The "little back dress" of Pumps - These are my 4th pair of BCBG Katchen pumps so far. They are so comfortable and go with ANYTHING! For some unknown insane reason, BCBGirls has discontinued this style and replaced them with ones called "Nice". Bad move - doesn't even compare to the "Katchen" - in look or fit. BRING BACK THE KATCHEN!

Great Shoe! As a size 10 it is hard for me to find a pointy shoe that doesn't make my foot look huge, but still fits well. This shoe is the exception. They were a little snug around the toes the first couple times I wore them, but now they are great! I can wear them all day at work and then for dinner afterward without any problems!

My favorite shoes! I absolutely love these shoes! They are incredibly comfortable (after you break them in) and they go with everything. You have to wear them two or three times to break them in and then they are so comfortable.

BCBGirls Katchen - I tried to order this shoe and it was sold out in my size. The Zappos Representative found it elsewhere for me that very day. Thanks so much! The shoe is beautiful. Very stylish. Casual or dress, it looks great! Give it a few hours to break it in. A little tight in the toe area at first but once you break it in, very comfortable.

On My Second Pair - My first pair of black Katchen's lasted for three years of moderate wear, and when they finally wore out, I replaced them immediately! I now wear them to work daily, and my feet could not be any happier...or look any sexier! This is a basic black pump, but they're amazingly comfortable and hold up surprisingly well. As long as BCBG continues to produce the Katchen, I will be a faithful buyer of this beautiful shoe!

Sexiest/most comfortable Pump made - I am a Flight Attendant, and I LOVE wearing these shoes! They command some SERIOUS attention and receive a lot of compliments. They also, hands down, COMPLETE a uniform. Only issue is they only last me about 8mos. They end up stretching out, or the sole breaks. Nonetheless, I continue to replace them!

Amazing service and product quality! These shoes were not only exactly what I was looking for but also less expensive than anywhere else. And the service!! I received the shoes the next day and appreciate the free returns (which I won't need). Thank you.

Not bad! I do NOT like high heel shoes. BUT these were not bad. By the end of the night, my feet were not absolutely killing me and my legs felt pretty good too. I definitely recommend these shoes for all women.

A VERY NARROW SHOE - This shoe is CUTE! However, it is a narrow shoe. Wish it was available in a wide. I don't normally wear a wide, but the shoe is so cute, I would have tried it. So, if you can't spare a bit of room, count these out.

My Favorite Pump - I LOVE these shoes. They look amazing. I've had this shoe for over two years and love it so much I am buying it again to replace my current pair (living in NYC takes a tole on your shoes with all of the walking you do). So long as this shoe is made by BCBGirls, it will be my staple pump (I have it in several colors).

Sexy Shoe - A Sexy shoe that is a little high but looks great in a nice work outfit or a pair of jeans.

The Perfect Black Heels - These shoes deserve to be considered the Perfect Black Heels. Several reviewers have mentioned that they had to order a half-size larger in this shoe, but I took a chance and ordered my regular size (5.5) and found them to fit perfectly. I felt no undue pinching in the toe bed - only the normal amount you have to expect with a pointy-toed shoed, but not uncomfortable. The classic style makes them versatile enough to be worn with either a skirt or jeans/pants. The shape of the shoe and the heel height are perfect to show off your great legs. If you have great calves, they'll look even greater with these. This shoe will never go out of style in my opinion.

Yummy for the price - This shoe is perfect to size. It passed the light sock test and does not need breaking in. I have two vintage pairs of black leather like these from the 1950's with skinnier heals. Talk about pain. The 50's pairs are a two hour wear max. I feel no pinching in these and they're gorgeous.

Love them! Love these shoes! Perfect shoe for work. I like a higher heel and these were just perfect. As always, Zappos has awesome customer service!

Outstanding as always!!! :) Love, love, love the BCBGirls Katchen! This is my second pair and yet again, it’s sexy and super comfortable! I have two little ones and I'm as comfortable in these shoes as I am in my sneaker, just way sexier, lol! Once more Zappos exceeded my expectations, as I placed my order Friday evening and didn't expect the shoes to be shipped until Monday, so I was floored to say the least to have the shoes already delivered on Monday morning!!!! I already only shop shoes for the whole family here at Zappos and you guys make damn sure I'm reminded why every single time! Thank you!

Cute and Comfortable - This is a great classic shoe. Pointy, but not too pointy. Good heel height. I had been looking for a basic black shoe for a long time, and tried many brands, but finally landed back at this shoe which I had also purchased in brown snakeskin about two years ago.

Fabulous, Classic Shoe - This shoe is beautiful, classic and classy. It is true to size and surprisingly comfortable for the heel height. Well made and good value for the price. Highly recommend.

Looove Katchen - I own this shoe in several colors. I think it's a fantastic basic pump - it's slightly on the uncomfortable side just because of the heel height. Other than the height, after a wear or two, the leather molds to your foot and feels great when on. It's just the height that always gets me in the end. Then again, I have VERY high arches and usually have problems wearing a show higher than 3" because of this.

Great shoe! But…too big =( I'm usually a size 5 and pretty consistently. I’ve owned another pair of BCBGirls shoes and I had to order a half size smaller because the 5 was too big. I'm beginning to think BCBG shoes run a little bit bigger than marked. It was a gorgeous shoe, it was comfortable, but didn't fit, unfortunately, so I had to return it.

WONDERFUL PAIR OF HEELS - I love this shoe. It happens to be my favorite pair. They wear so well and comfortably. Do order half a size larger due to the narrow toe fit. They are so sexy. Highly recommend.

Nice shoe - Very nice and comfortable shoe. These are true to size. Can dress them up or down. Love this brand and style.

WOW - I own the black pair of these. At first they gave me really bad blisters, but after bearing through it a few times, they have become my favorite pair of shoes. So when I needed navy pumps, it was a no brainer to get these. I was just disappointed they didn't have a brown pair b/c I need brown ones, too. The service @ Zappos is amazing as well. I will NEVER order shoes from anywhere else online ever again!

BCBGirls Katchen - I love the look of these shoes. Some of the reviews that they run small and ordered a size larger. I think they run true to size. My heel is slipping out so I am waiting for a smaller size to arrive. The leather is very soft and once again, they are great looking shoes.

I love this shoe! I have had this shoe for over two years - and it is the one I wear most frequently. It's perfect for work because it's professional/sexy/and still super comfy. I am about to buy a new pair because I've scratched up the toe a bit. Awesome shoe!

Perfect shoe - I bought this shoe because I had read on a fashion website what a great, versatile shoe this is...work, going out or with jeans. First off, I can't believe how comfortable this shoe is for the height of the heel. The first time I wore it was on an all day interview (which included much walking) and I made it through the day without sore feet, a blister and received a lot of compliments.
