These are very comfortable but they run a size large. I normally wear a 15 but a 14 felt much better. Thankfully with Zappos' awesome returns I have a great pair of boots!

Very comfortable and they look awesome. First I tried a half size smaller than usual but needed a full size. The return was easy, I'll definitely order from Zappos in the future.

I got these for my 13 year old who plays out in the woods and is murder on shoes. He loves them, they are rugged, sturdy and cool looking and the keep his feet warm, dry and protected.

What a great boot! I read the other reviews and glad I did about the sizes. I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 and ordered a 9 and they fit perfect! Zappos is of course awesome! I'm stationed over seas and absolutely no problems getting my shoes to the APO address! Thanks again Zappos!

Most comfortable boot I've ever tried out of the box. I had a pair of the traditional timberland chukkas for many years before finally retiring them for these boots. First thing I notice is the leather was incredibly supple right out of the box for me. Not sure if it was just my pair as it seems some others have reported a break-in period for these, but not me. If it makes any difference I ordered a pair of the red leather colored ones before returning them for a half size smaller and those seemed a little stiffer. Speaking of sizing, order about a full size down from normal sneakers and I have just enough room for thicker winter socks. There's a comfortable amount of space with regular socks. Styling is great, many compliments so far, but let's see how they hold up to their first new England winter.

This is a fantastically comfortable boot/shoe! I tried different brands of similar boots, but when walking in other brands, it felt like my back teeth were jarring. These are so comfortable from day-1, and they really look great too! I normally wear 9. But got a 8.5 because I heard these are a bit big. The 8.5's are a perfect fit.

I wish I would have read the reviews. Comfortable but a little big in the toe area even with thick socks on. Normally wear a 15 but am going to go down a size to a 14 with these.

These are the best boots ever! I bought these for my husband and when they arrived one day later (thanks again, Zappos) he instantly fell in love and thanked me for the purchase. He is a 13W and these fit him like a glove. He plans on wearing them with medium thick socks this winter and is thrilled with the boots. thank you, Zappos, for your amazing products.

This is a great pair of boots. They fit true to size for me at 10.5. I bought them for an all around fall/winter boot. They were comfortable from the start and are made very well.

Been wearing these babies for about a month now. They have been very comfortable, solid arch support, and very stylish. Been getting a lot of compliments about how good they look. Such a utilitarian boot, great for work, casual, going out. They go great with denim, khakis, and cords. As everyone else said on their reviews, the boot does run a full size small. I wear a 9, I bought a 8 with these Timberland's and they fit great with thick socks. I highly recommend these boots. They are a great boot at a great price point. And responsibly made.

First wearing today, love em. boot above the ankle is supple enough to not rub or annoy. Great temperature regulation, and not sore spots. Very happy. EE width feels great for someone with really wide feet.

I love these boots. I initially ordered the wrong size, but Zappos made the return easy and even sent out the replacement pair before I returned the other. The fit is true to size. They look great and they're Timberlands so they're durable. I wish they had them in black, I'd order another pair.

These are a great set of boots! I got them, and do agree with the other comments, order half a size smaller than you normally would. They look great, and based on limited use so far, are very comfortable, easy to lace up and have great grip! The leather is soft, fits well to the feet and they look great. Again, I have not had these long, but as of right now, I would highly recommend them!

I'm an amputee and diabetic (losing my leg wasn't due to the diabete's but it sure didn't help). As such I have to be very careful in my choice of footwear. I was a little worried because I ordered them and then read the reviews. Many of them advised that the boot was running a size to big than what they ordered. I received mine today and I'm happy to report mine are my exact size. The boot went on my prosthesis effortlessly which is a problem with most any boot. I have wore them to Sam's Clubs and given them a full workout on their massive concrete floored warehouse and so far not a hint of a blister. It's like these boots are "pre-wore-in" but it is just the way they are made. Most boots I have tried for the prosthesis pitch me forward because they are stiff however this boot rolls with the minimum hard flex of the prosthetic ankle. This enhances my balance and comfort. Helps me keep my best foot forward, lol! I can see this brand will be on my get list from now on!

I bought these based on all the reviews saying how incredibly comfortable these boots are right out of the box. They were certainly better than most right out of the box, but after having them for a few months I can honestly say they are my absolute favorites. Super comfortable and durable. I often find myself reaching for them instead of sneakers if I need to run to the store - they are that comfortable.

I love these boots. It helps that they are the only pair of shoes I've ever owned that were the right size. I did purchase a half size smaller. My feet are very wide and I couldn't get them into the full size smaller, although the pair I have are slightly too big once I'm in there. Boot socks help. I get a ton of compliments on them. They are very comfortable for walking.

Wow, these are awesome boots and Zappos had them on my doorstep in no time. They are one size large so remember that when ordering. I get a lot of compliments on them and they are extremely comfortable. I am thinking about getting one of the other colors as well.

Overall I really like this boot. This sizing is odd though. I figure the right size for me is roughly 1.5 smaller than anything else I own. I've reordered the boot once already, but they don't have the next size down. I really like the boot so I figure I'll get heel pads and make it work.

I wear a size 15/16 depending on the manufacturer. I bought these in 15 and they fit wonderfully. Very comfortable and stylish. I use brown kiwi boot polish on them and, though they did darken up a bit, I think they look great, like an old baseball glove or a briefcase. Would definitely buy again.

Love these so far. The brown color was a lot lighter than I thought it would be (probably should've gone with the dark brown) but it still looks good. They aren't as heavy as I thought they would be, either, and my legs and feet don't get tired from walking around in them all day. I hit them with some waterproof spray and have been loving them in the snow as well. Only issue I have is that they're turning my socks orange, but that'll go away after a bit and it cleans off in the wash. I also normally wear a size 13 in shoes, but had to order an 11.5 in these. I have the classic Timbs and went off of that fit.

I have had many compliments on these boots. They are very comfortable. I wear them almost everyday. Stylish but sturdy is how I would describe them. They are not very warm though as I live in snowy Michigan, but for short term outside activities they are fine.

These boots are crazy good! Great feel solid boot and smooth look, couldn't ask for more.

My fiance is obsessed with these. His first pair wore down at the heels after a year or so I bought him another pair for Christmas. He was so happy! he says they're comfy and he can wear them to work at his office. I bought him a half size smaller. He is a12 I bought the 11.5 and they fit great.
