy to get accustomed to. The leather is quite firm, but the shoe looks really classy.

Fits well

Very comfortable upper and sole. Moderate arch support-- I only felt lack of support after walking around 3 miles (60 city blocks).

Very nice clogs, but they were a little large on me. Pretty. I felt like I was taller than most clogs I own.
