I own 12 pairs of BCBGirls with varying patterns and prints. I am obsessed with the quality, fit and style of the shoes. They look classy and are very comfortable. The low heel (3-3.5) allows for all day wear. I highly recommend them.

Got half size smaller and still to big - Based on other reviewers I got a half size larger than my normal size and it was way too big. So I re-order my normal size 6.5 and it is still way too big. I should have gotten a half size smaller and got the size 6 like I thought from the way the size 7 fit. Bottom line don’t listen to the other reviews try your normal size first and then maybe a half size smaller. Beautiful shoe, I may try a size 6 which would be my third order/try.

The perfect little black pump - This pump lasted me two years and has been the perfect complement to every outfit. So when it was time to toss them out, I naturally went and bought another pair of these same shoes. My foot always tends to slip out of pumps but these fit perfectly and my foot never slides. LADIES BUY THESE!!

Way too big - I am normally a size 6.5 but based on other reviewers I ordered a size 7. It feels wide and way too large. I think I need a size 6.

Very stylish - For once, a size 5 that feels like a size 5. Usually, shoes are a bit roomier than I would like, but these are snug and I'm very happy about that. They are very stylish and look and feel expensive. Excellent quality. I would order these again. Good investment.

Awesome - I love these shoes. The cut just seems more sexy than your standard black pump. The leather is soft so they were immediately comfortable. Also, it has a thin rubber sole so I'm not worried about sliding around on some floors. I did find them a bit small, but I love them so much I'm ordering half a size larger. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Fabulous shoes - I absolutely love these shoes. This shoe has total comfort and style. I wear these to work, school && even out for some drinks. These shoes are a must have!!!

Favorite Shoe! I am in love with this shoe. The heel is the perfect height, and they are so comfortable. You can't really find them in stores anymore, but can still purchase them online. I was so excited when I saw that Zappos had them, in my size! I currently have 3 pairs and am going to buy a 4th to put away and save for when a pair gets beat up. Did I mention I love them?

I own 6 pairs of these shoes - I love these shoes. They are so comfortable I can wear them all day without foot fatigue. And, my husband comments on how sexy they look. I have this shoe in just about every color available (red patent, black patent, black, green croc, navy). I am waiting for them to come out in a camel or winter white.

Excellent Shoes! This is my third pair of these! They are the perfect pair of black pumps. Comfortable, stylish, classic with the perfect heel height. The only issue I have with this last pair I received was that the insole came loose the second time I wore them and bunches up after a couple of hours.

Love these shoes! I love these shoes! They were a little snug at first but now that I have worn them a couple of times, I can't get enough of them! I wish they had more colors!

Great sophisticated look with a hint of sexy! I'm a size 5 and had I read reviews prior to ordering I would have probably ordered a half size larger as I too found them a little tight at the toe but only minimal discomfort. I'm hoping they'll stretch a bit over time. Considering the height of the heel, I feel very stable when walking. This was my first time ordering from Zappos and I am very impressed – great experience! I have a frustrating time finding my size in stores so based on this experience, I may never leave my house again to shop for shoes!

Perfect Shoe! I bought this shoe to replace my BCBGirls Mika and I am very happy with my purchase (though it's not as high or pointy toed as the older Mika). Unfortunately BCBGirls doesn't make the Mika anymore so I read the reviews on the Katchen and decided to give it a try. It was a perfect fit. I went with my normal size 7 and had no problems. I didn't have to break it in or anything. It's got some light padding inside and best of all, it has a comfortable rubber sole. It's just perfect! And I have to mention Zappos got it to me in one day. Zappos, you rock!

So cute! These heels are perfect! Great height to wear with jeans and super comfortable. I spent an afternoon wearing them around the house to break them in and I was able to last the whole next day at the office and then at a concert in the evening without any pain!

BCBGirls Katchen - This is a GREAT looking black pump. I love this pointy toe front, very sexy. Thanks to the reviews I got a size 6 (I usually wear a 5 1/2) and it was better I got a half size bigger. This pair is comfortable, I will definitely buy another pair.

Very sexy shoe - I love the look of this shoe. It's so sleek and sexy and will dress up any outfit. It does hurt my toes a little bit, but they're worth it! I suggest ordering a half size up. Love this shoe, and I LOVE Zappos. I was upgraded to overnight shipping without paying a penny extra, and within 24 hours my shoes were at my house. Thanks Zappos!

Great jean shoe - I originally bought a blue pair of these and fell in love with them. I needed (wanted) a black pair to go with some black denim jeans - they are awesome and I always get compliments. You MUST break them in though.

Buying my second pair - I just purchased my second pair of Katchen in black. I've had my current pair for approx. 2 years and have worn them a lot so I wanted to get a new, fresh looking pair. They're my favorite sexy black pumps because they're very comfortable to walk in and stand in for hours (especially compared to another pair of Guess pumps that I have). I'm a pretty standard size 11M and they fit great.

AWESOME BLACK PUMPS!!! I love this shoe so much that I bought a second pair of the exact same shoe. I wanted to make sure that I have a pair as back up for when I completely wear out the first pair. It is by far the sexiest and most comfortable pump that I have ever worn. I normally wear a size 5.5, but it felt half a size smaller than marked, so I got it in a size 6 and it fits perfectly.

I LOVE these shoes! This is my second pair of these. (I've never before bought two pairs of the same shoes. My first pair lasted 2 good, often-worn years.) BY FAR the most comfortable pair of heels I've ever owned. I could navigate long walks through airports in these, which for me is the true test of a shoe. Super hot looking and way more comfortable than you'd ever imagine given how high the heels look. Go with everything. A must have.

Comfortable, sexy shoe - What a sexy shoe...I was a little worried just looking at them if I was going to be able to walk in them. I have a wide foot and usually have problems fitting in BCB or Steve Madden shoes like this. No problem at all, ordered 1/2 size bigger and love them. They are comfortable and look very nice with jeans or dress/skirt.
