Great service and Happy Feet! This is my 3rd pair of New Balance shoes. These required no break-in time. They fit snugly around my ankles and have nice toe space. They are a perfect fit for my narrow feet. Three cheers for Zappos service. I had my shoes in less than 48 hours.

A Great Walking Shoe - I hate buying athletic shoes because I never seem to find ones that fit very well. They are either too big, too tight, too small, or just not comfy. These are the first pair of New Balance shoes I've purchased and I am very pleased. Reading through the previous reviews, I noticed women stated to order a 1/2 size up. I was concerned, as I normally wear a 10W and finding a 10 1/2 W anywhere is impossible. EXCEPT at Zappos! I ordered these in 10 1/2W, and they were just right. They fit just a little snug, but not tight. And personally, I prefer the extra support while fitness walking. The shoe is lightweight, which is also a plus, and has something in the sole which keeps the foot straight while walking. It feels a little weird at first, but definitely makes the foot feel supported. A lot of the aches, pains and general discomfort during walking have gone away. I really like this shoes, and feel that now, with proper shoes, I can meet some of my fitness goals!

Great Shoe! I bought this shoe for my daughter who has size 10, double narrow feet and wears orthotics. She has a difficult time finding comfortable, well-fitting shoes but these New Balance shoes worked out perfectly.

NB WW558 - I really enjoy these shoes. I did have to get a get a 1/2 size bigger but it was worth it.

Great Shoe - This is a great shoe for exercise as well as simply walking around. I have a short, wide foot that is almost perfectly square, so it is difficult to find any kind of shoe that does not pinch. This shoe totally fits the bill and I have been a loyal customer since my orthopedic surgeon recommended them!

Nice all around shoe. This particular pair is a women’s wide, didn't feel or look that wide to me, but did fit better than the regular B width. I was able to insert my 3/4 length orthotics into them with wiggle room for my toes. Just in case anyone needs extra support around the ankle or to keep your heel from slipping like mind does (I have a narrow heel) I like the fact that the shoe lace holes at the top of the foot area allow me to lace them up snugly. I would also say that they have a moderate rounded toe that allows me all the room I need when wearing light to medium weight socks. I have flat feet and tend to pronate slightly and with my arch supports I must say these fit the bill, so far so good. Just what I needed! This is the second or third time I've purchased these shoes, and they are always perfect. No breaking in is necessary; they're comfortable right out of the box. They have a nice wide toe box, which is what I need. The heels are a little big for me, but some creative lacing takes care of that minor problem.

Love it - I could not be happier with this shoe! I have been wearing New Balance for years and they are truly better than other shoes in the market in my opinion. This pair did run about a 1/2 size smaller than others though. Order a 1/2 size larger than your normal size. I didn't believe the other reviews that said that because I have never had that problem with NB shoes. Its true for this one though.

Walking Shoe - I always like New Balance and the 10.5 Wide is perfect for walking. I wear an 11 or 10 Wide for day to day work, etc. but I need the right size for exercising.

NB 558 Walking Shoes - Shoes are great...wide toe box and very comfortable.

It is a beautiful shoe and makes large feet look smaller! The only negative is that there is a seam directly above the big toe area that is a little annoying.

Love my shoes! For years now, my preference has been New Balance. Usually I love their style, look and comfort level. However, a couple of times, the size has been off or they have been very uncomfortable. This shoe though is right on, extremely comfortable, I love the look and it fits perfectly! I have ordered from Zappos in the past and once again, am very satisfied with the expediency in processing/shipping the order and the service overall is great. Will order from them again!

Lightweight comfort and flexibility - This shoe feels comfortable and lightweight. It was recommended to me to address suponation, and so far it feels good. I ordered a half-size larger as recommended, and the fit is just right with athletic socks. The wide width is great.

I had to buy one size larger, but I did like the shoe very much.

New pair of New Balance Sneakers - I was very pleased with the look, comfort, and fit. I also enjoyed the ease of shopping. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. I also loved the free shipping. No sense to go to the store when I can have it delivered for free.

Who knew sneakers came in narrow!! I finally found a sneaker that fit my skinny feet! I had no idea they even came in narrow until searching Zappos. I was having a hard time at the gym, when trying to balance on one foot in my medium width Nike's. When I realized that my foot wasn't being supported well enough by my shoes, I went home and placed my order for these GREAT fitting shoes. I had them on my doorstep the next day! I love my "New Balance."

Superb Shoe! This shoe is my favorite yet! I have a hard time finding women's tennis shoes in my size. (Women's 12) I have been purchasing only New Balance shoes for quite some time, and these are my favorite!

New Balance WW558 - Loved the shoes. They are comfortable and quiet, and I am picky. I recommend Zappos to everyone because of the convenience and free shipping. You can also view more shoes than you would going to a shoe store in person. I went to three shoe stores before I said, "forget it" and went to Zappos. I ordered them on Thursday afternoon and they were waiting for me when I got home on Friday!

Great Walking Shoe! I needed to replace my old New Balance sneakers. I ordered from Zappos and they arrived the next day. I could wear them immediately for walks. I wear a 10 medium shoe and need an 11 B in a sneaker. They feel great as I walk around the small town. I'll use the old shoes for yard work.

New Balance WW558 - These shoes are extremely comfortable. I got them just before vacation where we walked several miles each day. My feet were very happy! I love that New Balance has narrow sizes, too.

BEST LOOKING + BEST FIT + BEST SUPPORT - Yeah! I finally found a tennis shoe that fits perfectly and looks classy with a lot of support. That would be the New Balance WW558. Wearing a 9.5 narrow, many brands were too tight when I added my orthodics, but not this shoe. Great choice for me. Thanks to the free shipping both ways I was able to try several pairs before I found this one. I'm sold on ZAPPOS. Great Shoe - It is good looking and fits well. I use this shoe for Curves and recumbent bike at the regular gym. I did order a half size larger than my regular shoe size. They are comfortable with gym socks. I love them.

Perfect fit and comfort! I have a hard time buying tennis shoes because I have a very narrow foot. A few years ago, I had Plantar Fasciitis release on my left foot. My orthopedic doctor told me to buy nothing but New Balance Tennis shoes, when buying tennis shoes. They have a good arch support. New Balance is the only tennis shoe I know of that comes in Narrow or Wide fit. New Balance does run short, so I always buy a 1/2 size larger. They are a great tennis shoe and most of them are "Made In America" and are employee owned.

Great shoe - I really like this shoe. There is good arch support, and the narrow size fits my feet well. I walk 3 miles a day and so far it's been like walking on clouds!

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. I was losing feeling in my feet when I exercised for any extended period of time - I think my shoes were too tight, they were NB regular. So I tried wide - not wide enough to even be comfortable. These extra wides are perfect! Soooo comfortable and great support.
