Sexy Shoe Sore Foot - I can work, play and exercise in three inch heels. I ordered these shoes because all of my girlfriends swore by them. In fact I even borrowed a pair before purchasing, and they were comfortable sexy shoes. I was very excited to add these shoes to my collection, but instead of jumping for joy I was stumbling in pain. The leather in my shoe was very hard and refused to work with my foot (my toes actually went numb)!! I'm not sure if I got a lemon or this is how all the new shoes are. All I do know is I have never experienced such pain.

If you weigh more than 130 pounds your feet will be intensely sore after about 5 minutes of wearing these shoes. If you are of the sort that will put up with pain for an absolutely gorgeous, killer shoe, then here it is. These stilettos are much higher than they appear. There is no padding for the ball of your feet, and the toe box is low enough to gain a few peeps of toe cleavage. But, like I said, these shoes are criminally gorgeous.

Really cute on...not so great on the feet... I had been looking at these shoes for a while--always thinking they were cute, but never trying them on. Then one day, the heel on my favorite black pumps broke and I had to buy a replacement pair. I ran to the closest shoe store and bought these. They look REALLY cute on, but they are NOT nearly as comfortable as others have raved. They have no padding under the ball of the foot and are very stiff overall. I would really recommend buying some shock absorbers for the balls of your feet and try to break them in. I wear heels all the time, but I have never had a pair be so stiff.

The "Perfect" Pump - I wore this shoe a total of four times before it split. Be very careful with this pump as it is not a heavy duty shoe. As with all heels there will be discomfort but the level is tolerable for about three hours standing up. I know. I wore them and I have a high tolerance for pain. I wore these shoes to a function was walking across the room and my shoes gave out. Don't know how. All I can blame is low leather quality. So if you purchase this shoe, you've made a good buy, but not as good as if you found a shoe with a higher quality leather. Simply: beautiful but not always practical. As for my shoes, I threw them awawy after having them "repaired". The shoe split on the outer right shoe and not on the seam.

I agree with a previous review that these shoes are not good quality leather. Also, I really don't care for the way the heel of the shoe rises hih above my heal. Not stylish enough fo me; I'm sending them back.

I have been wearing the original version of this shoe for over six years and just ordered my fourth pair to find out they completely altered the design and feel of the shoe. It used to be elegant and chic, but now it feels clunky and cheap. The sides of the shoe now go too high, especially in the back by the heel and they heightened the toe area, creating too much space. The original had a great design, I wish they had not changed it as I would have worn it forever. This will now be my last pair of the Katchen.

Disappointed - Being a complete fan of anything that has a pointy toe, I was so excited to receive a pair of these shoes in the mail, especially in a sexy gold embossed snake color. To my disappointment, when I put the shoes on, it made my feet look terrible. The toe box hugged my toes in such a way that the pointed toe looked strange and bended around my toes. I hated this style on my feet. You could see every dip and valley of my toes through the material of this shoe.

Sexy but Uncomfortable - A few hours in these shoes leads to several days of pain in the balls of my feet. This is especially disappointing because my other styles of BCBGirls are both sexy and comfortable. About sizing--I have always worn a 6, but in all my BCBGirls I have to wear a 5.5.

I own a pair that I bought 5 years ago and I love the way they look on my feet. I just purchased a new pair a few days ago because I liked what the new heels look like in the picture. I was very disappointed when I got it, the new design just does not flatter my feet. The sides are much higher and my feet does not look sexy in it. I will be returning them.

Definitely a downgrade from what the shoe used to be. I've gone through 3 pairs of this shoe before they changed it. The insole now felt cheap & the part that hits right below the ankle bone actually kept hitting the bone. I wore it for about 30 seconds before I decided it was time to return. Felt like breaking up with an old friend.

I have been loyal to this shoe for over 4 (maybe 5) years. I wear them for their comfort and sexy style. Typically they last me a year of heavy/constant wear. This last pair--lasted about 1-2 weeks. The insole is now a flimsy sticker that peeled off after a week and the stitching that used to hold together the part where the front of shoe meets the sides also came apart. Zappos was super gracious and sent me another pair to try on Zappos dime. While thankful for the great customer service and the courtesy, I have to report the same thing happened to this pair. When you take the shoe off it now exposes ugly innards of the shoe's sole as well being able to feel nails/staples/sharp edges poking through bottom of my foot. It was a nice ride while it lasted. Never again.

I'm normally a fan of BCBGeneration, however, these are the worst shoes I have ever purchased. The toe is more square than it appears and they are not comfortable at all. The bottoms are also a little too smooth and I have slipped on slightly wet surfaces because of it.
